Unnecessary animations which slows down everything, sometimes the app is just unusable. Doesn't read on a map position properly, especially closer to non-parking areas... Also pricing is ridiculous

Great service, only hiccup was car at airport was on a different parking level (02 instead of 01) so took long to find.

App has become super buggy, unfortunately. Support is kind and fast. Still not able to add new payment method nor receive SMS codes on my US number. The service and price is great though and the ppl I talked to on the phone were very helpful.

Good service, but you cannot take pictures, so cannot report previous damages. Although I did give all necessary permission for the camera, it didn't open. I had to use a second mobile device where luckily the camera opened to be able to use the service and report damages. If I did not have that second device, I would not have used the service.

Upon trying to register to the App so i can take My Wife with a broken leg to the doctors. I was trying to validate My Documents from which My european drivers licence was not validated (dont Know the Reason) My account was suspended for i dont Know which reasons or as They state "violation of our terms and policy". The time the app was used trying to register and validate the Documents was less than 30 minutes. So in less than 30 mins They suspended My account.. GGs Miles

The worst service ever! Really. While doing a registration in Germany was asked to upload driving license and Passport ID. Did it and got permanent account ban. All documents are real, valid and belong to me. No explanation from MILES support team. Don't waste your time on this app.

Miles carsharing is saving me every time I get a problem with my own car,or when I want to transport something big around hamburg. Great deal,fair price, and variety of options. It will be nice if more small vans are available in the city.

Great app with a great and wide selection of vehicles. The service is pretty outstanding and very helpful for those who can't speak German. It is on the high end in terms of costs but still pretty good.

Bad customer service. They will have plenty of people to respond to public reviews, but when you submit a ticket via the app with a simple query you will be ignored. This is my current situation. One time I had to email customer support 30+ times as they would not honor the fuel top up credit and claimed the €110 of fuel I added was only 69%. It was full. After I pointed this out I continued to be ignored. This time I have a simple detail update request and once again my ticket is ignored.

The biggest scammers you can find. They just charge your card for no reasons then when you ask they make up fake reasons. Even the support uses super heroes names 🤡 they are scammers they don't make money by renting you the car but by charging you random amounts and giving you fines for no reason. Stay far away from this app

Super professional support. Rich offer of cars that you can easily find in any part of Stuttgart. At first it may look more expensive than the competition, but on short distances it's far more economical.

UPD: In the new version the problem has been solved! Change to 5 stars. Built-in camera doesn't work. All the necessary permissions are granted. And this bug persists for a few months (since January at least). Please raise the priority of this issue to the development team! It's impossile to conveniently report damages!!!

I'm not sure how to rate the app as it won't verify my driving licence, no matter how many times I try. When taking the photo, it says successful, but the verification fails every songle time. Any suggestions? For the time being, I'll rate the app based on its potential use.

The app seems nice at first but is not to be trusted. MILES booked ~300 € from my account for one of their cars that was towed. However, I did not park the car in a no-parking zone. When I asked, no effort was made to clarify the situation. I was left with the costs without receiving any further information.

I have tried many car sharing and I believe Miles is the best. I haven't experienced any hidden cost. Their customer service is available quickly by phone in case you need to contact them. Contacting through email, it takes less than a day to get responses. They offer many discounts like 15% top-up, or birthday gift. I'm totally satisfied about using Miles. Well Done!

06/04/2021 edit: customer service registered me manually very fast, even though this was Easter holidays. Original review: I see a ton of Miles vehicle here where I live so it looks like it's working well. Unfortunately, the app is completely broken when it comes to registering: it requires users to upload their passport but it's unable to read the passport NFC. I contacted the customer service in August 2019, but only got an answer 12 days later. The the classical answer: please upgrade the app and try again. I gave up, but decided to give it another try this morning, after 6 months (on version 4.0). It's still broken at the same stage. To sum up: - broken app - slow customer service

Clearly in cost cutting mode. 1. impossible to talk to a human being except through app 2. If the app is broken or doesn't work, no way to contact them 3. App always fails on trying to charge an electric car. This is because you have to do it through the app. And the app always... always... gets stuck in the error "Car not charging". The car is plugged in, the plug is locked in the tower, and the tower says that the car is charging. And no more space in the review... terrible UX...

I like the idea and the app in general, but I have one feedback about notifications: Please add "categories" for "operational" notifications (such as car status etc) and "non-operational" notifications (such as deals, campaigns etc.). I understand that this is a way of mitigating churn, but please let people opt out of this if they really want to. I don't want to disable notifications altogether and then enable them just for the car rental to be informed about it.
