My name was wrong so I had to write a lot of emails and collect a lot of information to fix this problem. I lost miles for past flights. Just to add miles the normal way takes too long and it is too complicated. The benefits are great but the app is just inefficient and impractical. Upload your data (passport, ID, address, etc.) And after landing scan the boarding pass or write the ticket number. Ready! Why 7 days wait, tickets review and useless bureaucracy?

I already have a M&M account, decided to DL the app. Clicking "Log In" does nothing, I had to start creating a new account, have it recognised as already existing, and only then did I get a clickable option to log in. Of course when I do that, I still can't log in because the app freezes and as good as crashes. What a premium experience!

Can't correct gender so all contact is marked incorrectly. And whole app is just links out to web pages so constantly being prompted with various confirmations due to that.

Lately, I constantly get kicked / blocked, and the apps tells me to either switch wifi network or to mobile data, or restart my phone. Switching to mobile doesn't help though, and I'm not restarting my phone 3x a day! What's wrong here?

Horrid app with little functionality. Serious issues in launching the app and it frequently does not get beyond the log in attempt. A reflection of the airline.

The app keeps telling me that it needs permissions but I have already allowed it all permissions. I have now removed all permissions to see if that stops the problem, or at least if it stops the constant notifications that it needs more permissions.

Still no adaptive icon on Android. Supported since Android 8, adaptive icon adjust to the different icon form of each Android maker. My device uses circle. The square icon is made smaller and placed in a circle. Ugly icon, the only app left on my phone that does that. All over apps have been updated for years. It's easy and fast to implement.

Worked great for few years, but has been a complete garbage lately. Barely works, frequently crashes with stupid error messages (like connect to a different wifi or restart your phone). Lufthansa put lot of efforts to renew the Miles&More program, but they seemingly did a superficial job.

Installed this app to be able to use two-factor authentication for my Lufthansa app and now I can't use the app to manage my flight nor did it let me choose two-factor authentication! Oh and your help desk isn't working either.😡

App tells me that it needs more permissions for some features to work properly, but doesn't tell me which. The choices: notifications, camera, microphone, photos and videos, and physical activity. I see no reason to permit anything other than notifications from this list so I guess I'm uninstalling.

when it works its a useful app, but as per other users i have recently had issues. The app keeps saying I have been logged out and need to connect to another wifi network. My phone then freezes and I have to restart the phone. I have tried clearing the cache and reinstall but still giving same issue every time. Very annoying.

It is a useful app when it works, but that seems random. Be prepared to regularly enter your login data, as app keeps on logging you out on various occasions. The servers also randomly block connections resulting in messages like 'your connection was blocked' and then hints like 'use a different WIFI', which (of course) does not help. Just wait, it will eventually let you back in...

Very uncomfortable app, jumps frequently to web pages outside the app. The rewards flight booking is almost unusable - if there is no flight found in your class you have to start from scratch entering all the information once again.

Your connection has been blocked , please restart the device. I did , open it once again - and again - your connection has been blocked , please restart the device. Such a nice approach to handle your customers. I wish I could make a screenshot and show it here

It looks to me like they're actively trying to make it hard to add points so that they will avoid giving rewards unless someone is super dedicated and smash through the walls of confusion. I had many flights but still zero points and still no idea how to add them myself, too time consuming to figure it out. A reflection of the airline as a whole.

As soon as I installed the app all my miles got stolen, withdrawn from my account, they're now all gone. Customer support topped those up again, however they got stolen again. Also the Miles & More App doesn't necessarily offer any benefits, flew with them extensively over 2 years and absolutely got nothing, like 15 USD credit amongst for just a one way ticket, and two way tickets are cheaper anyways! When I wanted to redeem on Swiss Duty Free, my credit card was charged, plus they took theiles

I downloaded this app because for what I understand, the online mileage calculator is no longer functional. So I download it and find the mileage calculator. It took me 10 minutes to enter all the info. It asked me all flight details, which I had to go and grab in my Swiss App. But whenever I closed the Miles&More App to open the Swiss App to look up information, the data I had previously entered in the Miles&More App was gone. Eventually I wrote down all information of all flights on a piece of paper in order to enter it in one go in the Miles&More App. After doing that -- quite a drag -- I got an error message that "the mileage could not be calculated due to a system error". Now I'll have to call the Senator hotline on the phone and spend another 15 minutes or so to find out. Also the App asks the Booking Class for the mileage calculation, but the Booking Class is not listed either in the Swiss App or on the flight Reservation confirmation... Suggestions: just put the mileage value right on the confirmation, as well as the booking class, and list that same information in the Swiss App. Seems like that should be easy to do. This has been extremely annoying!
