the subscription prices are outrageous. 40 SAR for monthly subscription and 338 SAR for anualy. this doesn't make any sense. I hope they take in consideration to decrease prices by at least half.

Thank you for this app. Its really working 24/7 and it up dated my credit report on time. I purchased the basic subscription and its so wonderful to use. All my information are up to date. Excellent! 5 stars!

Issue with the date field. Developers, please fix the issue. After logging in the application, unable to enter the ID expiration date. This issue behaves differently on different mobile, fyi.

Its wonderful to have reports on one click by saving traveling and waiting time. But app need to improve a little to make more easy for user.

When clicking to input iqama expiry date. Screen goes back to first page and again need to input every thing and wehn click to input iqama expiry date then again it takes to first page. Tries everything but app not working.

My Score is showing 0 always since I registered last week, even I subscribed still 0 score. I never miss my payments related to any credit I take. Unfortunately the customer care couldn't solve it and just said it is automatically..no use for me

When you rating determines my right to services; I expect to see the rating for free. The most unresponsible thing to do is to waste 28 Sar on this monthly.

Scores changed down whether payment done on time or not, all my payments before due date score isn't raising its just on good. They don't show your weakness to develop and progress. No specific criteria explained after many calls for better understand. Nonetheless, when I applied for some credit products, rejection came no matter how good my score is however rejection could be affected by worse score. No parameter illustrate anything, it's all about paying subscription fee to get useless report

Keep your credit in check with this app. It's still fairly basic and some UX can use some improvement but overall it's a great effort by Simah the Saudi Credit Bureau. It is also clearly modeled after the US credit bureaus with similar credit scoring and requirements. The fees could use improvement though and every KSA resident should get a free copy of their credit report on an annual basis but I guess that will come in time. For now a decent effort.

Overall, good experience. Pros: High level of usability, easy to access, and find your way through the application. Cons: Updates for credit limit changes by disputes may take a while to be updated, which is unfortunate. My first attempt to purchase the package caused to have an amount on hold for 12 days.

Good app. Gives an over view on your credit. Just want to have some proactive info on how to increase score and how exactly will be the expected impact of every item that will be closed.

The interface is great. Its just, you have to pay to see anything. You literally wont be able to view anything if you dont subscribe to their plan.
