A very terrible experience i must say. I was trying to pay for electricity in the sum of 11k, the transaction failed but the money was debited. I have been calling the customer care since 3 days now and they keep beating around the Bush asking me to wait for 24hrs to get a refund... its been 72hrs yet nothing has happened. You guys should just close this app it is useless. That is not how banking is done. Very poor in execution and so annoying. Please return my money lemme delete this app.😡

Using this app was great at first but now, error. As at last 3 weeks now i was unable to check my receipt on it and when attending to customers if care isn't taken one will be liable to debt in the sense that sending airtime, it'll be showing connectivity issue and the airtime is been sent already....pls, do something about it

It's a nice app, but lots of things needs to be improved on. 1. Ability to paste numbers 2. Ability to accommodate more number digits when you are selecting from phone contact, so it don't keep cutting the number.

Poor internet connectivity. It gives a security warning Unable to establish a secure connection. And Unable to connect to server, when my Data is on. So it needs improvement. Although it's cool cuz I can use it to monitor my MoMo account sales from my agents and also perform other services. So for that I give a 2 🌟

I started using this app as of 2020 but for more than one month now the app is running slowly, unable to connect to the server and also some agent and merchant numbers when you try to send money to them you get this message, you have entered invalid pin please crosscheck and try again later, Thank you. Finally we want to use the app for token withdrawal and merchant ID option to send money to them. Thank you.

To the team of developers, please kindly include biometric login to the app so the login process can be seamless. My pin has been blocked on two separate occasions now and I haven't found it easy resetting the pin. Would appreciate it a great deal. Thank you!

I have been logged out for weeks now. The app says am not authorized to use the service. Am suprised to hear that cos i use the ussd and it works just fine. Please do something about this. Or i will stick to clubkonnect as they are my alternative now since this issue. * the issue of this app is now worse than before, it doesn't open any longer sef

I have never experienced such app for my MoMo transaction before, I like it. I found it difficult when sending money Another Agent number. Quickly logout when put the phone there for about 5 minutes you have to login again, if you can help us with the screen timeout login and logout. Thank you team.

I would have rated you guys more if not for the issue I had with you since December, I tried funding my wallet the value was debited from my account but my wallet wasn't credited I went to the bank and the feedback I got was that it was successful from there end... The POS as well would have been better if tye deposit option is included, I couldn't make deposits with it other than agent transfer. It will be better if you could work on that and upgrade it

You need to improve this app ,, it's so annoying to use ,I tried sending airtime of 500 and I got an error message I tried it up till the 4th time I keep getting error messages just for me to see that I have been debited for the 4 supposed error transactions ,also checking transactions is another problem, when i credit my float wallet it takes longer time for it to reflect on the app ,, this app needs an overall upgrade.

The app was great making transaction easier with my customers until three days ago when I was no longer able to login getting the feedback (the 8 digit number you have entered is incorrect) I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times with the same feedback. Too bad especially in this era of expensive data costs.

This app is at it all Time low. It was great after my first down then it moved from great to bad after I updated it and now it is at it's worst. You send airtime and instead of showing you sent successfully it shows u error due to connectivity issue meanwhile the the airtime has been sent. No statement no receipt no record. Keep logging out after every minute of idleness. This is really terrible

This the improvement impressive, but there's always room to do more on this app,#1-the receipt of transactions should be attached the the statement so when a transaction fails or a customer claims that a transaction wasn't successful these receipts can be downloaded even days after the transaction. #2- when viewing the transactions done within a certain period of time on the rebalancer we can improve on the information displayed such as full customer name, time of transaction & date etc

It has been running fine throughout the time I started using the agent app but in the last 3 days, i tried logging in to the app but it keeps bringing a message that my phone number is already registered as a customer while I am an agent. I also crosschecked it from the customer app and my phone number was there registered as a customer. Also the rate of transfer for bank deposit is too high . Please let this be resolved soon enough and I will give it the rating it deserves. Thank you

The app is good especially with the security control. But the is more room for improvement. When transferring funds to and from bank the cannot display my accounts (multiple accounts numbers) for me to choose the specific account i want to transfer to or from. This is possible when using USSD. I think this an important feature that shd be included in this up.

Of recent the app is not working the way it should. The icon for airtime sale has gone missing and transactions made are no longer showing and that is very bad for business especially when there is a delay in confirmation of transaction thru the SMS alert. Please let the developers do something about these shortfalls. I believe the airtime icon disappeared with the last update.

This app is good in making transactions easy but needs improvement . it frequently cut off and needs to restart phone. it should not be necessarily internet from it's sim card, but just need verification through it's sim card. add banking system and transaction history to it

It quite unfortunately that this app can't discharge it purpose; just this morning trying to send airtime a customer but all of a sudden it will be showing error in connectivity and before you realize it has double paid the customer; very difficult to work with. You guys show do something about it. While would I be wasting my time for nothing! Detective errors: Difficult to sell airtime subscription and data. It doesn't show message that one have successfully complete process. Etc..

This app falls short in terms of speed and connectivity to the server. If MTN aims to make it the go-to standard, significant improvements are necessary. I have been a continuous user for two years now, and the slow performance has been persistent.While some updates have been implemented, the app's speed remains a concern, especially during the day. However, I have noticed that it becomes more manageable at night. MTN, please prioritize upgrading your app's performance and speed 2meet our needs

The app is nice. I like it's simplicity. But there is need for improvement. It often display an error message "unable to connect to the server". And also since screenshot cannot be made on the app, a provision should be made to be able to download and share transaction receipt not just to view alone. And also airtime sell to all network should be made possible ASAP. But I like the app.
