My transaction on this platform failed but no refund of money I sent to them till now,I have contacted them several but no response the keep telling me they will get back to me I don't really know what the problem is because they told me the money will be refunded within 3 days this is one week now I have not gotten any refund Is like this app is a scam infant it is

NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL APP. THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE ON THE PLANET. WAIT ON CHAT SUPPORT FOR OVER AN HOUR 3 DIFFERENT TIMES WITH NO RESULTS AND NO URGENCY. THE ASBOLUTE WORST!!!

It was easy to use. But lately i have to delete the cache & storage uninstall & reinstall just to sign into my account with it, every time. What's up with that?

Moonpay scammed me out of my money. Transactions were made that I did not authorize I called customer service and they told me that I would have to have money in my bank account in order for them to refund my money which doesn't make since at all I no longer trust moonpay anymore. They took my who paycheck away 😭😔😡 Not Cool I would not recommend this place don't put yourselves at risk and protect your money don't use this app ever. They are a scam. I WILL GET MY MONEY BACK YOU SCAMMERS!!!😡😡

I'd give it 0 stars if I could. Took a whole month for them to tell me my funds verification had not been accepted (when it supposted to take max 7 days). Moved onto another crypto buying/selling out.

Verify identity and minimum purchase requirements. Crypto is supposed to be private and is not a bank account so that bs is unnecessary. I don't drive so don't have a DL. Linking a PayPal or debit card should be enough. Tired of privacy invasive crypto apps. Unacceptable.

trash customer service, that's service that no one needs, top to bottom garbage, SOL takes max 30 minutes in congestion to move through the blockchain this service will lock yours up for hours and tell you to have a banana, that it's down everywhere, I switched to use their competitions service and I bought multiple transactions within a 10 minute period of time, it took 4 hours for them to send me $20, while I waited on that $20 I sent hundreds from the other one

My transaction failed but I didn't get a refund since March and I tried to contact them several times they are just giving excuse. And I make another transaction it was pending for almost 5 days when I later received my order it was of no use to me i can't swap it i can't transfer it . It was just showing the balance but I make use of the token, i really regret using their platform that my money still dey pain me till now.

This is the worse app I used, no way to transfer or get your money back very tricky and all you can say about scammers. Be aware unfriendly app was a bad choice and still have my money I couldn't whidraw which I never get back I guess.

Very well designed app and serves its purpose. However, the in-app notification setting, when disabled, is ignored and promotional notifications are pushed anyway. Will adjust my rating when fixed.

This is awful. I cannot see my transactions when i have sent money.. I can only see the transaction when I've actually bought bitcoin. I sent a person money who then wanted a screen shot of the payment completed But it's not there in my recent activity so this person won't send me my goods. I've gone through all the steps moonpay has said but nope cannot see that transaction even though the £70 has left my account. I cannot get any help no customer service number or even email. I'd avoid tbh

I seriously hate this app. This is the most un-user friendly, you can get. Everything is done in overly complicated specs, with featurea that other apps have been implementing successfully and with less aggravation for years. Just go elsewhere.

Used this place for years with no issues. I placed several transactions today and then the minimum shot up to 117. So I deposited 120 without realizing I just spent $105 to send 15$ somewhere there is a 20$ minimum deposit. Of course moonpay isn't because they said the blockchain charged that fee at that moment. But no other platforms I went straight to, to check what they were charging were anything outrageous. I even made a typo to send 3 million in btc and would only be charged $58. Trash!

The most frustrating app I have ever used, it is temperamental, it disappears when you go to another screen to get your verification code, fails to complete authorisations and sends you to your browser as it's so limited. Got funds stuck in here and struggling to transfer them. Will never use again!

It was alright for a while but twice recently it took them over 16 hours to get me my LTC that I was purchasing and they only offer a coupon thinking that's going to make it ok. But then the coupon doesn't work.. I've never had anywhere else take but at most 5 min to send my LTC.. Just save yourself the headache and go somewhere else
