Why even have headphone monitoring if you can't hear anything unless gain is way up, then I'm way to close to mic with my acoustic guitar and vocals and they are recorded way too loud on play back even though I could barely hear anything in my headphones while actually playing and trying to listen to myself through monitor

But it has an issue that the quality of the picture which it is recording it is in very high MB and it is very huge problem of this application. This Problem must Be solved. It took 94mb for just recording 0:53 min video in 720p. However Very thanks to this application this solved my problem .In xiaomi phone the inbuilt camera does not support external mic but here it supported my external mic . So Thanks For it. And Video Quality is Much more good then normal phone camera.

I like it as an improvement over the default android camera app. Allows choices of mic input, video quality and easy audio monitoring. One less star for the file management part which is clunky. But most important is that its a great app for getting good video with your non iphone mobile.

App and MV88+ were working beautifully with my Samsung S8 until Aug. 27. Since then, I'm unable to get the phone to recognize the external mic. I've tried a new cord. Also uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Mic works fine with laptop, so I know it isn't the mic. What's up?

I'm discouraged with this product. First of all, it is not cheap at all. Second mind does not connect to Bluetooth. I've tried a lot of things to see if it works and the result is the same. Apps are androi maybe new updates are the problem. Hopefully someone can help me with my situation.

Great features to capture high quality video and sound in scenes such as live shows and rehearsals. It is even better if I can switch to other lenses of the camera for smart phones with dual/triple lenses.

Dodgy Privacy. Wont allow you to use video app unless you give it access to your phone calls. I gave it every other other permission except this. Yet i can still use audio app of the same. This is both weird and dodgy. Dont think I will continue with it and will return Shure unit to tge store.

The autofocus is not accurate and I am unable to find a way to turn stabilization on and off. The colors frequently get a bluish purple tint to them and often get blown out. Not having much success with the video part of this app.

the best sound among all video recording apps, but the video quality was bad and now getting worse. editing a multicam lecture filmed earlier, i noticed a crazy amount of luminous noise only from this app video. the camera was 108MP binned to 27, so it can shoot very good 6K with other apps. but this give bad 4k at best. and i've mentioned problems with focus and exposure before (so the only option to not ruin the video is to lock them). i'm not using this app again anytime soon.

Realy dissapoint with the last update on march. my shure motiv88+ mic gain become too much sensitive, noise in, n loss it studio's feels.All email n follow up already been made but still no more update from the shure motiv team. Happened to all my device exactly the same effect after the update.really dissapointed n hope can be back to previous version or this shuremotiv88+ will end to the trash 😪 Now the last file saved also often suddenly error too at gallery, it's 0.00 time n cant be open.

I bought a mv7 since it says full compatibility with my note 9. Turns out it ONLY works using this app, so I can't use my mic for any Instagram reels, tiktok or even in the default camera app on my phone. This app doesn't have any voiceover capabilities or even a way to edit or stitch videos together, so my microphone is pretty much useless. Great job Shure.

So far, I like it. I am a bit disappointed that I can't shoot in 8K like my phone. It would be nice to have the audio features available no matter what good quality of a mic a person has. My mic is from Sennheiser. It's a lav mic USB Type-C. Sounds great. Added feature: 1. I would like to have the ability to use this app to record and go live on Facebook or YouTube at the same time. 2. To have the ability to record (4k, UHD/4K, 8K) an external USB 4.0 or thunderbolt 4 type-C drive. Thank you.

I've try to use this apps as less as possible due to the overwhelming file size of the video. @720p24fps and audio all at minimal setting my file size was 11GB for 29mins recording. Or 1.4GB for 4 mins. Making it difficult to share my files without converting it. I'm not sure why there's so much difference in file size compared with in built camera apps that I do 1080p for 2 mins and is around 200MB. I just want nice audio, high compression video is fine.

In first place, I'll start saying that this is the only app I found can use Audio Interfaces and control different audio inputs, but... everything was right until last update (I think); the videos now are stored in the phone's root folder so, if you don't have a rooted phone, well, you're kinda screwed. I didn't find a way to solve that, so basically I lost all the videos I record. Now, suggestions... A custom store folder option, and the app must have a video bitrate config.

i love the already, just downloaded few minutes ago but as a dj is a good app so far, make mp3 conversations available for audio recording app please. so that I may be able to record in WAV and convert to mp3 format .... about streaming, haven't tried yet but make TikTok option available because its quite a hustle to get stream key. Hope my review would help

It worked good on my old phone, but on my Samsung galaxy it has no sound the built-in mic on the app records the sound but It's so quiet I can barely hear it, my phones mic works good on other apps

Even though your video's are now stored in the App under library. I'm unable to share them to anything else. I can't upload to Drive or anything. It's starts to upload then shows me a notification saying it failed. I took some extremely important and probably the most important videos I've ever taken and even though I can view them in the app, it's very disappointing I can't share them. I have a Motorola One 5G phone. I must find a way to extract or share these videos from the App!!!
