I like it. No lag. Quick. However, it needs a "reset inputs" button so all of your info isn't lost automatically. All advanced calculation inputs should be maintained until you manually clear it. Thanks

Nice app! Would be nice if we could change themes and to have available the simulation o prepayment with same years payment and reduced montly payment but other than that really good app. More complete than many others I would say.

It's worth than I thought. It really screws up all numbers, anytime you move the screen left or right in order to read the results. It is really unreliable be very careful!

It's a great calculator, I haven't had any problems with it. I have even used it for personal loan calculation by adjusting the inputs to suit what I want. it even allows for extra payments.

Both simple to use AND comprehensive. Fast and easy when I need it to be, and yet capable of advanced calculations as well. and even those are fast and eash too. Im a Loan Officer - If I could have made my own calculator. I would have made this one.

Really wonderful free mortgage calculator that tells you how much you need to pay monthly to pay off your mortgage, depending on how much you borrowed as a mortgage. ex. 100,000$ over 20 years at 4% requires payment of 605.00$ per month for 20 years. The app a also shows by graph how much equity you own in tje home and how much intetest you jave paid. It also tells you this year by year and month by month the total amount in interest paid so far and how much equity younhave built up. I LOVE IT!

Help us pay our mortgage off early. I kept referring back monthly. What if I put this much extra towards principle how long would it take. We paid a $140,000 loan off in 5 years. I would give it 5 stars but, it does not save entries. Each time you log in you have to start over with all data entries.

Not user friendly. I put in the pertinent information but have to go to another location to see what the payment will be. CHANGED MY MIND. I ended up liking it. Use the advance option. It allows you to get better information like additional payments.

I use this for all sorts of loan calculations, not just mortgages. I love it. It's easy to use and so far has very provided accurate results when I key in my numbers. I gave a 3 stars for ads. I don't care for ads. But I do love the app. Thank you 😊

Good, but could do a better job at the way it shows you the information. For example, I'd like to see my loan amount and monthly payment on the input screen and not go scrolling for it. It does everything as advertised and overall, I like it.

even though I picked 36 months in the detail mode it kept paying the mortgage off after year and a half and creating payments that were too large. something flawed. should have ability to enter payment amount desired or at least calculate the correct payment for a full 36 months of payments. also should create detailed amort schedule you can print. or it's pretty much useless.

So close to a great app., but like most apps, there is no option for irregular monthly payments. I had a deficit in escrow no option for that. No option for changing the the cost of insurance and/or taxes when they deviated. I liked the app wish it was more compatible with a realistic mortgage

This app is great. I create a lot of notes in my line of work (real estate investing) and this is a quick way for me to play with the numbers to come up with note proposals. The detailed breakdown of payment makes working with clients way easier. If you're looking for a simple and smooth way to calculate on the fly this is DEFINITELY the way to go.

Very easy to use and understand. I put in what I owe, interest rate, and the number of years I'd like to have it paid off by... it calculates how much I need to pay each month to achieve that. The advanced calculator is great too. It lets you see how much you would need to put down on a mortgage with a certain interest rate. Great, simple to use mortgage calculator. Love it.

Positives: ability to see detailed payment with various frequency; ability to do "advanced calculation"; color and layout is clear and pleasant to my eyes. Negatives: monthly or bi-weekly extra payment field are put together and not separated; no weekly option; no function to "save calculation" so each time I go back to the app the whole calculation gone and I have had to restart over and input everything again multiple times. There's more suggestions but these suffice for now, if developer will consider including these?

It's annoying having to re-enter information when changing tabs to the Chart or Table Edit: it must have been a bug or something in my cache. It's been fixed and I appreciate the develops support!

very nice app to use. no need for a financial calculator anymore. however I rather use my keyboard to ente and also something that can be saved. one wrong clic, and you have to start all over. also an option to give you 10,15,20,25,and 30yearsrs in one screen to be able to compare rathethanat it o all separately.

Can you please add a 'save' feature for what has been input? And/or allow for swiping between tabs. (I keep accidentally going back to the simple calculator, or backing out of the app. It's frustrating to have to re-enter all the info every time.) Otherwise this app is one of the better of its kind.

It's fair. Filling out the Advanced loan data, then swiping right shows good results. But it's only good for a one-time look. There is no way to save it or have the data show up again for a second view. Have re-enter the loan data from scratch. It could use more features to justify the paid version price. It has a good PMI calculator.

couldn't figure it out...update: After the developer response, I downloaded the app again and confirmed the dev comment. The interface is not intuitive. Minimally, I suggest moving your AD banner to the bottom of the page so as not to trick people into clicking it, and put a button in place that says "details". This button can navigate to the next tab if you desire. I bumped up the rating, and will consider 5 stars if interface becomes more intuitive. Thanks for the quick response.
