It's a great application and I have not faced any kind of issue from the date I have installed it. And I think it's the best app option for managing my Demat account! Even it is the best way for investing and trading. Also an app with great features and smooth functioning in it. The new version of this app is very bothering because charting platform is not good ,taking to much time to open chart and also multiple time frame of chart is not available, requesting you that kindly update new version of chart with multiple time frame and good enough . Still not taken necessary step towards this, it's shows how your client important for you, hope you take necessary steps for this now. Already corrected u via email but there is not proper response.

Have already mentioned my client id in 10+ mails sent. Can you kindly look at it first?! Have sent multiple emails citing chart and indicator issue. It's been months and still there are no updates from technical team. All the customer care says it has been highlighted, however there is NO TIMELINE COMMUNICATED!So isn't the team capable of resolving this issue? Shouldn't the chart feature be a priority?! It's ridiculous!

Pathetic app and bad customer care!! People are not bother about our money!! Reducing ratings as after long time not good improvement in application. Service also average only. With latest movement on Rise, speed has a big hit...the application is running very slow. Needs to add the investment, holding and open position in home/all screens. These are the button more used by any users. New UI is appealing and has lot of information which is good part.

It's been an year now I have been requesting the customer support to restore back the DARK MODE option for us having issues with our eyes and issues reading texts on white background. The support staff have lied multiple times in writing. Every time they assure that the feature will be fixed in the next update. But it's almost an year they didn't restore the dark mode option.
