UPDATE: they started signing people up for a high interest rate and then cut it by almost a full point a month later. Pulling out all my money from this bait and switch bank. Transfers in are ridiculously slow. They will always take the full 10 days no matter how many times you've done it.

App crashes during the first page of the application process for some unknown bug. Not a great feeling that I'm supposed to trust Milli with my finances when selecting my country of residence crashes the app.

SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE. It's already hard to feel safe with a new "non bank" but then not be able to access for hours because of the apps technical issues, difficulty linking Milli because it is not a bank, and then after all the hassle, for Milli to drop the interest rate after a month...not worth it.

It's been great except for one hiccup. The first time I transferred funds, it was marked as possible fraud. The money was frozen in the Milli account for somewhere around 6 weeks. Finally, the tranfer got resolved. Since then it's been smooth sailing.

I really hate that it takes 2 weeks for the money to leave my bank account and go into my savings account on here. This is the only bank/app I have this issues with. Everything else I use has a standard lead time of 24 hours before it goes through.

Can't even finish the set up process to make an account. Can't do it online and app keeps crashing literally every time I click "country of citizenship". Please fix your app.

Don't know why my application was declined (because you can't get an explanation even after requesting your application to be reconsidered), but it makes no sense. I have established residency, accounts at other banks, and employment, yet somehow, I was declined. As others have mentioned, it's all generically scripted responses, which brings to question how their customer service handles actual account issues if you have an account with Milli.

I just signed up for an account. I've tried filling in my information, but as soon as I click citizenship, it closes the app. I have to re login and enter information. As soon as I click citizenship, it closes. I've tried over 5x. WOW!!! WHAT A QUICK TURN AROUND! I WAS JUST ABLE TO COMPLETE MY INFORMATION. đđ»đđ»đđ»

Awesome app till it isn't. Restricted account for suspected fraud under review cool fine if it isn't resolved in 90 days they'll close the account... lies!!!!! Its been 6 months still restricted can't access my funds or talk to a real person ohhhhh but I can keep adding money to this account. Zero transparency throughout this whole thing. Finally made a case with the BBB to sort this out.

Honestly was worried by the reviews, but my experience so far has been perfect. Its subject to change as I recently opened up an account, but everything has been smooth sailing and with nifty features to boot.

I tried 8 times to log in. 8 times, I put my DOB, SSN, Phone #, and it was fine, until I hit the button to put in my country of citizenship, it sent me to the login screen. So I had to send another verification code, put in my DOB, SSN, etc. all over again. Only to be sent back as soon as I tap the button for country of citizenship. I couldn't even create my whole account because of this. I quit.

Normally I use my fingerprint to login but now the app is asking for a passcode (the passcode I remember setting does not work) and the forgot passcode link doesn't work so now I have no way to access my account and customer service is only available by chatbot or email

I like it. I'm afraid to death of losing my phone with it, but I like the app. I don't really know how you would contact them if anything happened to your phone. nice interface, I like the jars idea. I've got ADHD bad, and I can see the jars helping me remember to save for and buy things. I'm disappointed that the interest rate was lowered to 4.75% from 5.25% :( it doesn't work with Cash App btw.

Thieves!I forgot my password, so tried to reset it. I chose a new password, which fit all the requirements. Milli said the passwords did not match, BUT THEY DID! I uninstalled Milli and reinstalled, but still had no luck.Has anyone else had this problem? All my money is there! They stole all my money! Edit: Finally fixed the issue, but with a lot of tears on my part.

Pretty Good There is no Zelle, it does have ACH, and it does take a couple days for your money to get to the account. I've had Milli for a year, I've never had to contact customer support. it's been pretty straightforward. Save money. Their apr is higher than my other banks: Cap One, Discover. I love the Jars, they function like Ally's buckets except I can customize each of m] Jars icons with my own picture. Can we please get notifications of when funds are deposited into the account?

The app is fairly easy to use. The debit card showed up in my wallet pretty seamlessly. The Jars concept is great! I'm dropping stars because I transferred funds through the Milli app and Milli locked up thousands of dollars for weeks! It was drawn out of my original account after two days. I'm starting week 2 and still waiting for it to show in my Milli account. Not good. This isn't a paper form in 1983. Get faster if you want to compete!

So far Milli has been great! The app and banking tools are simple to use, and the Jars concept replicates the sub-savings account that I had in my Credit Union. The interest rate is top-notch, paying as much or more than the CDs at most places. Another reviewer scorned them "tying up money for weeks," but the terms clearly state what the transfer times and hold times are like for different methods of moving funds around. All in all, I'm very happy!

I applied for an account, but their automated system failed the identity check. I contacted their customer service only to be told I will never be able to open an account. They do not reassess an failed applications. They do not put any effort into correcting their systems shortcomings. If you don't get in on the first try, then you are permanently blacklisted.
