Worst mobile app. There is nothing, just amount of money you have. No notifications, no analytics, zero help. Im really afraid of keeping my money in this bank because of that app.

Good app! Would be nice to have an option to see a chart where money has been spent ( like 20% for accommodation, 10%food etc.) in a month.

Previous report about app hanging and blocking the screen was not yet resolved. Another big issue with this app (security through obscurity) is disabled option to paste password. It's very annoying when I use secure and very strong password and cannot paste it e.g. from KeePass.

Could not log in for a few hours, and looks like the app needed an update, but the update did not trigger automatically, so if I were not a tech savvy person, I would never realize what was going on.

Probably the best app for internet banking out there, but on Android 9, app goes ANR, when trying to setup the fingerprint senzor for logging and authorization. EDIT: I think the problem was in re-creating the fingerprints, probably it worked before, but I am not sure. After reinstall everything works just fine. Great app!

Wants too many permissions. Wants to know what apps I'm opening and how often. No other non-core app on my phone has these permissions. When I called to the bank, they were lying to me that it wants permission to my storage only. I had to uninstall it because of this.

One of the worst banking apps I've used. Not intuitive at all, impossible to find what you need. Often things are not in the place where their website states they should be.. like a third of the app is them trying to sell you additional services, yup, customer's dream.

One of the worst banking apps out there? Often very, extremely slow and unresponsive, fails to load or even launch, weak servers perhaps? No built-in analytics or categorization on spending and income, while any other competitor banking app has it, nullifying the need in sharing the banking data with third-party apps.

Please make it so Instant Payment option is available on Payment screen. Right now payment options (Standard, Instant, Expres) are hidden under Additional Information toggle menu and at the very bottom of it. Since Instant Payment option is extremely useful it needs to be more accessible.

This app is great. The only downside to me, is the lack of ability to provide digital signatures for documents, contracts and changes requests. I understand this is a mobile banking limitation, but nonetheless it's the only thing I really miss

I'm not recommending this bank if you are doing business with international. I'm a car and truck dealer I deal internationally and after a few Deals I have been blocked and my account cancelled from komercni bankeven please if you live in the Czech Republic. Don't do business internationally. In that country they are not friendly especially, only banks. They put the red flag for no reason believe me ... and again I'm 1000% not recommending this bank

The app is ok but there are so many periods when it's unavailable due to maintenance. Also I found that in last weeks it's getting worse and worse. Plenty of issues, payment are not going as quickly as they used to.

The app was very helpful until recently I cannot login. I tried to login and mistakenly clicked change user. I tried to login again but this time the option changed. Now I see login ID and password. I'm unable to login as all info I put in doesn't work out.i need help to be able to access my online account through the app again.

The security is top 🌟. But, the interface of the application is not clear. The translation of the interface is not fully done. When you send money to another bank, the recipient has to wait several hours. When you lose your phone or it's broken, you have to go to the bank just to log in to your account.

Tried to move money from one accout to another, instead of just doing it - app asked password. Not KB Klic, not fingerprint.. password. I entered password 3 times wrong. Now my whole app is blocked, which is completely ridiculous and they ask me to CALL THEM TO UNLOCK IT. I cant just wait a minute, i cant do it wia Email, i have to CALL. I have already spent 20 minutes in call in the queue and in total wasted 30 munites on operation that should take one click. I'm closing my account in this bank

Pretty useless app overall. Doesn't generate notifications on incoming transactions. Yes, I have given the required permissions. Takes forever to login and load. Opens the cookie consent modal each time the Home button is clicked. There are other Czech banking apps that I use, and this one is the worst by far

The app used to work fine, although lately it doesn't show the card details such as pin - which is very annoying. Yesterday I talked to 4 people due to getting my card blocked because I didn't remember my pin - which I couldn't view in the application, because it only shows me a picture of my card, not any other things. Looking forward to an update.

In the last weeks, it takes forever to log in and sometimes it fails and doesn't let me in. It has happened a couple of times already. Since I use it often for QR payments for goods and services, it is a terrible experience to not be able to pay. Having the app unavailable due to maintanence is unacceptable in this era when smart phones are essential for every day life.

Easy to make payments, including international which is good. However, having tried to use the app to apply for additional services I get a generic text to book an appointment at my branch. Likely related to the fact that I'm not a Czech national, additional checks probably needed which is fine and totally understandable, but the app could have highlighted that more clearly as a potential issue before I filled in all of the requested details

Hate this app. Definitely won't be making this my main bank. By default the limit is 0. I have to go to the bank AGAIN and ask them to set a limit. Why isn't there a low default limit set? Why can't I change it in the app? Paying with komercni banka is almost impossible. Apparently I need a username/certificate number. After going through the FAQ, it says this is my contract number. I have to find my contract with the bank to pay a bill? Worst bank ever!
