It's been a while since I am not able to pay my bills by my cards through the app , it always says payment error, everything about the app is slow and full of bugs and malfunctioning all the time.

Starting at 27th of February, the application not working, and there is no reason , and the people of the company they didn't have any answer. I always trying to enter my account via the application, but unfortunately I always failing because there was something wrong with the application that kicked me out directly after logging in.

Touch id feature is not working always enter user name and password to login. It's really irritating. Solve this problem soon please. Otherwise I will change my carrier

Doesnt let me register a new account. Either says password not allowed even after i meet all requirements. Or accepts password and refuses to move on to the next page.

Very worst I have ever seen. I have paid bill for "mobily fiber wifi" and requested to cancel my line but it’s still active and it charge me bill an amount of 287.50 SR today(05/05/2024). I have paid bill 25 th April,2024. The last date was to pay bill: 26 th April, 2024. I called 26th April again to cancel my "mobily fiber service" line.Mobily customer care said that, "they will not issue anymore bill and stay worry free!"

After installing the latest updates, I can no longer see how much data is left in my data subscription. That feature was very important to me. I hope it gets fixed soon 🙏

Many times I charge 75 SR and go to the store to renew the prepaid 75 package, I then get an sms from Mobily saying You dont have enough credit to subscribe in 75. I go double check my credit and find it 75. I then have to recharge extra one or two SR to be able to subscribe. Your service is getting worse and worse unfortunately.

Not able to login to the app after this new update. I cannot see a window where i can input the otp received on my mobile. I hate this app as it is of no use.

It's been a week this app keep showing me error I don't know why I login to another device and it was the same issues I want to pay my Network bill from the mobily application but it's keep showing me error so I paid my Network bill from the bank application Please fix your app as soon as possible! Or I'll change my Network to stc!

Wouldn't allow log in and doesn't tell you why. The browser service is just as terrible. I wouldn't go to Mobily for communication services because the the team fails to address a simple log in issue.

Hi, Ive been trying to buy credit through the app using my visa card but for some reason it's not working today. I keep getting a message that my Internet connection is bad but at the same time my visa is working just fine on other sites. I tried deleting the app cache memory but the issue remains. Could you please advise? Thanks

The biggest problem in your app is that whenever you have to open this app, you enter your mobile number and get an OTP. After logging in, the app opens. Fix this problem because earlier there was no such problem. After logging in once, only then the My Account section used to come directly on opening the app. It used to show data MB and balance directly, but now it is not like that. Whenever you want to check data MB or balance, you have to enter OTP again and again. Look into this problem and

Update Jun-24 It's been more than a year and nothing improved. Website and app both are useless and only working option is payment. I won't be renewing my contract. Posted Mar-23 Next to useless app, can't do much except for renewing or buying new items. There is no option to see billing history, no option to see when exactly your current package expires, when it was renewed etc. Next best app to being useless. Support is slow and requires much patience. Their prices/packages are good.
