The first time using this app was a mission. The app did not work. After the app had an upgrade, it worked. The Mova cleans well, and we use it often. Our floors feel great after the Mova has cleaned it. We have 5 dogs, and every day, there is a lot of hair on the floors. This is no problem for the Mova. The long hairs do clog up the Mova, and the tray must be emptied manually. I am happy with the Mova.

Great layout and easy to use. Divides rooms almost spot on. Good experience. I would like to suggest adding a dark mode. I have everything I can set to dark mode because it's easier on the eyes in low lit rooms.

Network error from 2 days. I am unable to login to the app as it keeps throwing network error. Everything was working fine until yesterday when suddenly robot became offline and when I tried to relogin. App is not working. Might need to return the robot if this persists.

No ability to delete zones that have been split from another zone, you have to merge them together again, so if you drew your whole yard in one go and then split them to zones then you're screwed. Also you cannot rotate no-go zones. You also cannot adjust the mower's speed, or offset the no-go zones drawn with the mower. These are massive cons. I would also like to be able to have different settings for the edge cutting from the regular cutting.

mostly decent... but super annoying that there doesn't appear to be a way to rename rooms on the map. apparently, the iOS version has this feature :(

Robot vacuum not syncing when logged at multiple devices, it only shows on the last device that does the setup and if new device doing the pairing again, the previous device will lose access to the robot

Very technical yet easy to understand once MOVA maps out your space i love the spot clean feature its great to just give the bathroom floor a quick mop or clean up the floors after dinner. so far this amazing app/Product saves so much time.

You should give an option to limit charging to 80% to preserve battery health. Otherwise excellent 👌🏻.

Right after mapping my house the app shows the device is no longer connected it has been reset and my internet is fine but still no connection. 2nd update: It seems all the bugs have been worked out and it's actually a usable and well-designed app at this point.

I got the Mova P10 Pro Ultra a week ago. At first, everything worked great — it connected to the app, mapped the floor, and cleaned flawlessly a few times. But suddenly, the robot disappeared from the app. I followed all the steps to re-add it, and the app even says the connection was successful — but then… nothing. The device never shows up in the app, no matter how many times I try. It's incredibly frustrating. Without the app, the robot is basically useless. Please fix the issue!

Vacuum great, app terrible the app keeps disconnecting making the vacuum basically unusable. I can't change any features or settings as it keeps saying my vacuum is offline. it will reconnect, and then immediately go offline. I am considering returning the vacuum because of this.

In app ads, you spend a lot of money on this and they dare to serve you adds on app you need to use you vacuum you bought and paid for. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Terrible App - Needs Urgent Updates The app is so clunky and slow. For a premium brand (just paid $3000 for their robo vac/mop) this is well below premium. I think it's also a rip off of roborock. It acts and has the same functions...but much slower and glitchy. Also mapped my house, finally started it cleaning then my map disappears mid clean. robot stops and just idles. I had to manually send back to dock and then map again. I had done all the rooms as well. DISAPPOINTED

The app works great and everything. The vacuum cleaner itself is pretty good as well. BUT i just found out the app sends ads from time to time, and i can't avoid it without preventing the notifications from the device as well. This is unacceptable. I paid more then a 1000$ for the vacuum cleaner, and i expect no ads with such a price tag.

The app is currently stuck on updating my mova 1000 to 4.3.6_0400, which is not possible due to poor wifi even when moving the mower inside close to the router. I cannot use any mower feature or config until the update is done. I could not get it to function with clearing cache and reinstalling the app.

I love this app. my robot is the best money I've ever spent. the only complaint I could come up with is that my dog is scared of it, so pet detection never finds my pet. it does however find me. the icon for the pet on your map is a cute little pink pig... so the robot literally goes around finding me and marking my location with a little pig 🫤. Haha cute. My home is spotless all of the time and I rarely need to service it. when it needs something it tells me. It rarely gets tangled.
