It works fluently on apple devices that i have seen however on my samsung s20 ultra, it just doesnt work that good.When taking a second video, it just cuts to it without the last frame being there and after a while it goes quite weird with everything becoming a dark red. Anyways, I hope this app on Android can become like it is on Apple devices.

This app is sooo good. The only problem is when the transition happens between the two clips, sometimes it gets really glitchy looking and you can't tell what your looking at. I don't know if this is something that can be fixed or not. But 10 out of 10 app 👍

I love this fun data moshing app. Although it comes with a price, it is totally worth it. There are many ways to film and mosh data in this app. For example, you can mosh objects together to make a weird trippy illusion. I recommend this app a lot and it is totally worth the small price. If you hold down the screen, you can make the screen almost flow with pixels. I love this app, and I think that you should get it too!

Even better now with the new updates and features! A few more requests, on my Samsung phones (s21 ultra and fold 3), the back camera used always defaults to the wide angle lens which is worse quality wise. Would it be possible to make the default the standard angle lens or to be able to change them? Also, could you add a feature to add sound to our datamoshes? Would be so cool for content creation! Thanks heaps!

For some reason the preview mode stop working. when i change to contrast mode, all i see is a diagonal black and white line. changed to blend mode did nothing also. i have to do clear data from the android setting then its working again. the "hold to preview" feature also didnt work for me. but i love this app. i understand it still in early development. i hope one day it can support flash and camera stabilizer feature. keep it up dev

Hi there, I seem to be experiencing a bug! That is kind of annoying me! I have just bought the app for my Samsung galaxy S10, I can record the first clip fine, but then as I go to record the second clip, the whole app crashes and I loose all my progress! Although I love the idea of the app and I hope that there will be an update soon for it so I can use it! Thank you :)

Top quality. Strange color saturations/brightness at times during jumps, maybe due to lack of optimization for low lighting conditions? I also hope to see datamoshing applied to existing videos (if possible) instead of just live recording. The gallery button on the top right links to a random video in my directory and the error states "couldn't play video" using OnePlus 6. Other than that, it's a great app. I hope to see this develop over time!

On Samsung S10 the rear camera has no continuous autofocus and the front camera is hyper zoomed-in on a view of your nose due to using the non-native resolution. it seems like they're using an outdated or incompatible camera API in Android studio is my guess. It makes the app unusable to me, I will try buying it for my iPad instead. EDIT: okay I'm giving most of the stars back. I just realized the flip camera button scrolls through four different camera modes, zoomed and wide angle on both side

Extremely useful! No more Avidemux! The fact that you can preview exactly what the final product is going to look like as you're shooting is amazing, as well as the super useful contrast overlay to help line up your shots. The only problem that I have with it is that if you unfocus the app it clears the video if it's unsaved. I'd give it 5 stars if that issue is fixed. Great app!

I'm giving this app 5 stars BUT there is one feature I feel is missing. PLEASE make the import function better. As it is right now, you have to pinch the video to fit it entirely but then the orientation is off and it gets all messed up. I'd love to be able to export videos in the same exact way they were so that I can use them for bigger projects. This app is fantastic but that feature would make it absolutely PERFECT for what it is meant to do.

I love messing around with this app, one issue I have is that the camera gets seemingly unfocused at times, and I would like if you could add focusing, also sometimes after I datamosh everything goes darker/brighter. Would be nice to add various camera control settings such as brightness, focus, contrast, etc. Other then that this app is amazing!

I don't really know whether to rate this 1 or 2 stars. It works very rarely for me. I'm on a galaxy S9. Often times the app just crashes when I start a recording. A lot of the time it starts the glitch effect on the first video. The crashing makes it unusable, though. I sadly can't refund for some reason, even though I've only had the app for 2 days.

Even if you're not into making videos and sharing them or anything, this app is just fun to use if you're bored. It shows you the effects in real time as you're recording it so it gives you an experience like AR games (augmented reality). When I'm bored I'll open the app and place an object in front of the camera then stop recording then move the object out of frame and start recording. It merges the recordings and it looks like the object is still there. It's really cool. 100% worth the price.

Works great! I'm just looking for one more feature. I want the ability to blend GROUPS of frames for the skipping and repeating blend effect. Like how when you tap and hold the screen it will blend the last frame on the screen. I want to be able to blend groups of frames (like short .gifs that blend). Maybe it could work on time intervals like "blend the last 2 seconds of video" or "blend the last 5 seconds on screen". Thanks for the reply! I really appreciate the work you've put into this app.

Overall, the app works fine, but sometimes it seems to work opposite as intended. For example, when I keep the camera still to try and keep the image of the previous video, they all fizzle out in a few seconds at most. This makes it hard to achieve the intended affect, is there a way I can keep the pixels of the previous video on screen longer?

This app works on Samsung And Motorola (I've tested both only), but so far I found it best to work on Apple devices, on Apple, it stores the colors from the previous take better and with better resolution for longer, but for the other two it is stored more in chunks and not as good but it does work pretty well and I'm my opinion, I think it's worth 7$. But on those devices, you pay for the about same quality of video and can't record audio.

Thank you so much for letting us upload videos!!! This is a game changer. However, I would like to mention that the update has broken the overlay mode. It no longer blends the last frame with the camera. Otherwise, this is the update I've been waiting on! Thank you!! Edit: yes, when I close and restart, all works as intended. After backgrounding, it fails to work again.
