Worst app ever. It keeps saying no network or internet connection when using mobile internet yet there's an internet connection available. It is such an inconvenience. Works well over a Wifi connection only. Please do something about it.

It was working quite well. I like that you removed the whole thing of needing a bundle to access it. That makes it so much easier and more accessible. Started experiencing some network issue and I was failing to log in but found out that I had to update it on my android. So it's better now. Good app

The app is nice and user friendly. The removal of screenshot option isn't quite cool. I have realised that the share option isn't working as well. These 2 help as proof of payment. Now, the issues raised have been well addressed. The app is now perfect and meets my soft banking needs. Bravo

It's fast and has a lot of features compared to the ICE app. The finger print log in is also a dope feature which adds the ice on the cake. Easy accesses to your interim and mini statements which the ice app was not giving accurate information on that dates were usually not correct. I hope this won't start drugging when the users increase!

Its simply not working. Trying to enter correct details of my national ID...it still says i have entered incorrect ID details. So bored with it right now. Also it keeps sending me an error message saying "it cant register on this device"..and yet its a smart phone. So what more does your app want for it to begin to work properly...? NB...seriously fix this.

This app simplified banking for me. I rarely find myself in the bank nowadays! I enjoy the copy and paste feature of account numbers and that makes processing transactions very easy. Access to the bank statement is also a very handy feature. Plus how it auto fills in my phone number if I've to buy credit 💯. Thanks to NBM for this making an application very functional and valuable to day-to-day activities.

It keeps saying that I don't have an internet connection when trying to login. I've tried both on wifi and my sim card... I'd suggest better error handling and error feedback? The app works relatively well, however I have also noticed it's inability to edit existing standing orders, I'd suggest a change of platform

It was working properly until I updated it. Since update it doesn't allow any transaction and keeps giving errors to contact customer support. You contact them, the App still doesn't work. So painful when you would like to make a quick and reliable transaction. Please fix this problem! Otherwise it used to be a very good Application.

This app is by far incompetent and National Bank has to work on their mobile app, I mean the Airtel app is even far much better. Make it easy to use and I don't see the reason why we must take pictures of our id's for verification. The whole purpose of creating these apps is to have smooth operations. For Airtel you just enter your phone & ID number and they send a verification code, then you're good to go. Do something please!

It would make the app better if you were automatically logged out and returned to log in screen when not using the app. Unlike the current case where your session ends but once you open the app you see your last activity such as your balance, then you can still start another transaction only to be told at the end of it that your session timed out. Then you have to log yourself out and start the transaction all over again. Otherwise besides that frustrating bit, the app serves it's purpose.

I found this app easy, classy and helpful. But as of recent, It's no longer working on my smartphone even after update. It always saying "I don't have internet connection" so I thought it needed updating, but after the update it keeps on saying the same. Please NBM find a better way of notifying users what the actual prob is, don't keep us wondering. I am not registered to use *626#, I found the app better and safe. Now I don't even have access to my own account due to this prob.

Good app but when it crashes, you cant log in again; even if you re-install it. You've got to seek assistance from the NBM customer services, who then ask you to fill a form then send. Very inconvenient. And it takes 'ages' before you're assisted. Right now, it has crashed again. Cant log in.

Why is it that I can't register on this app? When I enter my details I'm told that I can not register. Has the mode of registering changed or there are specific phones that can use the app?

The application was really fine ,until when you needed to change devices and each time you need to seek customer service assistance. It is becoming boring and unfriendly.

Your dev team needs to pay attention to the reviews. For a financial app like this, it would really be convenient if people are able to transact seamlessly. And also, on my phone, the app doesn't even open, it keeps crashing, I've tried reinstalling it over 5 times, restarting my phone several times and still crashes. Please fix these issues with your app.

This is a good application for the Mo626 and having it in my phone saves me a lot of time to visit the bank and do important transactions. A must have app in my phone.

This App was great until when I wanted to change my Phone. I am not living in Malawi, and unfortunately, it sends the OTP it sends to the Malawian number, which I dont have access physical access to. Moreover, the OTP sent to the email takes several hours and by the time you need to input, its already timed out. This is very frustrating. The Developers team should allow look into this ASAP. Otherwise, this is a great and convinient App.

A very good update to the old app. Everything seems to working fine. I'm particularly happy it has borrowed more features from the USSD version. However, Please allow to take screenshots. Screenshots save us when SMS updates can't be relied upon. 5 stars when I can take screenshots. And why can't I paste an account number? You expect me to punch it in manually? Seriously? It's so inconvenient! You've lost another star from me.
