The camera is great. The monitor is ok. However, the app that you are directed to sucks. I cant connect to my phone. Even though there is an advertisment on the monitor you get with your camera. Im so frustrated i cant even begin to tell you everything I'm frustrated about. The 2 stars are for the equipment only. This app and their other app is awful.

Edit: emailed their support like I was told with all I've done and steps taken and I haven't heard anything back. Poor camera and an even more poor app and support. App crashes all the time. Disconnects from camera. Can't watch in 1080 with it lagging. Can't edit/adjust settings 90% of the time. Terrible. Look for other apps and cameras. 100% waste of time and money. 2 star because what little amount of time it works as it should it is nice. Fix the constant crashes and solid investment.

Having no issues on my low end Stylo 5. It works as well or better than the monitor alone, and the free version has a few extras the monitor doesn't have. Great quality audio/ video. The thing can see in the dark and it hears everything. I wish my Ring doorbell camera/app worked half this well. Maybe yall could send them a few tips on monitoring apps. ThanX. Its flawless.

The app is horrible and always has a hard time connecting to the camera. The monitor itself is junk. Battery lasts 25 mins, then beeps at you like it's the end of the world. If your camera isn't connected, all hell breaks lose, and it'll wake up the whole house with its siren. You're better off buying something end. Don't ever buy the cloud because you can not cancel until you call them. I had to block their withdrawal from my asking to get to turn off.

Have had this camera for about 5 months now. Set up was complicated since nothing wanted to connect and it took a couple of hours to actually get it going. I had hoped that would be the worst of it, but it's not. I get the "something went wrong!" notification more than I get it working. Though it's frustrating even at home, I still have the monitor, but it's HIGHLY frustrating when I'm at work or something and have this gut feeling that I need to check on the baby.

I enjoy the features of the app, such as the baby tracker as it helps me remember when and how much baby was fed. But the main reason I have the app is to be able to see my baby while she's in the bassinet. However, the camera never seems to be able to connect to my app... There's always an "error." Not exactly thrilled as it connected originally fine, but after the initial pairing, I've been having difficulties.

There has been a pretty severe bug that has existed for months without the development team fixing it. It's frustrating to use the app and if I would've known there'd be no new updates to this app ever, I would've chosen a different monitor/camera system. When a motion notification is received and you tap upon that notification, you are unable to navigate to the live feed via the home tab. In order to view the live feed, you must exit the app and relaunch it.

Less than 6 months before the monitor itself died. Now all I'm left with is the app. That doesn't connect. Doesn't play sound. That if I can magically get it to connect after 40 minutes of restarting the camera, my router and phone it buffers out and disconnects immediately. If I could give it less stars I would. Thank God I have a new one on the way.

I gave this app 2 stars before because I know nobody is perfect but after receiving no help with previous issues I'm changing my rating to 1 star because of all of the issues I'm having, plus the inability to resolve them, and now when I try to talk to my son through the mic it cuts off the beginning of my voice and also the end if I hit stop less than 5 seconds after I'm done talking. I thought maybe it was my internet connection but I have absolutely zero issues with any other apps or devices.

App constantly losing connection with camera and will not load. This only started a week or so ago.. Just continues to say connecting. My wifi is close by and does not lose reception. If trying to use the app to monitor baby it connects and works less than 25% of the time. In order for me to get it working I have to reset the camera and delete/add to app. Super frustrating and unreliable. This "works for a day until it constantly searches again. It says 100% wifi strengthand still detects sound.

The app used to work very well. But as of the last 4 days it just says "connecting" and won't connect. We've reset the camera and modem. All I get are motion sensored pictures. We've tried everything we can without contacting customer service. I don't know if the app is having an issue or what. But it seems like it might be since a lot of people are saying the same thing is happening to them. The app is pretty much unuseable at this point.

Great concept, terrible operation. One would think that Motorola would have it together. Wrong. We have the Connect 65 and you can not turn on music, play books or anything with the included handheld unit... so you have to use the app. Problem is, the app is ALWAYS trying to connect to the server. It is the only wireless device in the ho e with any issues.

We signed up for the lite annual plan so we could be alerted with motion detection, but 95% of the time the camera doesn't pick up on motion activity--even though we set it up for a high sensitivity. It does not even pick up when we pick her up to take her out of the crib or set her back down. What is even the point of getting the plan if it can't pick up on this? Aside from that, the video quality isn't great and the app in general is frustrating... I have to force close the app quite often.

Ok, the camera and monitor are really great. Easy to use and connectivity is very good. Now the app on my S20 and my wife's S10 is the worst app I have ever had. I know it might sound a little harsh and maybe it's on my end but really a terrible experience. If I can get it to open it freezes or crashes or won't connect on a regular basis. Very good wifi and have Uninstalled the app to reinstall and find the same problem. Would like to know what needs to be done to fix it.

Very usefull and does what is advertised without much hassle setting it up. The video quality isnt brilliant but it is good enough, and I really wish that it wasnt so cluttered, especially as most of the clutter comes from the optional premium plans which we are not using. Edit for response: I fully understand what the premium subscription is, i was stating that I really wish that premium features were hidden when you DO NOT have the premium subscription, as there are a lot.

After my parent unit for my baby monitor died about 8 months after getting it I've been stuck with the app. For a while it was fine. Worked great. Then they updated the app. It worked well for a while but the last month it rarely connects. I haven't been able to connect to my monitor in over a week, even after resetting and repairing. They keep "updating" the app but it just seems like a ploy to get you to pay for it to actually work. But even the paid version isn't working for me.

Disappointed. I have high speed internet and have no issues with any streaming apps. This app gives me such a hard time to watch my baby. It freezes constantly; sometimes the camera magically goes offline and I can't get it back on, and the audio delays a lot or skips. Not worth it. When it's working, its great. But 80% of the time, it doesn't. :/

It works great, definitely better than most monitors. Update: It's been over a year now & I still really like it. Occasionally I'll get the offline issue when I check my phone to see if my daughter is still sleeping, but at least the physical monitor is always working. I do hate that I have to exit all the way & login in sometimes twice before its back online, and it takes time to load. The physical part of the monitor is great other than the fact that is dies pretty quickly. Last maybe 4/5hrs

The app works well for viewing the camera feed. The picture is of good quality and it is easy to pan and zoom around. We like the baby tracker, however the data graphs no longer show up with a message that states "No data present." This is not the case, as I can clearly see each entry recorded in list view. It's not a deal breaker, but it is frustrating because I found the graphs interesting to read to determine trends over time. The graph feature worked well for a few days, but no longer.

So frustrating! When it works, the sound and video quality is fabulous. However, my home wifi is not 100% reliable, and the app often disconnects temporarily because of it. This is perhaps not the company's fault, but the tiny multitasking window doesn't offer any indication that you've been disconnected, rendering it totally unreliable. I have also just reinstalled the app on my phone because the audio stopped working--fortunately that solved the issue, but it was yet another problem I've had.
