WHAT HAVE YOU DONE?? This App was acceptable until LATEST 2 updates in DECEMBER 2021!! Prior to those updates I Live streamed football matches & watched TV series fairly easily. BUT since last 2 updates the App DOESN'T work at all!! I CANNOT Live stream any football matches OR even watch a TV series. It just says Can't play Video!! Even My Watchlist has been LOST-with NONE of my reminders or favourites being shown!! When I try to set a new ones the app just buffers then says "Fail"!! AWFUL!!

the movies are one of a kind, found so much interesting movie to watch. the UI is quite friendly. but it keep crashing. esp, when I watch euro. you know, people who decided to have a time off to watch, are often looking for time to relax, not a time off to find another problem to be solved.

Really bad from the get go. Are you kidding me? I paid to watch the Euro but cannot access the live match through the app in my phone, through laptop, or pc. When I pay for something I would expect a better experience than what I'd get from a free app. It's cheap but useless. Live chat with customer service isn't live because no one is responding. Not even worth the 1 star. 😡

Last year I paid for a subscription to watch English Premier League until end of season. The season was halt because of covid. HALT. NOT STOPPED. But my subscription ended at the supposedly end of season, while there are games still to be played when the season continued. And this year, I paid for EURO to watch England, but they didn't broadcast it like they supposed to! This mf is a scam!!

Disappointed! I recently payed 648k for the 4K quality, 2 devices, 1 year deal. Excited for the new season, let down by this horrible app. I used the app on my phone, it keeps on crashing every 5 minutes, then I use the website, it keeps on buffering. The first game of the premier league season and mola tv manage to screw things up. Glad you only have the broadcasting license up to 2022 because I will not subscribe or pay anything for this app ever again!

App had a bad layout, need more categories to make it easier selecting movies. The app is often slow and sometimes crashes. Ability to have 2 devices would be good, Disney plus hotstar allows 2 devices and for cheaper prices and a better app. Also why is your app availablity limited? Not available for Android TV on playstore. Take a look at all the reviews, you should be getting 4-5 for the content you offer and yet you have very low rating, your app in very bad, it needs a lot of development

Very bad app. After update often freeze and give pop-up notification "connection error". I'm sure no issue w/ my connection. Disney+ stream no issue. I just bought euro subscription and rwally disappointed. I'm already clear cache, uninstall but nothing works. Hopefully, football streaming services in Indonesia back to BEIN Sports soon. Mola even not worth for one star. Quarter star is better representation.

Couldn't download. I tried it on my dad's Android, and it's laggy af. And when you try iOS, it's just plain bad, as the lag is cranked to the absolute next level. If you can fix the problems, wait no, 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙖𝙥𝙥, this could've been good. But at it's current state, it gets a 1 out of 5 stars for not working :/.

I'm impressed with the movie collection they have here, considering how affordable it was. But the app keeps on crashing. Not lagging, or freezing. It crashed about 5-6 times within less than 1 hour. I thought the problem only occurs to those who use the euro subscription for football and stuff. I subscribed to the standard one and turns out i got the same problem too. Please fix this! I know you guys can do it better than this.

Can't ff or replay at the moment, can't see the episode list, I like to fall asleep when watching, look for the episodes I've watched (but because I fell asleep I haven't finished watching) it's really hard, it's almost impossible, because there is only a list to continue watching. horizontal viewing is only 1 side, so when the cellphone is charging, it's difficult to position it with the charger attached to the cellphone. Take, for example, netflix which is very user friendly

Well, the app definitely have problem on England vs Croatia game, but after that it works smoothly. The quality is good and sharp. Sometimes it's quite lagging, but that's minor problem which didn't affect the match. I love the rewatch feature, so I don't have to wake up in the middle of the night for the other games that's not quite my favorites.

never ever subscribe the full year if you expecting: 1. casting movies on the TV. 2. HBO GO with full experience, cause you definetely won't get the best experience by subscribing it from mola. 3. the user is not friendly, the apps usually crashed in the middle of movie. Some of the the subtitles didn't matched with the audio. 4. get the best services. honestly it is the worst!! i just wished Mola TV still survive for the next 5 yr The only thing I like from Mola is Counterpart. the rest suck.

Just like the web version, this app is horribly bad. I have to wait several seconds everytime I want to play video, and while watching, it is often crashed and saying there is an error in connection (while my internet is perfectly ok!). Not only that, I have experienced total blackout twice (i.e. cannot watch any live matches) because their server is often crashed. Premier League, please consider to withdraw Mola's right to broadcast PL in Indonesia

Very bad app for such big company that have broadcast right of premier league in my country (Indonesia). Keep crashing, "something went wrong", lagging, subscribe issue, not showing what's live while it is! The app should be much better. After so much review about these issues yet there's no significant improvement from developer. Very dissapointing.

Poor, lots of errors. The worst thing is their notification system is misleading and you can end up subscribing to several packages which overlap each other both on services and active period. I experienced it myself and ended up having 3 overlapping packages. Never had this bad experience with other video streaming services. And their CS response is horrible, they're not helpful at all.

Can't even log in with password anymore. Whenever I type my email, it sends a verification email and when I click on it, it redirects to my internet browser. Can't log in. Fix this stupid app

We subscribed, paid monthly and there is still ads on it. Worst thing is the ads comes up during crucial moments such as very last winning stroke (in golf), exactly 1 second before last tee off as well, and many more bad moments. To put salt on the wound, it was 3 minutes ads. Once the ads finished the game is over. What a joke you guys. Their ads also about their own programs, movies, UFC, sometimes about other products such as blibli which is annoying ads as well. Stop being greedy MOLA.
