This app is useless. I never see trucks on the app. I just saw one drive by so I checked the app to see if it showed up and it did not.

Useless. Does he show any of the trucks. Even if the truck is driving by in front of me it will not register on the app. According to this app there are no misroscopy trucks and the entire US

Have a local ice cream truck in my area that is a Mr. Softee now rebranding. Thought I could use the app, buuuut it won't show you any locations nor will it even allow you to create an account (I use an android; idk if that matters). Completely useless app. Uninstall right away.

I think this app is supposed to allow you to view the truck locations, but this app didn't do anything for me but show me an empty map of Brooklyn. Doesn't seem to work at all.

This app does virtually nothing. I can hear a mister softee out my window, but nothing shows on the map. It's 2022. How is mister softee not integrated into a mapping program that allows users to highlight themselves as interested in purchasing?? The torture of hearing the truck, but he rarely drives down our street! When he does, he pretty much races past our house on his way home after 9pm, when my son is already asleep.

I can't see any truck on the map, even though I hear the song outside my door. I was so excited to download the app, but now I wasted storage and made an account for no reason. It seems like this app is old as well, yet y'all still havent fixed it? Disappointing...

I would give this zero stars if I could. Waste of a download. Location of trucks is never accurate, and considering that all the app allows you to do is see where the truck is, if that doesn't work properly, it seems pointless to have.

Totally doesn't work. I opened it when I actually saw the truck in my neighborhood and it wasn't listed. I'll sometimes get notifications that one is nearby and upon opening there's nothing listed. Uninstalling because it's simply taking up space in my phone.

I've had the app installed on my Samsung Galaxy for at least a couple of years and works, for the most part, well. However, when I've tried to install it on my Google pixel devices, three different models, and also on my son's iPhone, it does not show the trucks location at all. Very bad.

It does it's function but you guys need to add more features. Let the trucks change their profiles and actually list the menu they have, give the customers the chance to message them through the app, show a list of all trucks in your area regardless of them being open or not- let customers have options man! This is such a bare bones app!

App literally does nothing. Can't see anything on the map, can't even sign up for an account. The buttons are unresponsive and there are no errors or alerts.

This app is absolutely pointless. It does not show the ice cream truck anywhere at any time using the app. This is a complete waste of time. Why claim that we can find the truck using this app when in fact it is not helpful at all give better chance listening for the truck and trying to follow it through its traditional music. I honestly would rate this zero Stars if it was possible. Total worthless app waste of space absolutely no help

I like that I can see where the truck is. However, it really needs to notify you when the truck is close. I guarantee you if I knew the truck was getting near my house I would come out and buy something. Right now I check the app, and it's miles away, and then I check it again, and it's miles away again, and then I check it again, and it's still miles and miles away... but it definitely passed my house at some point. It would also be great if you could summon a truck. Red flag! Sale desired!

The app works, but there's no way to jump to the nearest truck. Instead, you have to zoom out as far as possible to locate any trucks. You have to sign up to get notifications when a truck is near you, but the maximum distance for that is less than a mile. Also, there are no trucks in my state. The app description should make a point of saying what areas they cover.

unfortunately this app doesn't work at all for my area every time I turn it on the trucks are always in the same areas they never move and I haven't seen one in the areas that they do show that they are there. this app seems to be buggy with the GPS location as well as it's showing the locations of the Mister softee trucks. I was kind of hoping considering I just moved to a new city that I would be able to track where the trucks are but unfortunately this after this does not work. 0 stars

Useless app. It does show where the truck is located . That's the only positive thing on this app. As far for the item on the menu and price is absolutely useless . No item is on list and even you type it on the search engine for any type of Ice cream. It's non existence. It would be great if it works as advertised . Unfortunately Uninstall immediately.

The app mostly works but needs a few improvements imo. The app does show the trucks locations but only on initial opening. I have to close and reopen the app for the truck location to update seems like a bug. Also, please add an option to turn off the music it gets really annoying after the first 10 seconds. A new feature that would be useful is when clicking on a truck the map provides driving directions to the truck.
