Decent app but loses one star since have to manually log in every few days despite adding fingerprint. Log in process requires several steps each time including authentication. Even banking apps don't require this level of security!

Works well enough to quickly check on how your ad campaigns are doing, but the app cannot be used to manage your ads. To do anything other than pause them, you'll need to use a laptop

Found it super easy as compared to Google Adwords, better recommendation to enhance CTR and Conversion. Lots of Extensions to get higher clicks. And Dedicated Support Team. Honestly, the support guy help me to setup everything from A to Z and with explaination. Recommended , if you are not satisfied with Google Ads.

Very bad experience using Bing Ads They don't accept debit card nor paypal for pre payment methods in India. So, I tried to add fund into my add account via wire transfer on 22 February. And they're supposed to add the funds to my Ads account by 2-5 business days. It's already 5th March and the funds are no where to be found. I talked to the customer service via live chat and they told they're resolve my problem. Guess what, it's still unsolved.

Can't login due to unnecessarily complicated authentication which combines Github, Google, Microsoft and other auth providers, in a never ending (and never successful) chain of logins, outs, and new account creations. Pro tip for the devs: if users can't login, this app is worthless.

Would Not Recommend. Signed up to advertise my.online store as I've been primarily advertising through Facebook and Google and wanted to branch out. Firstly the setup was unnecessarily complicated compared to google and second they stopped me advertising even though my.stores established online and has been for some time with multiple orders. Would not recommend. Stick to Google and.social media advertising or go through an advertising company to bypass the hassle. Update: Appeal Rejected

Your ads work better and cost less than Google ads. Setting up the ads are much more difficult than Google ads, but after a few calls to you wonderful, knowleable people, they work great. I currently have two of my five customers, on Bing ads. I have been trying to get the other 3 customets to try Bing ads, even with the $100 incentive. I don't charge tjem for ads, just a small monthly maintainence fee to keep web pages, Google & Bing Business accounts, and smaller sites like yellowpages.

extremely unhappy with the results and the charging method if you give Microsoft advertising your credit card they will charge the hell out of it. I do spend a lot of money on advertising and if it works and sometimes it doesn't I'll pay my due but with Microsoft advertising you do not get anyting for your money.

Absolute nightmare! A rep called me and walked me through the set-up. That evening my account got suspended. I went through the recommended channels to resolve and that has turned into a customer service deficit that is still unresolved. The girl told me they don't have to tell me why my account is suspended and refused to put me in touch with someone who could actually resolve the issue. The survey you get is a joke! *Edit* Responded to above email and NOTHING has happened. Dead in the water!

Very good app with a lot of analytics to show your progress and what campaign is being looked at more, unlike google, Microsoft advertising let's you spend where it is needed and allows you to have more control of the bids and you can personally work out how much each bid costs unfortunately though as a UK business a lot of clicks come from the USA which the location is not ideal for this type of business, graphical location would be more beneficial also can't seem to see where my remaining bill

Unfortunately you don't have much control over the bids through mobile, my campaign always seem to dissappear when looking so I got to click on keywords to view my campaign which is always on paused for some reason? Edit: now when I sign using fingerprint it puts me through this whole system again to receive codes, enter passwords and other stuff!? What's the point!?

Suspended right after registration. Don't waste your time, believe the reviews. We use Google Ads but wanted to give them a try for to the $500 promotion. I won't even bother appealing, horrible way to grow Small Business base.

Changed their policy, started freezing funds in my bank without permission. They say it's the bank do it but that is a total lie, Microsoft are responsible for that. Had my bank block all future payments from MS and closed my ads account. Only I am allowed to control my money. Who do you think you are!?

Banned over a year ago because of the stupid egregious policy violation on new account and still angry. I downloaded this app just to give it a well derserved 1 star. Other still complains about the same thing which means there's still no improvement made.

Hundreds spent on ads, all clicks coming from spam websites! This is criminal. Hundreds of clicks, zero conversions! Shadiest ad platform, they try to cover it up too by not telling you what sites your clicks are coming from. Only way I found out was from my analytics software.

In terms of the basic needs, it's all there. But there's a lot of work to do in terms of being able to really make changes like you can on Google Ads. You only have some metrics, you can only customize columns so much, you rarely have any visualisations, overall it is pretty lacking.

Great support (Microsoft has always proved the best at live chat), many tools to gather quality data, and relatively easy to use; Google can drive me nuts with their absent product support and insulting "you-go-figure-it-out" attitude, despite I'm the one paying them! Be careful not to use automatic "smart campaigns" though, as it elimated the flexibility for testing strategies and fully personalizing my copy. I've experienced quality results, even during months I hold back on my spending.
