Up and down , seems like after my 1st withdrawal they tightened it up on me , key is if u don't hit decent in 10 spins stop that slot usually it won't hit anything worth a damn, the flip side they have killer deals and give aways if your patient

I truly enjoyed this app it has always allowed me to redeem until here recently. I submitted one on the 4th and one on the 5th that are still pending. I have always received my redemptions with in 24 hours. can someone please help me

Best app. I enjoy playing at 1st. so far I like it! I just won and I love this casino. I just sent in my first withdrawal. I will let you know how long it takes to get it. But right now I give this 5 stars. UPDATE: Well it's been about 26 hours since my redemption request and still waiting. They have an online chat but nothing but a bot has responded to my inquiries. I play on a few of these Acorn sites and this is the longest I've ever waited on a withdrawal to come through. it's always been 24 hrs whether it's weekend, holiday.

game was ok then didn't receive PayPal keep getting the run around never received payment used to like the game now I'm just over it! no help and no explanation. it was at one point a nice incentive but when you have spent 2000 and having issues with cash out!! Never again!!

caught me by surprise. I was Leary for sure to add money to this at first. well happy to say I have redeemed twice once over 100 and once over 200 and a redeemed in progress it's over 100 also. redemption took less than 24 hours for both so far. they have good slot choices and even a few shooter games my personal favorite. thank you for being legit I know I appreciate it as many of us do.

great platform. I love the different variety of online casino games that they have. I have redeemed my winning several times. but beware of cashing out on Sundays bc it takes forever and a day to receive them. The best times to play would be around 1am to 4 am. That's when I've hit the most with the bigger jackpots, 100$ plus. Customer Service sucks, you won't get a fast response.

I had a problem verifying my account to redeem my prize but customer service came along(although it took a day or two) and fixed the problem with no hassle. I just now sent in my redemption and will update on how that goes. Overall I like this platform. I hope there is no more hiccups but this hiccup was on me. I play on an android phone and it's clear and fun. I recommend trying it for yourself but also recommend the platform so far. I will update about my redemption as stated earlier.

I went to purchase coins first purchase. I get the message that the transaction failed when it DID NOT. I have my bank to back me... absolutely ignored me in chat when I explained the issue. if they make it right I'll update this review until then stay away from this casino!

I absolutely love this game and I've had no problems until this week. I've been waiting for almost a week to receive my Redemption and still have yet to do so. I have a absolutely zero luck contacting anybody that can actually help me it's just some AI bot or something and cannot get through to anybody else. I've emailed and tried the app numerous times and have had no luck. it's really upsetting considering how much I play/pay
