I have recharged but the coupons are not reflected on my account. The customer service in messenger is not even responding. Also, be careful using in this apps, there are lots of hosts who will be scamming you and the app will do nothing about it. They don't know how to protect their customers.

All user be cautious about this app. If you ever have to buy the coins then your coin can be stolen without your acknowledgement, and dont ever scream for help because there is no help for you. If you use your coin to play games, 100 time you will lose of all your coins. This app seem to spy on your activity. If you top 5 time then app will let you win 1 time of the game . You need to pay up front before I can commend to the live host . Stay away if you guys dont want to regret.

Since last so many months i was using this app. no doubt it is Very beautiful app. but since yesterday two icons GLOBAL AND INTERNATIONAL have automatically removed from this list and app have converted to restricted mood under belwo 18 of age. please restore my status as i am at level 3 in this app but have been shifted to restricted mood. Please resolve this matter. Regards.

Been trying to reach admin tech support for over a week. No response from their Facebook page or the online utility email or any other way. I've tried to contact them. Nada. The app stopped working. I can't get the page to load.

I used sometime the app and occasionally I also paid to buy some coins to use within the app and related services. Finally after longtime I used it, I paid several times the services. Recently I was doing a new payment and it charged my credit card but it didn't increase my coins in the app and the transaction with the app crushed. So it didn't work at all. After having asked the refund on Google Play Store and getting rightly and correctly refund then suddenly I have been banned from MLive app and I can access it anymore, getting a small message "You had banned" on the access login and for only few seconds witout even giving the possibility to ask to the support of the app. It seems not only the user but also the smartphone used is banned. This is the way to thanks the customers that have paid several times the services and didn't do anything bad or wrong on using the app??? This is a very bad behavior. And in addition to do not have received any notice and any good reason to be banned, I also don't have the way to ask for the deletion of all my data from their system (GDPR and Privacy concern). I probably evaluate to forward all to Google Play to investigate about it and to open a ticket to check if the Google and the GDPR rules are not violated. For all the new users, I can just recommend all to be very careful to register to the app and to do any payments, because if something get wrong, you can be banned just after having paid... Note: I also read some other reviews with other issues (that I encountered me too) and the only answer I read is: WinNine Pacific Pty LtdMay 18, 2020 If you encounter any problems, please send us your IDX and details of problem in English to Mlive Facebook Fanpage (@mlivefanclub). The staff will quickly check and fix your problem as soon as possible. They ven can't provide you an official e-mail for the support and forward to a Facebook page I don't want to use my FB to communicate with you for the issues of your app. and as me, probably many others users think the same. PLEASE Provide an official e-mail address where to write our complains and issues and from where we will get the answers. Thank you

Not a lot of people live and only get thai need to be international even though it shows thousands of viewer. Still like the apps also need to find some ways to recover account because waste some money because can't lig in have to use different types of account

Very bad experience tried to buy coupon and it said that my service was declined something along the lines of that.So I tried a few more times still didn't work then I gave up about 30minutes to an hour later it said I have been charged for buying the coupons like 6 times or so when I went to check the app for my coupons I didn't get it I went to check the service that I use to buy the coupons they charged me even tho my service was declined very bad experience 1star cheating money not recommend

You can't purchase coupon from the app by googleplay, it says purchased but my coupons still the same amount as before. And I don't know why but my account get banned with my coupons still in there, I think I didn't do something wrong. And once more, You'll never get any reply from the contacts in this app description. Such a shame.

The app is all right. But not all IDs can be seen. A lot of IDs are locked. And what to do to see these locked IDs. And even if you watch live, I don't get any coupon. And why not increase my ID level. I always watch live. Now what do I have to do for these. Let me know and all the problems are solved very easily. And I can run my ID without any problem. And I hope you will solve this problem for me. Otherwise it will not be possible to use

Out of a sudden last week, the global and international models are all gone, yet i see the online ones in my favorite list. If this thing not solved, i'll delete the app. Edit: I dont use FB much but i send an wmail to the supplied adress in here with detailed info and idx more than 10 days ago. No replyyet.

A very bad experience I've ever faced with. While I was going to buy coupons it shows error all the time but amount has been debited from the account. I'll report it to the play store to in order to remove it 😠😠

App is ok, downside is it's filled to the brim with ads that they stick all around stream links. So half the time you either accidentally click an ad or think an ad is a stream. No real search by city option even though it let's you search it, nothing comes up at all.

Lots of beautiful Thai, Vietnamese, and Indonesian women on this app. In app purchases are at a decent price. Well worth checking out especially in Global. Only thing i have against the app is that foreigners like myself can pay through paypal to get a dicount but its a long drawn out process. In order to recieve the coins you pay for you have to send the money via paypal to the person in charge of that department and you have to send it under FRIENDS AND FAMILY which means you are not secured.

The more the app gets updated, the more the user experience gets less interesting. Where is the grid view? And why does the list view go back to the top everytime we close a broadcast? Why the list of favorites is empty. Why does the listview update constantly so we can't find interesting broadcasts... Etc etc... No, I will not email the developer to explain my feedback. Apps currently crash. Due to my apps can't review open fans . Like blank page ..can login perform like normally. But can't see open fans ..pls advise
