When I was searching for money management app, I was looking for something exactly like this. Simple, beautifully designed, easy to navigate. I had tried out countless other apps for personal finance, but I keep coming back to this one. I like to put my transactions in manually, so this is perfect for me. I saw that the syncing feature between MacBook and Android was released in 2019 January and decided to try the subscription. The sync takes a few seconds, but there is no problem so far. One thing that is annoys me is when I put the wrong date for my transaction (like 1993), it changes the opening balance date as well. I wish the opening balance date was something that can only be set by going into edit page, not affected by other transaction. It would be great if there was a warning that tells me if the transaction date is older than opening balance date. If that can be fixed, I would give 5 stars. Other than that, I'm pretty happy with my purchase. Thanks for the wonderful app!

Upgraded from Pro to Gold. Have to pay both for the entire year. It is supposed to sync cross devices. If I want to download load the desktop app it only shows mac. If I use the homepage to get the windows version I have to pay for that as well. When I added my online banking. Almost everything is categorized wrong. Now I try to revoke or cancel my subscription, but if I click on the active subscription it only shows the window for completing one... Cannot recommend this app.

I've finally given up using app. I've struggled to live with many of the same issues other reviewers are experiencing as I liked many of the features the app offered, but the one that finally made me call it quits is the ongoing issues where the app hangs and crashes whenever attempting to type in the field to add a new agent. I've used it on other platforms and enjoyed it, and and am a Money Pro PLUS subscriber, but that's about to end.

App seems to work, good customer service, but unfortunately I decided not to buy. The app focuses on categories and completly disregard payees!!! There is NO PAYEE FIELD!!! Never saw that before. To me, the payee should be the prominent information, not the category. There is a field called "agent", not sure what the heck this means, but if you add something to it, it shows really small and in brackets. Second, there should be a trial version on Windows as well.

The app is great, so decided to upgrade to Gold subscription, the app started to sync with one of my old devices, and cleared out everything I captured this year, without any question. After that, though my bank (OTP - Hungary) is supported, couldn't get a connection through Salt Edge. The app is just endlessly loading and couldn't find any banks. Already reinstalled the app, cleared the cache and restarted the phone. Nothing works so far :/

Generally I am satisfied with the application. However, there is no option of exporting data into Excel and no automatic backups. And backups should auto sync between devices. Also, a need to add an option of moving cursor to amend recorded values, instead of having to wipe the whole. For e.g. If I were to amend 1011.03 to 2120.03, I will have to overwrite instead of just jumping to the value requiring amendment.

A very convenient and informative application for budget control. I have been using it for a very long time. But due to a technical malfunction (which was decided rather quickly), the application had to be reinstalled and all records with backups were deleted. If this happens again, it is best to first copy the backup file to another location using the file manager.

I thought that this would be a good app & it was until I started to find transactions missing & balance adjustments appearing, so I contacted Pro Money & they asked for various copies of data that was provided & I also tried assisting by trying various things to establish why the data coming across from live banking was duplicating entries etc etc so I though I would ask for a gesture of goodwill of a free 1 Yr subscription being the program isn't working correctly & they denied to offer it

MoneyPro is useful since I use it about 3 or 4 years ago, but lately, the app regularly keeps stopping - need to uninstall then re-install, very disappointing. Hope developers can fix the problem.

AS A LONG-TIME SUBSCRIBER WHO ALSO BOUGHT LICENSES ON DIFFERENT PLATFORMS, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS. You will be ignored by the developer forever. It’s maintained by a solo developer who seems to have given up. He deletes comments and threads instead of addressing issues. I never complained and even gave this app a five-star rating, accompanied by a supportive, heartwarming email to the developer. And here I am, years later, deeply disappointed.

There is a bug the bug took my money for gold and premium subscription and when i called the support they said that there is nothing we can do so they took my money for 2 subscriptions because their system have a bug. This company want me to pay for their mistakes.

Lots of useful features to help manage money. The different account and transaction types are really useful. This helps you track the cash in your wallet, current accounts, savings accounts, money owed/lent, etc. It lacks in some ways though. Features are not easy to learn about or use. There is also minimal development of features being supported, for instance investment accounts & multi currency account transactions. I won't consider subscribing to something that refuses to improve

I have been paying for this app almost 2 years now and it is exactly what I need. I can put my budget in. I can categorize my transactions. I can have recurring transactions scheduled out and forecast my balance. Having the desktop version with sync and being able to easily check off transactions that have come through makes it easy to balance every month. Highly recommend the Gold version for a great budget software on your phone.

Great app for tracking where and how you spend your money. I've tried other apps that let you categorize your spending, but this is the only one I've found that let's you specify multiple categories (and amount per) for one transaction. Kind of wish you could apply a sales tax, though, rather than having to log it as another expense.

Updated review: great app! But I need to show all the decimal digits, not just the first one Another thing: there is no cloud or profile sync, so I cannot have the same data on different devices. EDITED: fixed! EDITED 3/20/21: with the latest version it crashes the first couple of times i open the app, every day

**Update - more issues where amount transactions aren't displayed correctly until I go back to the main menu and go back into the account. Sent in a support request earlier this morning (8/11/21)*** If I had a transfer, I only needed to update the originating account and both accounts would be reflected. Now I have to update both for them to be the same.

This app won over 2 other apps I was testing out. I has the best UI and great features. However changes were made and there is now a subscription business model preventing the full use of the app. I purchased this app when it was a one-time fee and so far I have not lost use of the features that I use. I disagree with the apps-as-service trend and will find another app if I need to. P.S. The banner notice requesting that I buy in to a subscription is a bearable annoyance.

I purchased the Pro version a couple years ago and have loved it until recently, whatever update was done a couple months ago is awful!! Just to start....My data takes forever to load when opening the app, it closes out on me all the time, I can't see transaction amounts unless I open the transaction, I have to close the app to see updated account balances, and the auto-correct is AWFUL!!! It will change common words like rent or groceries to something completely different!

This app allows me to do everything on my phone that i used to do with quicken on my computer. I manage 3 bank accounts, do my budget, and track my debt all in one place. Love the ability to customize icons for categories. After 6 months of using this, I purchased the upgrade so I can sinc it with my iPad. It won't work! I am so frustrated! Every time I delete it from my iPad and reinstall it, I have different balances. It should either work... Or not...!!

I was very happy with the communication back and forth on my issue. With the latest version it seems issue has been resolved. Suggestion for improvement: when adding a transaction, if the agent is new and you add it from the transaction entry, it would be nice if it was then automatically select for that transaction rather than having to find it again and selecting it.
