Disappointed with Mobily's Lack of AccountabilityReview: I am extremely disappointed with Mobily's lack of accountability and customer service. Despite repeated attempts to resolve a critical issue with updating my Iqama status, which has resulted in the deactivation of my account, Mobily has failed to provide a satisfactory resolution. The absence of a direct update option on the mobile app has only exacerbated the problem, leaving me without access to essential services.

Good apps before, I just advise you to be good talk to your customer service in your English section, they haven't asked the problem yet, they say that they have to wait a few hours, they are in a hurry to talk, they don't talk to your customer properly . If I have not asked for help from SAMA CARES or Saudi Central Bank, my problem will not be resolved. anyway thanks for a year of using your apps, now I have uninstalled them and will not use these apps again.

I am extremely disappointed by the service provided by Mobily pay. My experience has been consistently negative due to customer support, high service charge. The poor customer service and behavior leaving me frustrated and dissatisfied. They charged me 500riyal service charge for the card that I canceled right away and on top the service agent was extremely rude. People should be aware.

This is the useless wallet, if you transfer to it, it transfers within 10 days, if the transaction is canceled for any reason, then the refund will come in 15 days.

Been using for few times for international transfer. It was good and fast. But unfortunately, past 2 month, it not instant anymore. Sometime will take more than 24hour. If you cancel the transaction, it will refund immediately but limit transfer will effected and not been change. At last, you have to wait next month to transfer the money. Take time for app log in as well.

Please do not download this application, it is a very rubbish application, my ID has been blocked for some reason, it has been more than 20 days, but these people have not opened it, they ask you to send something, you send that, then they say something new, they have been harassing me like this for the last 20 days plz don't 👎🏻👎🏻

I'm trying to use it while outside kingdom it keeps kicking me out and unable to login with error: Unable to process your request, please try again later. Well... I'm trying for couple of days already with no luck
