It took a while day to register with the app using my phone number as it kept sending incorrect verification codes. It works better using email registration. What the app is missing is a big button that says 'Charge my car'

Not the easiest app to navigate when trying to charge for the first time. The charger just had a QR code which, at first, I thought took me to a web site. Took me quite a while to figure it all out. I still have no idea what "Teams" are! However it all worked eventually.

functional app, but mad charging policies. slow chargers that you can't leave your car on overnight as there is a £12 per hour overstay charge after charging finishes. makes zero business sense and makes for a really poor user experience. Check their policies. There's lots of competition. Go elsewhere use a fast charger. much less hassle.

Connected cable multiple times on multiple different units and it kept saying not connected. Another failure of the charging infrastructure...

In Fill in the details page, the location field is unale to set the location. Due to this issue, I am unable to setup the charger. I am using android phone.

Great app with some really cool features. lots of information on your charging session, including total session cost and estimated time until fully charged.

Terrible. Tried to verify email 20 times. App doesn't recognise the code that was sent. Keeps asking me the same thing. Tried several email accounts Useless

on first holiday with electric car and this connection has by far been the most awkward. used it twice and still not really sure how I got the charge started and finished.

Simple to use. The need for fingerprints to pay by card is understandable but a pain. I have added Google pay to get around that

Probably good if you're in the UK. Can't enter tariffs manually in the app. The website also wouldn't let me add tariffs.

Serious issues with payment handling! When you are really dependent on home charging, bankid does not work. And Google pay never works! Much easier to forget about home charging and charge while you are out at work...

I'd give this negative stars if I could. Chargers I downloaded this for weren't working. They couldn't do anything from their side. Took 5 emails to verify my account to withdraw funds. Then found I couldn't withdraw funds within 24 hours but they're very happy to take funds that can't be put to use within 24 hours

Can't use it unless you have two phones!. 1. 'Add new payment method'. 2. Verified by Visa requires me to switch to my bank app to approve the payment. 3. Switch back to Monta app and "payment session ID invalid".

really clunky app. not nearly as easy to navigate as other charge apps out there. refused to allow me to use the wallet funds as a payment method so therefore wasting the money I had already forwarded to the app. annoying!

It's been great upto now. Suddenly though I'm told it's disconnected, from the wifi apparently. It suggests a hard reboot, unlug the charge point from the point of power for a minute. Mine like most is wired into the fuse box, so I've no idea how we're supposed to do that. Very frustrating.

The local charger I use is only sometimes shown on the map. On trying to charge today, it failed due to no signal from the BMS, but I don't know why, Electroverse has never had any problems! Tried a 2nd time, the app took the full timeout time to be ready again, but it worked fine this time. Overall worked well after the teething problems of the first attempt.

Great app, some tweaks still needed. Notifications on charger updates at Home could be better. Overall though with the new rules setup that auto schedules the charge overnight is great.. well done. ( Now get more charging networks on board in Ireland and we're good)

Bad user experience all round. Can't be relied upon to charge your vehicle or, crucial, tell you if and why it isn't. Monta settings conflict with car settings and instead of telling you it just sits there. Would not recommend.

My home charger uses this app. I previously left a 3 star review because the app did not have a charging scheduler. The app/platform has since updated- and now it does! So I am happy. I plug my car in. It auto schedules the charge. All is well! Thank you!
