Update - translation appeared - not fully but at least you can understand some things. But having a Love package apparently freaks out the app - can't see my fixed internet, and multiple other things show an error or a message saying something couldn't be downloaded . Maybe ask orange from other countries to sell you their app, like Orange Romania. That's a good app

It's one of the most laggy and slow app I've ever used. All the utility and comfort of the services in the app are annihilated by the inability of just logging in!! It just doesn't work! The app just won't load the very first screen and after that just logs you out. And that's not the first occasion.

It was working well till may, 2022 then something happened. I called support team and then went to the store. I said my app doesnt display anything. They told me it will be fixed in 3 days... 6 months past the issue still persists. Displayed error "My bad, something hasnt been downloaded... and it should... ı uninstall and install it again. Changed language settings, etc. Authentication also not working. I cannot display usage section. Many features it has but none can be used!!! That's not cool

Unwanted notifications asking to rate the app always get the same rating from me. They also send you 100 notifications a day about their stupid promos, so when you mute them you don't get payment notifications. Absolute clownery...

Very cluttered and not use friendly at all, it's even hard to check your account status. The AI chatbot is extremely dumb and requires some 5-10 pointless questions before connecting to the CS agent. Apart from that, you cannot disable "low account notifications" and they are coming every 12 hours one during the day, and another in the middle of the night (and they come by SMS, so you cannot even uninstall app to get rid of it, and you just keep having mobile on mute or get woken up every night)

App is quite questionable. Language settings work so-so, many icons suddenly appear to be in Polish. It's difficult to find the information about the current tariff, its extension and prices. Some icons appear and disappear by themselves (today's morning there weren't "long-term packages" but in the evening they suddenly returned).

Avoid this provider at any cost. It's not plug and play. If you are not Polish you will get lost in different data, calls etc packages. I've been waiting for 3 days waiting for the orange app to be turned on, just buy different provider. 5 days after or so, ads started coming but the app still doesn't work. Checking amount of data left costs you money via old style text message, what a laugh. Unbelievable. Literally 3rd world practices.

Can't retry payment for 15 minutes after choosing wrong option. +2 PLN every single time you pay your bill through the app

My 2nd review. So we have technical break for 2 days. Now unable to top up my account. I am sick of this. App functionality is bad and there are constant maintenance... but you fix nothing. Reply is only, we hope it doesn't happen again. Bad signal, bad app, website does not offer alternative services. Not worth paying this company for their abysmal service. I am taking this number to a different provider next month. In 2021, you expect much more.

Google saved my Orange password on my Android phone. After I changed my password on different device, I tried to log in on my Android phone. The app auto-filled both the email address and the password and submitted the form automatically. Of course, it counted as a failed password attempt. So, I tried to delete the password and enter the new one. However, the app submits the form after each character you remove. After deleting just 4 or 5 characters, I got locked out of my account. Fantastic!

A cumbersome upgrade. Being forced to register via email address proved difficult on mobile app. Half of the things do not work on a mobile app or only work after resubmitting the entry. The previous design was simple and effective e.g. I liked its dashboard. The new design is not particularly user-friendly. I am afraid one will have to spend a lot of time going through options; getting "ooops my bad..." messages.

I have version 5.75.0 and it became completely unusable. At first it proposed to get update, and there were 2 buttons 'Ok, update' & 'Maybe later'. I clicked 'Ok, update' from the app and... Now at the start of the application I have only 1 this button. I can't skip update. AND I CAN'T INSTALL UPDATE. There is no visible update option at Google Play. And when I click at 'Ok, update' from the app I see 'This version isn't compatible with your device'. So I just can't use app at all right now.

The app has very confusing interface. You can get the offers but you can't manage your account and not able to get the track of your data and balance uses easily.

It hasn't been working for ~1 month... App shows login page, after input login/pswd "welcome" is shown, after clicking on the button "here we go", "please give us a minute" appears and then - login page again. re-install doesn't help.

The UI looks good but the experience is terrible, I used English language however the package and everything was in other languages, how that can happen? The menu listing is in English but the content of the menu listing is in another language, for me it is a terrible design app.

Slow as molasses... You top up, get the confirmation email, but the app takes ages to update your balance. Each and every time.

It seems that the testing staff has been completely reduced. The latest updates of this application for the phone on Android 8 are fatal. I get some epic freezes of the entire system and a hanging application. With difficulty I found the old version and manually installed it. The level of developers is gorgeous.

Unbelievable, I've been using Orange for 3 years, and the so called English version of the app is getting worse with each update. Not even the top layer of the app is 100% in English, when you go deeper in the menu's there is maybe 1/10 of the content that is in English. And every time i "complain" about it, the reply is that you are working on it. How long can it take ? The last reply from Orange was on 27/7/2020, no improvement, it's worse. This is not worthy a huge company as Orange.....

Laughably horrible UI interface- unnecessarily difficult to use. Also, changing the language only translates about 5% of the app, adding another layer of difficulty. There's a lot of mandatory, strange processes that require you to do different things in the app, SMS and their webpage. It's all held together with duct tape and bubblegum. I don't know who created this, but it's the messiest, worst app I've ever used.
