I purchased a 24 day esim for Latin America was unable to connect to the network. Sent an email to Mobimatter which was answered literally within minutes. They had me troubleshoot, found the issue, and now everything seems to work just fine. I'm super impressed with their customer service and as long as the connection holds up, I won't hesitate to use them again in the future, their prices are the best I found!

This is based only on the eSIMgo packages for UAE. I bought a 10 day unlimited data esim for around $27. It is horrendously slow at all times, even from the start. It ran fast for about 2 minutes, then the speed dropped to about 470kbps (on 5G) and doesn't go higher than that any more. There's a message that says you'll be throttled after the 1st 1GB but I haven't even used that much data yet. An absolute waste of money. You're better off using Airalo and buying limited data packages.

Poor support and notification. They recently had an outage during my use. They did not inform me. It took me ordering a new SIM and submitting a ticket about that one not working before I received any info. They also wouldn't issue a refund after I found an alternative solution.

So far so good I've got some really good deals some which include a mobile number. Though you have to analyse the offers to get the best deal. Very useful app for a frequent traveller

Yet, just another crook provider unfortunately. I wanted to give it 5 stars honestly. The idea and options looks nice but reality is different. I bought eSim where it cleary states in the offer description no throttling, but im throttled to 128 kbps at halt data usage.

I already filled the referral program. But it shows on their system that I haven't selected any reward. They can't do anything. I will try different company in the future for eSim. If only this small thing they can't fix it. I wonder about future problems.

I tried this app ( with Sparks provider) twice, in Europe and Georgia, and sure I will not do it again because signal was lost or very weak almost all the time.Then after I lost my money with them I shifted to another provider (Global Yo) and it is working very good.

Update 2024-05: Out of stock, for a esim. How is that possible? Update 2024-04: it said the sim wasn't the best for Indonesia but it would work in Bali. It does not work at all in most places. Update 2024-03: considering if there is a problem having two 3 sim cards, still dosent help me but then they should warn you. 2024-02: I can't have my normal sim and the esim on at the some time, when I try too turn my normal sim on it says the esim will be turned off. Do not buy. I bought an e-sim card. It was working fine then it stopped working for 2 hours plus. I had to purchase another esim as I was in a foreign country. Contacted customer service, instead of apologizing, they gave me attitude and told me this is normal and happens all the time. ??? They revoked my access to my new esim card (the one that was working properly). They provided no explanation and went ahead and closed my account.

App seems to be nice. Easy to navigate and select. End result is bad though. Purchased SPARC eSIM for USA. Dowloaded and installed and activated. Since then the mobile could not connect to any network. Neither when I switched back to former T-Mobile EU eSIM. It got resolved only when purchased T-Mobile US HW SIM. So the service is useless, spent the money for nothing 😔

Experience is so hit or miss that I cannot recommend. Purchased esim and it worked fine. Next one I purchased didn't with at all. They refuse to issue a replacement 45 email messages after purchase. Still unable to use AI all. Purchased a third one that works fine in the meantime. Ultimately weeks have been cheaper and more convenient to use the competition. I should consider the esim a sink cost now and move on to other providers but I have the time to deal with them.
