Where the app lets you download tax documents, it actually doesn't download and it only lets you share. You can email it to yourself luckily, but you should fix the app so it actually does what it says.

Cannot upload confirmation of employment for ZayZoom as the button is broken and does nothing. I need to verify my employment to continue but it's kind of impossible when your app doesn't function right. This is my (and/or people's) money!! Fix please.

I don't have access to my paystubs, I can't get in contact with a real person, I keep getting the run around with 'reinstall the app, restart your device, change your password,' so on and so forth. I keep getting errors regardless of what device im on. is there a number I can call??? this is ridiculous.

What a total waste of time. nothing works the updates I make to my account don't even stay. You can't add a direct deposit account so don't try. I can't even view my paystubs or anything else for that matter. contact support they say get a hold of your manager. worthless trashy app.

It was pretty cool you could see pay stubs, add/change direct deposit info, and even get an advance from your check for only 5$, and check out possible benefits ranging from health to dental and even your pets!! That's pretty awesome, however, I haven't been able to get past the pay statement page bummer really I hope it's fixed soon if so I'll change my rating to 5..
