hate the new app. unable to get past enter email. no next or enter button. can not get to where you are suppose to enter password. unable to get into app. very frustrating. uninstalled new update and put old version back on.

Poor Update. Mandatory to allow use of location in order for the app to work. Why is that a necessity when you have all that information within the loyalty card already? Now, because I refuse that permission, I no longer know what my balance is for gas rebates in order to pay IN STORE vs @ the pump. I can't track baby points or other rewards. I am looking forward to the new KwikTrip being built in my town so that I can change to their reward system.

App tells me what I at least need to know. I have noticed when you receive at email with a link to "add to the app" that it doesn't work on my phone correctly. Instead, it will take me to the load this app, which I have already. Doesn't go directly to the app.

Horrible you need to remove the 11/2023 update and go back to the previous version.after choosing an item it starts back at the very beginning so you have to scroll &scroll to get where you were, over and over again and again 1/22/2024:now it won't even open It says UPDATE but there's no option because it has already been done!

Current version works unlike earlier versions. Still too much clutter and pop ups to easily see/find reward balances. Needs to declutter as I ignore most of the information in the app as I get burried.

This app locks up a lot. Select fuels reward and it just spins. the app has been updated with a whole new interface. this one is worse than the old one. hard to navigate and anytime you do something it ask you to sign in.

New to me and in the beginning there was a problem with putting in my rewards number. Finally after a few hours it worked. I don't go on here often but I would like to and utilize it when I'm going shopping. The app keeps wanting to send me to update then never updates! Screw this!!

This latest update is completely frustrating and full of hassle, it's impossible to switch between your lists and rewards without closing out the app and restarting it. NOT USER FRIENDLY! I will not be using this app or visiting your store until this is fixed.

Complete waste of my time trying to find the digital coupon items. once found you need to take a picture of the bar code to confirm. But when I checked out and entered my phone number none of the digital coupon items were taken off my bill. The cashier had to manually enter the sale item. Not User Friendly!

NEEDS WORK! App screens are cluttered and hard on the eyes. Navigation should be simpler and less complicated. And TOO MANY BUGS! I shop regularly at one of the store chains and don't need to work so hard at checking specials, coupons, etc.

Wanted me to update and will not open says i need to update. Plus my daughter said if I dont click on all coupons I dont get then using just my phone number in store. Super frustrated

I'm unable to edit the shopping list. I use it to get an estimate on what I'll be getting at the store so I don't go over budget. All I can do is click on it to "complete item" however, that item is still included in the total cost. Only way to remove it is to clear the entire list which also clears the coupons I've clipped.

hate this update. was hoping it would improve the old one and eliminate some of the frustration. theres parts of this app you go into that you cant go back to the previous screen, you have to go completely out of the app. Also, i wish they had the actual page by page ad to look at. The setup is frustrating and takes way too long.

Regarding the update that doesn't work. Uninstall and reinstall the app. That worked for me.

App doesn't let me sign in or register. Terrible. Would be nice if it would be fixed. It's been months of trying to log in

Once I updated, that notice won't leave the opening page, allowing me to use the app adequately.

Can't use this app. Says update, but does not update when clicked. I got no help when I contacted company via email, just a "be patient" brush-off

I have been trying to figure out how to use this. It is horrible as i stumble through it. Then every 30 seconds I get a pop~up for me to rate it. I decided if I rated it, it would stop popping up. But it didn't help at all it kept popping up constantly! And there's no way to shop and use this app with that popping up. Especially when I'm in the middle of trying to learn! So my thought right now is to just delete it! Fix this MESS and I will check back in a few weeks!

About a month ago the sale ad changed formatting and it's been horrible since. It looks better but when selecting items last week it errors out every single time and takes forever to compile a shopping list. This week the sale ad won't even load. It used to be such a convenient app to use.
