Automations & integrations are not very customizable nor scalable. UI is good. Fine if you have a simple use case or limited automations but if you are doing any automation at scale this is the wrong choice. Have had to redo hundreds of automations manually. Some just fail. API doesn't even have an endpoint for automations. If you are trying to do anything "big" for your org, or if you are a developer or an Excel power user, you will be disappointed. Fine for small teams or nonprofits.

I've always liked the Monday interface and it works well on desktop but on mobile there's some major issues and flaws. Often status labels will be incorrect or mislabeled and columns and items are often missing and not up-to-date despite best efforts on mobile. But equally unfortunate is that once you have the mobile app and you need to ask some other items you can't even go to your browser anymore because there's no way not to open the app unless you uninstall it.

GLITCHY. Simple things such as editing phone numbers, adding subtasks, and editing profile photos results in a glitch to the phone app, a quick flash of a subtask, and zero changes to the picture respectively. It is important that I use this app everywhere, but I am limited to the web app. Clearly did not do much testing before releasing this version.

Edit: they brought back the old map style, which works, but is still buggier than a Bethesda game. 3/5 Sluggish app experience. They change things and break them in updates, (they had changed the map type and maps stopped working and you couldn't select items from the map anymore, but that's been fixed again) , filters are broken as all hell. A very buggy app.

Best project management app I've ever used (and I've used a lot). It's not as useless as Slack, as time-consuming as Trello, or as limited as Basecamp. My favorite part are the visualizations— I've always been frustrated that other productivity apps can't visualize the data I give them, but Monday can. They make it easy & useful. And finally, the app has a ton of automation I haven't really scratched the surface of, but that looks v promising— like Infusionsoft level promising!

EDIT: STILL NO PROGRESS ON BASIC FUNCTIONALITY!! so frustrating! There are several errors in the way functionality translates from desktop. The saved views (sort) do not appear as saved on desktop. If stuff gets removed from a board, it continues to appear for a second or two after deleted for weeks (forever?) Until you log out & back in again. I could go on, but I see from the canned responses below, and my incredibly frustrating experiences with support that nobody really cares to improve it.

Connects super slow using mobile data, but its fast once it does connect. However, once you close the app you have to wait to connect again. It's a pain. It's great for wifi use but terrible for mobile data. I have used this app on 5 different types of phones the problem is with the app not catching up with the new devices. Its good for a phone that is last years model but not this years.

App is buggy and doesn't save changes made 100% of the time. Desktop site is much better and more intuitive - 'not yet optimized for mobile' might best describe its current state. That aside, join their student program and get a free account to use as a student! Well worth it, though it clearly is more designed for collaboration than individual use.

Totally worth it for teams. Makes MS teams seem like it was designed in 1999. Amazing organizer, it really makes staying organized on and task super easy. Makes managing a collaborative team a breeze, a million times better than email, excel spreadsheets, or for that matter MS Teams. This couldnt be more true than when your team is spread out across different offices. App is a great addition to the service. Looking forward to see how they improve a already great service.

It was great, except lately it started to display chaotic formats, like when you try to scroll sideways the row titles seem to be arranged to the back. I can't assign people to the tasks, or check off completed tasks when viewing the task. It has been happening tha past few days, before that it was amazing. The layout is functional and efficient, just some minor details to be fixed.

It is a great platform, but only for teams. If you are on your own, just don't waste your time. I had a student account, which has basic features. But there are two main things that are in Pro plan: automatins and dependencies. And the pro plan is only sold starting from 3 seats. Which means if you are on your own you "have to" pay for two more people. And that's just too expensive and not worth it. Clickup has all these features for free. It is harder honestly to learn clickup, but it worth it.

Love the desk top view, and would love if the app didn't fail so much. It doesn't update like it's supposed and won't refresh. My company uses this daily and it's a great tool, but when I'm in a meeting and away from my team and I'm checking up on the task on the board it's not updated. I've had to install, uninstall, and re-install numerous times just to get it to work. I've even contacted a rep and have yet to hear back from anyone.

2 stars because the desktop version does still work fine, but since about 3 weeks ago the android version is CONSTANTLY crashing. I can only use it about 10% of the time. About twice a day I have to put the app to deep sleep just so I can use it a few times in a day. Doesn't matter if on cell or wifi, it is a daily issue. Please figure out the issue and fix it.

Man, I'm not sure what the update was. I was hoping to get a completely revamped interface. For example....Still opens immediately to inbox. Is would like the option to have it default to one of my selected boards. So, instead, I need to navigate through to where I need to be. Also, probably the biggest thing on my wishlist was for drag-n-drop. I should be able to drag-n-drop pulses from list to list or to a different group for a quick organization of my day while I'm on the move.

Monday itself is a great tool for keeping track of tasks and managing projects. The app is subpar at best. There are consistent glitches with adding subtasks, a ton of missing features in comparison to the web app, and the built in video tutorial is for the web app and cannot be made bigger to actually see in the app. Disappointing to say the least, because the web app has a ton of functionality, but I want to be able to have the same configuration options from my mobile device.

One of the worst app experiences I've ever had. I honestly can't see how this has such a high rating other than potentially paying for reviews. The app CONSTANTLY messes up when creating simple items and gets mixed up, out of sync, sometimes just doesn't create the item but doesn't tell you, etc. Editing updates just doesn't seem to work when putting a checklist in, not sure if that's a consistent bug or otherwise. The thing is a buggy mess that's barely usable for basic adding of items.

Pros: Very user-friendly. Useful templates along with the ability to customize. Eye-catching and flows well. Syncs right away with the web version on my computer. 30-day free trail with tutorials was especially helpful! Cons: No free "lite" version. The lowest cost plan doesn't include some basic functionality, such as video calling; video calling app integrations only included in higher-tiered plans. A bit on the pricey side compared to other work management systems.

The app is terrible. Constantly crashes and boards only partially load and then lag like crazy until it crashes. I'm tracking 4000 customers and adding more daily. The biggest downfall besides stability is the lack of filters on the app. Filters are critical to my workflow but aren't supported so it forces me to carry a laptop around so I can access my data.

Used the free trial to set everything up how I wanted it. After I paid I lost everything. After being bombarded by e-mails from multiple people at the same time. I eventually was able to send the requested screenshot only to never receive an answer or help. Talked to a different person each time, which made things more confusing. Basically, I had to rebuild everything I had already done. Lost work orders and dates. I'm not sure why I sent the screenshot when I got no response.

Horrible if I could get away with a 0 star, but I have to put 1 star. This App is just plain horrible to use on any phone, freezes, crashes, sometimes it's acting like it's working but it's doing absolutely nothing, and then crashes again. I have installed this on 2 different phones and recieved the same results. Don't waste your time on it, till they take the time to fix the WHOLE APP.
