It's not anything about the app that sucks necessarily. It's the individuals who are clearly there to steel and take advantage. I'm convinced that none of the interactions I've had were with a local woman who wanted to meet/get to know me. So my experience was only 2 starts but it's a form of entertainment for me. 😒 Maybe some filter to keep that to a minimum.

The app was was simple to use. I don't feel like there are many choices in men in my age range. I placed a filter, but I kept getting people either too young or too old from what I noted. Also, I would get a message and the next day their account were deactivated. what?! Old messages from people who were deactivated before reading their messages won't erase because I can't open them any longer. That's kind of annoying. It also seemed that it is full of scammers. No thank u!

No different than any other dating app. Maybe worse. Likes are all from outside of search area. Search filters change automatically to make more "matches". App said if I gave a review and uploaded a photo of it that I would get 24 hours of free views of "likes", it did not.... It has a lifetime membership option, probably not a good sign...

Loaded with bots. The search feature has issues. I selected the age range and I still kept getting profiles way outside of that, furthermore, I searched a 50 mile range and still ended up with global results. Constant push to upgrade, sure, some features work but if you want all the features you'll have to pay. It is the typical dating app, lure you in with their so called free app then restrict you if you don't pay and subscribe. It's no different than many other date apps.

Considering it's a no cost, free dating APP, it provides some basic matching features free but for rest of kool features u need to pay. Overall, I guess it's okay APP for a time pass and to see some pretty faces. Although without any positive outcomes for me personally, in the last couple of months for myself! Give it a shot. . Nothing to loose, it's free right!

I would give this 5stars if bots & scammers were not on here! Im coming across to many. I do however like that your able to message for free. A lot of other apps make you pay. Also, would be nice if you would put in filers where you can choose what location/race/gender etc... Pros: FREE messaging Cons: Can't see who likes you unless you get a subscription.

Mingle2 has come a long way in the 8 months since I've been active on the site. I really appreciate the heightened awareness with regards to safety, security and people/software issues. The updated app isn't as user friendly as it was. It would be great if all navigation pages were possible from no matter where I was on the site. Internet access has issues with my VPN. Their captcha page freezes not only on my desktop but my mobile, as well. It's a non-issue with Mingle2 's app. Richard

Well, there are mostly fakes on here. All seem to lie about their location. Most people are 100s-1000s of miles from the location on their profiles. Most are just scammers after money or personal info. Out of 100's of people talked to, only 1 actually had the real location on their profile. Overall, a waste of time, unless you want to be constantly spammed, and asked for money, apple cards, steam wallets, etc...

Overall nice app. If any changes I would suggest the support figure out a way to make sure. Once you swipe left on someone. The dont show up in your feed for at least 1 48hrs. Once a person has been swiped left twice. They should be removed permanently from the persons feed. Payment options seem fair. Also, once a filter is inputed. It should stay until the person decides to change it. Instead of refreshing every login. Overall nice app once you get rid of the bots and pervs

So first of all this app has a lot of interface problems. Notifications that don't lead anywhere, numbers that are indicating missed messages but there's nothing there. Having to leave a chat and re-enter it in order to see messages. Taking forever to scroll back up to old messages. But I have actually found people here. I don't know where these conversations will take me, but I'm having them with real people. it works with the ads, even if they are annoying. I ended up paying $30. Worth it!

The app is okay but can be glitchy at times. Randomly while reviewing chats a popup will appear with an error that has the reconnect in the middle of strings of symbols. Also, I turned off all notification sounds for this app, but it STILL makes sounds and vibrations. I have the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 and I made sure to turn off sounds for each category of the app and within the app itself as I only wanted the banner notification and logo to appear but no sound. Unfortunately that is not possible with this app unless you completely turn off all sounds on your phone. The profile photos take a while to appear and sometimes doesnt appear at all.

Very limited in the "Free" version as marketed. Basically it is the platform that holds portfolios. Inable to interact or communicate or even see who viewed you, it's pay to play. This is fine but don't over emphasize and market a "free" application it is only the doormat. Second, have the option to organize potential matches by distance and when someone says within 30 miles, if there's only 6 people show me 6 people. Don't change MY preferences just to show me more of YOUR customers.

Update: seems to be working better and not crashing but now they have ads that pop up and talk really loud that jolt you out of your chair, that everyone around you can hear.....noooo...! So keep your volume turned down while you use this app. It was working well. A few days ago a full page ad started to pop up every time you try to do anything, and it causes the app to crash.

This app is very similar to Tinder, which I very much like. The price to view members who like you is just where it needs to be. However, the app always restarts when my phone accidently loses wifi connection, which happened while I was writing messages and making my profile, so I had to start all over. The distance spectrum is also way off, when looking for people within a 50 mile radius, it was showing me people well over 2 hours away. A few tweaks and this app could easily surpass the others.

Pros: Messaging is unlimited on the "free" version and you don't have to upgrade to see who's viewed your profile. Cons: Whatever search distance you set, it doesn't matter. The app automatically gives you results of profiles hundreds of miles away. Mingle2 uses ghost writers and practices deceptive tactics. Also, When you're in a conversation with someone you have to exit, refresh and reenter to see the next message. So many fakes on this app.

"Mingle2: Dating, Chat & Meet is a fantastic platform for connecting with people and finding meaningful connections. Its user-friendly interface and extensive features make it a standout choice in the crowded world of dating apps. The only downside? The occasional interruption of ads after a few swipes can be a minor annoyance. Overall, though, Mingle2 remains a top-notch option for those seeking love, friendship, or casual encounters."

The app/website itself works really well. I like the free messaging for matchs & unlimited like. I also like being able to send 5 free messages & nudges a day. The downside is this kind of free app leads to a ton of fake profiles. They have been pretty good at getting rid of the bad ones fast. It's just a lot if what I've seen has been mostly fake profiles so far.

Absolutely awful! This app/site, is nothing but a scam. Always changes your age and distance preferences. Get "likes" from people across the country, mostly populated with fake, stolen, or AI pictures! And customer service does literally nothing about it! Every "girl/person" you match with instantly wants you to give up your personal messaging info. On the off beat chance you actually match with a real person, they're deleted from your messaging history within 2 to 3 days.

It seems to be an okay app for the fact that most things are behind a paywall. I think it would be fair if you gave us one free daily reveal of our hidden matches so we can make better connections. Also it never keeps my filter in my area, and there are a lot of times where I have to readjust my distance to get the right results because for some reason it resets the default. Basically I think we need more ability to connect without having to pay for it.

Just started on Mingle and I don't have enough experience yet to rate it. However, the policies are clear and very well constructed. I look forward to more experiences. The one thing I am not as sure about is the continuing request to add this or that. When on a fixed income there isn't always extra cash to be spent. It kind of interfered with any chats I may be involved in.
