It would be great if this app worked like it's supposed to! I can book a trip no problem. But app often messes up p/u n dropoff times. And I have yet to EVER use the Arrived and sign part of the app! I've uninstalled and reinstalled so many times. CS was useless when I called. I assumed the man was in training. He kept me on the phone for 20 minutes just saying hold on, let me see, and offered no solution but the 1 I suggested of reinstalling!(3 times over) I still have to use the paper! 🙄😔

The app works great just a caution, have your email open because you have to get a verification code and if you leave the app to go to the email, you will have to start over again on the app. It's not hard or long but it's annoying and made me anxious that I may not be able to get the variation code. So far, this is much better than the phone automated appointment making.

This app seemed to work great at first. It was easy to schedule rides, get signatures at the appointments, and submit for mileage reimbursement immediately. However, everything has done a complete 180 for the worst. When I schedule rides, none of them are showing up at all. It gives constant error messages on the app. When I submit for mileage reimbursement, somehow it gets changed during the approval to car ride. Finally, it says you get paid in 14 days, but I haven't seen or heard anything.

App is buggy and annoying. It Constantly closes when I'm halfway through trying to make a reservation. It shouldn't take upwards of 15 minutes to book a ride. The wording in the app itself is a bit confusing the 1st time trying to use it. I also wish the app had a mobile screen option and not desktop. It's annoying to have to constantly pinch the screen to try to read the words.

I just started using the application. If the trip is a success, after booking on the application, I will update my comment. Update: It's working better than expected. Good layout that takes a little bit of effort to remember how to navigate. Ever since California changed up it's new statewide insurance, you have to call in for the rides, again, which is horribly stressful. You can still see the rides on the app, though. Hopefully, the trip creator part of the app will work again soon.

This app is still confusing. After entering all of the info to book a trip, I accidentally closed the app before I finished. I reopened it, and looked for the ride, it was not there. I started over, and it became clear that the trip was already there. I had booked it twice. I went back removed one of them and hit Book Trip. I got a message to try again later. Very irritating. I'm still waiting.

I like some things about the app like how easy it is to schedule mileage reimbursement trips and how much easier it is to track the status of trips that have been requested. Otherwise, it's unreliable. When I scheduled trips requiring an outside driver, the times I put in for appointments will change once the trip is accepted and have pickup times scheduled for the middle of the appointment. The ride tracking is a great idea but not accurate. Today the app isn't even working at all.

This app is so buggy it's hard to know where to begin. I tried to write a review in the app and it won't allow me to use the keyboard. My biggest complaint is when I try to initiate a call for a pickup, the link in the app doesn't work. It is also annoying that trip count is inaccurate as are the past trips. Fortunately, my health insurance keeps track, so I can check with them if I ever need to know exactly how many trips I have taken. I provided this information to tech support. Waiting...

Update: added a star as it has been letting me log in and submit my trips much better lately. It doesn't seem to sync properly with the website or the company's own records. When I create a mileage trip, it often gets denied or changed to needing a ride. I have to cancel and start again, or call and get it fixed or redone. If there's a way to report issues, I'd like to be able to help the developers know what to fix.

The app was very user friendly and easy to maneuver through. It is easy to go backwards and forwards allowing for the user to correct any errors. I wish all apps could be this convenient and easy to use. I couldn't cuss at it one time. Thank you for this stress free experience. UPDATE: I have to add to this review as of my last experiences, as if it were possible, it has it has improved! It's even better than before. Ty for the experience!

Absolutely horrible. Rides sometimes do not show up... when this happens there is not even a notice...just no driver. Also I am in a wheelchair and the app, although that information is saved, still schedules rides as "car/SUV" requiring me to phone in and go through the process of getting a human to change it to wheelchair every single time. If there was a way to rate it 0 I would.

I had to contact tech support about four bugs that need to be fixed. First if you cancel a trip and it still has a leg it won't cancel the entire trip it'll leave the last leg open. This by itself also causes a problem by not allowing you to book another trip if that leg is open still. Next if you book a ride you cannot go back and change anything without calling customer service. Also if a ride is canceled for whatever reason you can't delete it out of the trip menu and it gets confusing.

They eliminated the pickup time and now you only have the option of inputting dropoff time. I don't have a specific time I want to be back home. I also do have a specific time I prefer to be picked up depending on my appointment that gives me room to get caught by a train or in construction. The app does not account for such things. In order to be picked up reasonably you need to set your appointment time before you actually need to arrive to your appointment so you will be on time.

I've been trying to use this app for a couple of weeks now to try to book a ride for a couple of doctors appointments. I have had to reschedule multiple times because of nonfunctionality. I tried to register my info on the app for signing up and it keeps saying it can't find information that doesn't exist in their system yet. Tried the website but it can't even send a verification code so I can register and use the service. A disappointing service to be sure. Just use Uber/Lyft instead.

Literally had a driver cancel on me while never calling me to let me know they arrived. If the app's tracking was actually accurate, a call wouldn't be necessary. Missed an appointment because of this. Screw whoever that driver was. On the topic of the app, it's a worse version of Uber. Which is funny because sometimes an Uber driver would show up as my driver. It might be a better experience if you have set drivers.

So confusing and they have the right to cancel your rides for any little reason. And trips are called legs so for a round trip you got to make sure you hit the leg button or they won't pick you up and for every ride I've had to do on the app I've had to call customer service so what good is the app I give it a minus one star. I am elderly and it's hard to do it if your computer illiterate forget it you'll never figure it out.

Instead of having the next next next to complete the process you should set up the app like the direction apps are set up. For example... Put the pickup and destination all on one page. And then on the second page all the other information that you need that way there's only one next page. Simplify it, that way it'll make it a lot less confusing.

Ride Cancellation is Horrendous From day one, I have had the app. You can't cancel on the app, for example, on a Friday for a trip coming up on Tuesday. You have to call it in and spend a great deal of time answering an automated voice and THEN, you get transferred to a human to whom you provide all the same information you just gave to AI voice. It is maddening and doesn't have to be. The service is great (except for the 2 drivers out of about 24 rides who just didn't show up!!!)

It's a convenient app as long as there are no restrictions into what you can and cannot do on the app itself. There are times where you cannot access certain features for whatever reason and still have to contact customer support on the phone for example I've had to actually call the call center because the app told me I couldn't activate my return trip instructed me in a prompt to call the customer call center which is really annoying fix that and it'll be completely great

Lots of people in my area, an area with lots of mountains (so spotty GPS), have had issues with the app saying you're not at the location...even when you are at the location. And you cannot submit a ride if it says you havent arrived. Soooo frustrating. Thankfully the old Drive app still works for me...for now. But please do something about the GPS sensitivity on this app. Thanks.
