How do I get my debit card verified can't find any card statement how the hell is using this app so difficult took me a month to get verified now to get my card and bank verify is very difficult, have been contacting support slow or no response what the hell is going on

SCAM, good reviews are fake. Do not send any identification for verification. They are part of big casino game company such as Nine casino, you cannot withdraw found via that casino and they ask to use this app 🙄, then you get stock in here too. ID verification keeps failing. They blame software issues and when u email your documents they play game only via app. Be very careful. Flagged and Reported. Check your bank statement .

First time of usage,I sent funds to my account and for over 2months now I have not received it,mifinity claims it was successful, my bank claims it was reversed,their customer care takes ages to respond ,I wouldn't advise using their service because the security of your funds is not a guarantee

How I wish that, there is a star below 1 star, I would have given it to this app,my experience is very bad with this app,I deposited my fund but no way to withdraw it keep saying that I should verify my card ,the customer service is very very very weak and poor.

Doesn't allow withdrawal, it says you can withdraw via crypto or send to a bank account, but it keeps showing error when you try to withdraw, plus the customer care never responds, my money is stuck on this app

Like just how long does an app takes to send a register confirmation email like omg I haven't used the app yet I'm already doubting the customer service... Will change my opinion later once they send me a confirmation email that is if they send it

Weak costumer support very slow response Always busy to make sure you can't chat them. Limited to 2000€ send or receive per month they will never verify your account to keep your money with themselves its official scam I will so them soon since they keep my money and don't respond for email ot ticket or chat I hope Google play stop this scam company as I will after 72 hours my account still not verified just keep ask for more documents etc unrecommend .

Mifinity payment platform is the worst platform I could ever use... 😭😭😭 No customer relationship, slow platform, no customer satisfaction and hidden charges... The worst part of it is when you have a problem you can't reach out to their agent for quick resolution... I can never recommend this platform to my enemies not to talk of my friends... Very worst platform I could ever see... Rubbish

Di not use this ewallet.... I've reached the limit wich i can use when I was not verified and they asked me to verify my account.... I've uploaded all the documents they need and it's been 5 days already and I still didn't get my miney wich I can't withdraw but cause my account is Pending for verification. I wrote 6 emails about status of my pending verification, but their answer everytime is the same that I need to upload ID wich is already uploaded.. DONT USE IT

Completely terrible I made a crypto deposit that got sent to the old address so I wasn't credited it says on your own faq page to contact support and they will manually credit the funds as they are easily able to be moved to the correct address but instead I was made to wait 14 days to which nothing was fixed and its going on 3 days now since I've emailed u and not a response so it makes a total of 17 days I've waited for my funds don't use this unless u want be robbed.

Nothing but a bunch of crooks, T&C specifically state no minimum for spending or withdrawal yet I am unable to use my funds because I get an error saying the amount I'm requesting doesn't meet the minimum requirements. Customer service is a joke, and their time frames mean nothing! They say 2 business days but it's been a week now and I'm still waiting!

Terrible exchange rates! You will lose a chunk of your money when transferring to an external bank (that's if you are successfully allowed to withdraw in the first place). Withdrawal via crypto is impossible. They reject KYC during withdrawal without giving reasons, so that one could take appropriate actions. Gosh 🤦♀️, I wish I never had to use this platform.......tales about deposit? Story for another day!

Very very useless platform and app indeed!! Their T&C expressly says there is no minimum for spending or withdrawing, however I am unable to utilize my funds because I receive a message stating that the amount I'm seeking does not match the minimum criteria. Nothing but a bunch of scammers. Their time limitations are meaningless, and their customer support is a farce! Although they claim two business days, I have been waiting for a week. I will keep blackmailing you people unless you verified me

Its too bad when i create account in mifinity. Once i get a problem with the software after that i unistalled the app.then again i loged in my account but i cant get in my account there is a problem with my login details. I add my right details but ther is problem login detailes are incorrect.and there is no forgott option working this software i lose my money. Its too bad experience

Being as a first time user of this platform,I had a bad review about their service even though I gone through some complaints about their services but I said let me try to see it myself,I had first account with them that my verification was rejected,so I opened new account and got verified so easily,I deposited my money into the new account but asking for card verification I did but the next message I got it's my account has been disabled kindly refund my fund or I will keep telling the world.

Annoying! I'll hit the four star if my withdrawal issue gets resolved as soon as possible. I redeemed a little amount of a list of vouchers I have to test if withdrawal would be smooth. I redeemed and verified both my ID and Address (which also took so long) and up until now I am unable to withdrawal Via crypto option, and I've been unable to link my bank and card details. It's so frustrating, I've sent several mails to support still no response from them.

This app needs a serous check from one of the best specialist out there .. seriously a dump app can't even log me in tho credentials r right..best I delete it now I rather not be bothered bout this in the future and besides trust pilot score is very low doesn't look trustable..watch out ppl and stay safe 👀
