Different phone OEMs have an aggressive take towards apps that rely on background work and alarms, such as pomodoro timers, to save some battery life.
It is recommended that you disable the battery optimization for this app in order to get accurate alarms.
In the worst case, if you still have issues, try to keep the phone plugged in and/or the screen on while working.

This has been a great app to help me concentrate at work / reading. I have also used it to keep track of my working hours whenever I have to clock. Giving it 4 instead of 5 stars because I have noticed that the longer break I have scheduled doesn't always happen after 4 sessions, which I find weird. Edit: upgrading to 5 stars because the app is "intelligent" and schedules 15 min of breaks when you have actually done 4 sessions back to back. I upgraded like 4 months ago and love it!!

My productivity has gone up 100%. Not only is it nice just to have a minimalistic timer and the fact that it has statistics, break times, and no ads makes it quite literally the best timer I've ever had. This is one of the very few apps I would recommend if somebody ask me. This app is perfect for me, and although it might not be the best for some people, who like to be guilted into working, this app just works for me. Statistics and break times are amazing. 10 out of 10 app, works amazingly!!!!

Loving it so far. You can go super simple with it and just use the timers, or you can get more detailed with labels. Only thing I wish was different: it would be great to be able to give the pre-notification warning it's own tone instead of the same one as the finished work sound. I'd like to make the warning a softer sound than the finish.

I've found this to be the best app for daily health and awareness timers. I really appreciate that the alarms can be continuous, especially in the free version. That was a deciding factor for me. I use this app for breath work, vision relaxation, posture adjustments, focus reminders, and other mental and behavioral adjustments throughout the day. Interface is simple, easy to use, and perfect for my use. Many thanks for this.

One of the best pomodoro timers available on Android. I have been using it for years and it is very helpful in making sure I stay on task. I like that a lot is available for free and that your stats can be exported. When I switched phones it was a simple NFC transfer of the file then import. So quick and easy. I like the stats and all the customization options. I wish it showed up on more pomodoro lists because it is that good.

Minimal, perfect. This app has truly improved my study habits. So simple to use, I just choose my study block time and break times. I do two short breaks and one long, and this allows me to get chores done and decompress a bit. I've been sooo much more productive with it, and I've recommended it to other students. No cutesy stuff, no junk, just a simple utility. Would be great for interval training too!

Great app for focusing and tracking time at a high level without extra features I don't need or already get from other apps. Statistics could use some enhancements, such as remembering the last-selected metrics like "Daily" or "Monthly". Also, the app occasionally stops tracking time/gets stuck without recording that time, which is annoying. But I can't find a simpler app that helps me focus (auto-DND) and see how I've spent that time over longer periods.

Gets the job done, doesn't clutter the UI with useless features or intrusive ads. Only thing I could complain about is that the UI is perhaps a little too minimalist. The incremental tips it gives are a great way to introduce the gesture-based features, and the gestures are pretty intuitive, but I can't help but feel that some labeled buttons would be a bit easier to use. A bit better of a balance could be struck between minimalism and functionality.

I really don't like the new version. I accidentally swipe up and the timer starts over. You should be able to disable these swiping gestures. I'm looking for another version. Accidental swipe occurs when im trying to swipe to add a minute or pause or whatever. its not intuitive this new way. maybe put labels so people know where theyre swiping. look at the app Brain Focus. I prefer the look of your app, but the customization of BF is far superior. To each their own. Good luck to you.

Love its simplicity and clarity. You can adjust times for all the various intervals and even type in the number if the slider is hard to work. You do have to subscribe if you want to save particular patterns, which seems fair. I use this for run-walk-run intervals, for work, and even for chores!

I appreciate this app's minimalism, especially the full-screen mode that lets me save battery even while having the timer on. I paid for the variety in labels, which has helped me track my productivity personally and stay on task. I'm looking forward to more UI updates in the future, as currently it's not super intuitive to switch your timer's lengths and pull up different profiles for timers. Overall, really appreciate this app and the total ease of use.

Loved the app, donated to support the developer! A simple addition that would make it even better would be an option to "continue" the work time. I use this for video classes, and it would be nice to have an option to continue to work for another 5-10 minutes before starting my break. This is doable if I just skip the next break and end the next session early, but a feature made for it would be awesome!

Beats the most popular Pomodoro app as that one got too laggy for me. This one has the super simple interface, it's not trying to organize your entire life, just a nice simple UI that works through basic swipes. The option for paid services is kinda annoying, I don't use them and there is no advert but the fact that they're there just kinda bugs me. Beats everything else tho!

I tried out several other Pomodoro apps (Focus To-Do, PomoDone), but this one wins for simplicity and functionality. I wanted to track time on certain projects, and this app allowed me to do that without a subscription or the need for integration with another app. I also like that I can export the results to CSV. Plus the dark mode saves battery and looks great. Well worth the $5.

Exactly what I wanted. Lightweight, simple, and it actually works. The free version is robust enough to do the job well, and I was so pleased with the app that I was happy to upgrade to the pro version. The labels weren't something I was looking for but they have been tremendously helpful! Another bonus is that the app works with my Garmin watch so I can have my phone in another room and start or skip breaks from my watch.

Pretty much everything you'd expect, and no more then you need. highly reccommend for pomodoro. Edit: In addition, I'm curious if this app will ever be compatible with Wear OS? It'd be nice because you could use the timer away from your phone and on your smartwatch instead, which makes it easier to avoid distractions. Just a thought!

Easy to use. Simple, yet useful tool. Helps me stay focused and more productive. The free version does everything I need it to, but upgraded to pro to support your work and say "thank you" for your quality app. I may find some new goodies I like. If not, it's still $5 well spent. The best mobile apps are the ones dedicated to one job, then do that job very well. This is a fine example of that. I like the lack of permissions, too, especially internet permissions.

Love the simple, minimalistic approach. Do one thing, and do it (mostly) well. (I really want this to be the one!!!) However, notifications are unreliable, and inconsistent, often counting to 0:00 then waiting another minute or more to notify... If at all. Other pomodoro apps have never had this problem, so not sure what's special about this one. (I've disabled every battery saving and background thingy imaginable - again something I never had to do with other apps)

Pretty good app with some great functions, but I can't get it to seem to do the long breaks. Not sure what I'm doing wrong, even spent the money on the upgrade and it still doesn't seem to work. 10 sessions and no long break. Oh well. Otherwise love the minimal style and customizability.

Too buggy, damaging its flexibility. I want to account for my lunch break but can't. If I interfere with the breaks/sessions at all, like having to pause a break and resume it later, I simply don't get the 15-min breaks when I should (if at all). Gestures are frustrating/nonintuitive. Also don't always get the workday start reminder (or it's late). And the app being fullscreen is aggravating, I tire of fighting that only for it to go back to that presentation--settings don't help. Disappointed.
