Why i cant sign up? Always popup i dont have internet connection. I try reinstall 3times and still same. I need help.

newest update broke the useful feature. edit the data from phone. now everything must be done through website utter stupidity

Bad experience with the sales person. The app is not bad, just not suitable for workshop / bengkel Another bad experience with the sales person Saya coba yang lain dulu saja.

It's clear that this app is neglected there seems to be no new features and basic things such as filtering the activity is missing.

Only trial, I'd contact moka pos official sales WhatsApp number but never get any answers. I don't think they want anyone to buy their POS anymore. And I just see Moka recent reviews. I'm now glad I haven't subscribed it.

This app so trash, i can't even get a mail to verify my own account, and i contact a CS you want to know what they answer? Very limited & stupid promo discount system. Cant even set discount % with how much maximum cash back. How on earth they can sell their subscription these days? I have the same feeling with other reviewer: after they sell their subscription they dont really care about your anymore, they treat you with different attitude

Useless for Android, they only develop this for Apple, I been asking for more then a year when is the Table Management coming for Android, and answer I got today.. they won't develop this for Android 🙄 would give it a 5 ⭐ if they did. I have 6 Tabs for my restaurant, to buy Apple would be very expensive.

Sth wrong with the app. I couldnot sign up cuz it said 'no internet connection' while I was sure that the internet worked very well, in fast very fast.

Just tried it.. 1. Verification took several times to complete 2. We have to input our personal identity including ID number and bank account number to complete the registration 3. The most basic feature not exist, the "CREATE ITEM" what the.. Immediately uninstalling..

I paid 1 year subscription fee on Day 1 and Moka failed to activate account. On Day 15 (after lots of backoffice work like menu entry, employee entry, ect) I can't login with pop up message to make payment. I waited until noon and decide to go back to Loyverse then ask refund from Moka. On the same day, they inform me they agree and the refund was being proceed. After 1 week follow up and waiting for refund, Moka change their mind and cancel refund without my knowledge. They have no respect.

The more updates the more it gets complicated to use this once such a nice app. For years i have been asking to improve for new clients to delete the +62 at phone numbers. Many of my customers have foreign phone numbers as +31. +32 etc but cannot be added as it has to start +62. Not very clever

You can make very spectacular promo with discount and amount only, theres no way you can make unique promo or package. You'll be suck down your money until loss without much feature and if u need to upgrade from basic to pro, ur money wi'll suck up again until dry, not only that! third party app will make your money to ashes very recommended apps for some one who want to empty their cash..
