This deserves 0 stars. The app used to automatically track my trips, you have to do it manually now. It used to be extremely user-friendly, claiming rewards, & moving up to the next rank was just as easy. Not the case anymore, I stopped collecting rewards cause they had less over time & they weren't things I liked/used, so I was just going to collect/wait till I saw ones I liked. I've also lost all my miles & it was a lot of miles. I'm highly disappointed, do not recommend it anymore.

If you don't open the app enough they apply a 100% "maintenance fee" to entice you to uninstall the app. Not all of their emails have an unsubscribe button either, so be careful! Prizes aren't always great, but I was able to get two $25 Amazon gift cards in the 8 years I had the app. Not worth the ROI while providing them with your movement data.

I've been using this app 1-2 years and up until a couple of months ago, I loved it. Now I absolutely abhor it. It tracks my miles and the gives me credit for half of said miles. Now the gift cards require more miles to redeem plus different miles are required for the same amount. Such as Amazon ecard cost 20,000 miles for $5 and all the others are 10,000. It's ridiculous so I'll probably just delete it and find another one because this one is absolute sour garbage. 😒

No longer good. Ever since they added that 'premium' upgrade or whatever for basic features such as auto collecting miles, I've gave up on the app. Their rewards are also... Not good. I'm assuming most people downloaded this app to get cash / gift cards / discounts. Their rewards section is basically all just free trial stuff or offers that already exist that do not even need miles for. The actual gift cards are extremely expensive (they have only bids right now) + you need tiers... Stay away.

Used to be a simple app. After last update has become worthless. Issues #1 entered over 500 raffles winning ZERO while others have won 4 or 5 raffles in less than 50!!! #2 used to track miles automatically, now have to manually enter. It is unbelievable time consuming and does not show all trips, what is the point!!! #3 when manually entering miles the app constantly freezes or the screen jumps around, absolutely aggravating!!! #4 phone overheats each time this app is opened. YOU SCREWED IT UP!!

I was under the impression that I could exchange miles for gift cards. Every time I've tried it just says "sold out" for each one. The app only allows me to "bid" on a gift card with only the top few bids winning. I haven't found any benefit to having this app. Sure, they have other ways to use miles but gift cards are the only thing I was interested in. UPDATE: Now this app has gotten worse. Not only are gift cards NEVER available, now you have to manually "claim" your miles. Avoid it!

The app is super laggy. It takes too long to redeem your miles while scrolling. You can auto redeem your miles driven if you purchase their subscription, but it used to be free. The gift cards are very expensive. The purchasing power of your miles is very close to obsolete. The other rewards are not anything me or most other people would be interested in. The only good reward is the $25 Amazon gift card but it requires alot of miles and it's a raffle. I had a very poor experience.

The app has gotten worse over time. I tried to redeem miles on a gift card, and I can't because they have an issue on their end. Miles used to be given automatically after each trip, but now you have to claim it manually. Otherwise, you will miss out on those miles you earned. I have updated the app and still wasn't able to redeem for a gift card although Amazon and Starbucks are available. I have screen recorded this experience because its absurd that this app has only gotten worse with time.

Super buggy. Constantly detects "trips" when I didn't go anywhere which means I can't claim miles on actual trips. Amazon gift cards now cost double what other cards of the same value do. When trying to add tags, a lot of times, it just spins and I have to close the modal and try again. Honestly, it's gotten pretty terrible. At least the trivia is kinda fun. At this point, I'm holding out for one more gift card redemption and then uninstalling. Not worth it.

This app is ok. I've had issues with redeeming points for gift cards, and today I'm having trouble "labeling"my trips. I choose my category and get all the way to pressing the green "Continue" button and the button no- longer has any writing on it and therefore will not allow me to press it. This happened to me several times today, but has never happened before. It's very frustrating.

Great because as advertised it does "pay" you to travel, but not very much. And it was better, but they updated it and their dumb subscription made everything worse. And now in order to actually earn the miles you travelled, you have to check the app at least once a week to manually collect them, which sucks because I always forget to. After having this app for over two years, just always active on the side, I can barely afford a $5 Amazon giftcard. Hardly worth your time.

I wish I could give it zero stars! I used to love how easy this app was. But since the paid subscription update things keep getting worse and worse. You still can't get miles for all your trips. The app is 2 full days behind. Customer service is garbage! Basically they tell you it's your problem. You used to be able to get smaller giftcards but now you are forced to wait until you get 10000 or even 20000 miles to get a $5 giftcard. There are way better apps that don't cost a dime. App broken!!!

The app was pretty good. It tracked my milage and I love the trivia, but recently when I tried to open the app's Homepage it shut down. The only way I can use it is through it's notifications for the trivia questions. It started happening when I was notified that I received a lot of miles for opening a Self account.

Used to be a great app, but now they are getting money hungry, paying for miles+ just to keep the perks you had. I'm not doing it, and it probably will uninstall it at some point. No longer get cheap gift cards for low points, membership is lowered if you don't take many trips or buy the miles, where when I first got the app, points were earned from getting miles or spending miles on gift cards.

The app is frozen up after doing the update. I can't even get in to see my rewards or points or do anything. Still having problems. It pulls up a notification page. I try and acknowledge it and it does nothing. Stays on the notification page. Still waiting to hear from them. I had a lot of points available to withdraw$$

The app was great until it stopped recording my trips and showed me offline when I wasn,t. Every attempt to fix the issue, like clear cache and data didn't help. Made sure my phone wasn't in battery saver mode too with no luck. I had a little over 36000 miles which were taken from me for a maintenance fee since supposedly I was inactive for over 2 months. I don't want to start over and just a warning to others since they don't give you warning of this.

Use to be a wonderful app until they updated and took away all the benefits for the free subscription. Now I have to pay to get anything decent. I already turned it off once because it wasn't worth it. The only reason I still keep it is because I got so many points and they added amazon to the free gift cards. Once I go through them, it'd highly likely ill delete. I commute to work 60 mil one way and it built me up. Then it started getting lower and lower. I don't have time to babysit an app

This app has slowly started having more and more issues, even with the updates. The last couple of days, it's been lagging so much, it detects a trip for about 75% of the distance I actually go and then 4 or 5 hours later, it detects the rest of my trip. This causes you to have 2 claim more than 1 trip when it was actually only 1 trip, which is extremely disappointing since you only get 5. I've tried clearing the cache as instructed as well as uninstalling & reinstalling but nothing has helped.

In the beginning, this was a terrific app. Then whoever changed it made it worse. I use to get a ton of miles and could get even more with tagging and boosting. Then, they added an upgrade feature that prohibits you from getting all the times you travel. You can only get 5 trips per day if you are basic. It just went downhill after the upgrade feature. They say the first 5 trips get points, but I made a first trip of over 100 miles and couldn't get points until I upgraded.

Just like everyone else. It was a decent app at the beginning. Then, they added the pay membership option. Only 5 trips per day if you don't pay for the membership. The trips you do get, you have to open the app to collect the miles instead of it automatically collecting. You can rarely get a gift card. Always say it's sold out, but with the off chance you can get a gift card, all of the other higher amount gift cards are suddenly available. It's not worth my time. App will be removed.
