An excellent way to top off your friends and family cell phones all over the world. Decent rates. Instant service. The only drawback is that customer service can sometimes take quite a while for any issues to be resolved. But that rarely happens

I like the app because it's easy to use and navigate, however I would like to find some discounts and/or promotions/promotional codes at least sometimes. But if it's not possible no problem and if it's not possible why do I keep seeing it asking for promo code. Thanks MR. Robert Burnett cust

I paid for a package to a Turkish phone number, and the payment went through it took my money but when I had to wait for the number to receive it it came up as unsuccessful. Unsuccessful and it still took my money. The app says wait 24 hours, I did and still the recipient hasn't got internet and I haven't got my money back. Please take action because this is unacceptable.

This app frequently does not process requests, yet charges my credit card. I recently tried to recharge my own phone using someone else's as there was no data left on my phone. I was informed that my request could not be processed as another request was pending. I have not made another request for several days. This is an unacceptable wait time for something which should be done automatically and immediately.

I changed my review. My previous was 1 since nobody is replying to my questions. The payment was deducted on my account but did not received any load. I chose them to call me instead of email and they called immediately but through email still no reply. They fix the problem already but the load still takes longer time. I hope they can process it faster and reply asap to their customers if there's a problem.

Its cheaper than other competitors, you just have to wait a little bit time of waiting when the process completed in payment before they send the top up confirmation to you but it works. I hope it would be more quicker in processing & has more choices/options in selecting the internet data compared to other competitors..

usually sending credits to another phone internationally sometime will not be successful and Stiil take my money I was not aware of that terrible experience in the past but for now it's better because I can see that's stop now if I request credit to send to another phone did not go successfully do not take my money in my bank that's the only terrible experience I have with you guys

Not working if you have to use a flat number. only the web app works for me as my provider needs values of multiple of $5. for instance the monthly plan is $75 usd. If I use the slider in the app it is impossible to reach $75.00, but my provider will not accept $75.01 only $75.00. so it would not work! In the web app I coul adjust the payment in Canadian dollar to $101.93 which is equal to $75.00 USD. so I hope the app can be updated asking for the USD amount without the slider!

It does NOT work correctly. They rip me off almost $20. I contacted mobile recharge, and they just sent the reference and transaction number and write it went through. They don't help. As of today, I don't recommend this app . I contacted this company and had no help. Thiefs Esta application roba dinero. Le puse carga o saldo o dos telefones. Le hable a esta application y les dige que no hemos recibido el saldo. No La Recomendo. Rateros. Update after 12/2023 they stole my money again.

This service allows my wife and I to have phone calls unlike many years ago, it made loading credit a breeze and instantaneous no matter how far in the world we were, even when I was in the Philippines I used this to top up my own phone rather than needing to go out and about to get it. Used it for years and I deem it essential if living in more than 2 countries, honest reliable service you can't go wrong with this provider.

This is not turning out well. I just installed this App today as I needed to send a recharge to a friends phone. However, I ordered a $10 recharge using my credit/debit card.. The transaction "failed" yet it was charged to my bank immediately. Next I tried logging in to email this company regarding the charge on my bank record but instead of MY email I was routed to an unsecured page which was a Scam! I WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED NOW - TODAY.!! Do Not Trust This App!!!

I used to top up on the App using my paypal but it shows that was failed upon the process but still the amount have been charge from my account happen on May 1 and until now my money didn't return. I keep on messaging from the email but keep on saying they didnt dept or charged my account. It shows from my account that mobilerecharge charges the money from my account then you're saying you didn't charge my account. LOL now the failed transaction doesn't show up on the recharge history.

Great app... Fast, simple to use and. very straight forward. I've been using it for a few months now to recharge relatives phones in Ivory Coast, and it has been without a glitch... so far. The PayPal option provides additional financial security and indeed gives it an edge. Thanks to the developers for a simple and yet very effective tool. 🙏🙏🙏

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! I paid for a load up with my credit card and double-checked everything to make sure there were no mistakes. My credit card is charged I never received any code via SMS. Now I'm stranded without a phone trying to find signals and I am extremely upset and that is an understatement. I am contacting a lawyer as well as when I have a reliable line, I repeat reliable line from somewhere I will be making a chargeback with my credit card company. I wouldn't trust this company.

Had a brief issue with the UI of the app a couple months ago and posted here about it. The issue went away, maybe due to an update or maybe it was an issue with my Internet. But the developer actually responded which is awesome. Love this app. I have Claro service and this app saves me from having to use Claro's terrible website to re-up my service. Great app!

100% SCAM!!! Bought 10 euro credit and had to pay 3 euro service fee but only received 2 euro in credit. Took more than 24 hours to even receive the credit. I requested for a refund and immediately my account was deleted. Now the debit card I gave to MobileRecharge got some fraud transactions from India!!! I had to call my bank to report this vendor. Wasted so much time on this

The app is broken. A pop up comes up asking if you like the app and you can't get rid of it. I've tried reinstalling multiple times and it still happens.

I made a purchase of 15usd airtime a month ago,still have not received it,wrote email to customer care,received reply : the purchase was not succesfull because it didn't meet security something...yet i can't make any purchases because that one is still "pending"
