I don't like this version of the app. An event will be on air and there won't be audio, until I switch off the phone or uninstall and reinstall the app. Such a time wasting and tiring experience

Mixl is a rip-off. I canceled my subscription, but they refused to return my money, insisting the subscription continues for the paid period. I don't want to use your platform anymore, so why should I pay for services I don't use or want? This is deceptive and damaging to your platform if you don't address it promptly. Don't ever mention that it's free to do live broadcast, I paid 199$ in 2023, and I didn't use it at all. You charge again in 2024 and refused to refund me back.

This latest updated version is not working well. So frustrating. Problems with loading and connecting with channels.

Since the update to the new UI it has been very bad experience, sometimes decide to log you out without one logging out. A new UI was suppose to make user experience better but it is just more complicated. Checking other review, seems you are defending the UI because of creator customization, but you forgot listener are the most important for both the platform and even creators will love us to enjoy our experience on the platform.

The app stopped playing streams, so I bit the bullet and updated, knowing I would lose access to chat when the channel wasn't streaming. The current version is now stuck in a log-in loop. I can't get to channels I follow at all.

This used to be a great app until some months ago after an update. 1. You get logged out automatically many times and even if you log in, it doesn't work. You remain logged out. 2. You can't find the accounts you're following & you need to search. 3. The app takes forever to connect everytime and if it does eventually, it disconnects multiple times and takes forever to reconnect. You can't listen for 15 minutes without interruptions. Please fix these bugs and let us enjoy MIXLR again.

I wish there was the opportunity to rate NO STAR. The apps take time to be launched and does not even connect to live broadcast. Everything is just SUPER SLOW on the app. The web application works much better. And please don't tell me to write to one email, just fix the bug ASAP.You can do a trend of users feedback before the UI was upgraded and now, make of it what suits you. NO THANKS😔😞

Mixlr kindly bring back the simplistic interface of red and white & just 1 or 2 basic buttons. That's all we users need. The winning point of mixlr was its basic simplicity, like using a pen. No nobody needs a pen that is also a mirror, that is also a fan. Give me a basic product with ink that I can write with. Mixlr has become so clunky & no more nimble & swift. Too many buttons & wait time is so long, it just feels bloated & overweight as an app. Just give us the basic features that worked.

A godsend to keep me in touch with my favourite football teams games as they are a long way below the level mainstream media gives a damn about. 99% brilliant but recently a small snag that the app now seems to see each half of play as a separate broadcast. This is particularly a problem if I'm driving and not to able to check out and back in, to *resume the second half.

I came here to confirm my suspicion. The experience has been extremely terribly after this upgrade. The upgrade is meant to have made it more enjoyable, but na. Beautiful interface, but so confusing and energy draining. Seeing people complain about all the things I'm also experiencing also confirms it. Make this new upgrade better with buttons very visible for people to navigate easily. It's just tiring to keep going round and round trying to figure the app out. It's a 1 star for me.

Good app! signing up is easy and the application works great even on windy and rainy days. As long as you are properly receiving data the app works great! Its easy to use on mutiple platforms from broadcasting on a computer to listening on a mobile device. Only improvement I'd like is for them to bring more stations to mixlr for free listening.

Why do I seem to lose the sound frequently during a broadcast...it is very frustrating? .........PLEASE FIX THE PROBLEM ASAP!!!!! I use this app to fix my baseball scoresheets asap ... and this is the only way to keep track of my team when they are at an away game. Year before last I had no problems.The app is great when it is working properly ...I think it has a time limit.

Love the app and use it a lot. The only issue is with the new interface for the showreel section, for some reason it won't play completely through, it will stop after 5-10 minutes of playing. Also if won't scroll through the entire list of episodes. This must only be an Android problem, my wife has an iphone and it doesn't have this issue. Other than that it's great.

The recorded sound quality is excellent!👍🏽 Much better than ZCast's web app (zcast's only option for Android users). However, I gave a 3 star rating because the phone app is a lot less robust than the web app. I will stick with this app for now... the alternatives in the app store are far less desirable (Anchor doesn't have a live option; Spreaker is just ugly; SpoonRadio requires a copy of government ID for citizens outside of Korea [SO not happening!]). Until there are significant design improvements, I'll be using Mixlr's web application far more than I'll be using the phone app.

Hello Developers, we use this app to broadcast our church services and we love it! My Pastor has asked me to let you know of a bug that has been occurring during broadcasts. When he listens to the services live, the connection isn't always steady causing the audio to cease causing him to have to log out and back in to listen to the podcast (it is also not an internet connection issue with his device.) We just wanted to let you know of this issue so your team could resolve it. Thank you!

This is horrible. I'm trying to listen to a live broadcast. The sound just stops randomly. I have to reopen the app for the sound to start playing again. When I try to look at other apps the music just stops. Actually, while I was typing this review the music on a broadcast stopped twice before I could even finish my review. This is horrible.

Has been great till a recent issue of the app not being able to open. It is an incredible resource for making live music widely available and I absolutely love it as do all the others who love our bands. I have an Android myself and it could play a part in the issues I am experiencing at the moment. Please fix soon as my favorite band is on tour now. Thank you for your great work!

Play music, OK. Now stop playing music - try to stop it. You can even remove the app from your running cache - nope, keeps playing. You actually have to go into settings -> apps -> Mixlr -> Force Stop. Then it shuts up. This does not happen all the time but often enough and really annoying when you have to answer a call, get on a meeting, etc. RUN for the volume control!

I like the app, but it needs an upgrade. In the chat room you can talk to others but on the apple app you can actually see the icons of the people in the chat room. Also I can't hold a signal while driving in my car. The buffering is sometimes ridiculous. I mostly use this app while I'm in my home or not moving around too much. Last update was 11/2017. Really come on. It decent and really the only reason I use this app is because my friends who dj have a channel on here. Needs some definite improvements.

5/13/24 It took them over 2 months to fix the push notifications!! Now, let's see how long it takes to fix the rest: 3/8/24 I'm not receiving any notifications for live broadcasts on my S24 Ultra. The following tab needs to be on the home bar. Live broadcasts should automatically start playing upon opening the channel or clicking on the notification. Also, why is there no dark mode for the app? Somebody fix these problems and simplify the app.
