My experience with Mountainclimbers by Via in Kalispell, MT has left me feeling threatened, with some drivers (Hank, Chris, Quinton)stalking me, and disregarding my scheduled rides, while the local management condones it by lack accountability.

i found two bugs feature that show calendars of rides for month would dispear sometimes and app would not sink with bus gps for arrival

Would be nice if the app actually worked it won't let me go to scheduled rides or to add ride credits nothing so I can't cancel or make a purchase

Wrote app is helpful before. Take it back. Return trip is a joke.. just bought some rides cuz i have an appointment tommorow morning.. try to schedule it and got the familiar pop up box that says: 'experiencing high demand.. check back later' . Certainly understand the message if i was trying to get a ride this second or in immediate future.. THIS IS AN APPOINTMENT FOR TOMMOROW.. find it hard to believe the app is so busy right now it cant schedule a ride for tommorow morning. That is lame...

Good heavens, this app is so finicky. I tried scheduling a ride last night for today, but it said there was too much traffic (which makes absolutely no sense). I'm now continually trying to schedule the ride to no avail as my appointment creeps closer and closer. It works when it works, but that's usually only 25% of the time.

when I used this app a year ago, it was great, now it constantly fails to book rides due to high demand apparently, bus rides are bumpy, seatbelts are at a weird height and jam into my neck, bus is always late and I'm starting to get in trouble at work because I'm constantly late

The Mountain Climber vehicles are clean, comfortable and safe! The drivers and staff are friendly and prompt, this entire transportation service is fantastic and for those of us that can't drive is an absolute life saver! I would highly recommend this service to anyone! Thanks for being awesome Mountain Climber!
