Yes, you can book in less than 2 mins. But I've noticed that I'm always booked with riders that are too far away and/or have 1st stops, and they're always out of the way! Fix your algorithms.

I was in an accident with Move It rider and this app just threw me under the bus to chase for an INSURANCE COMPANY THAT DOES NOT EXIST FOR I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THEM FOR A MONTH. I'd go to police station to file a police report just so this Move It with unsafe drivers will have records of their amiss to their passengers. NO EMPATHY! SO FRUSTRATING.

I don't agree that you put go to pickup point and go to drop off point that you added to your app which is covering the route of the map. Put it somewhere else simply don't put it where it will cover the route of pick up and destination.

When the driver doesn't want your destination because of heavy traffic, they won't accept. It's always taking too long to find a driver. It happened to me a rider requested for me to cancel the booking, after that I can't book another one anymore. It's a jinx!

It's my first time to try this application and i was immediately disappointed, because i putted the wrong details on the address so i immediately clicked cancel and then the app still took my GCASH wallet amount, and the balance was put on hold the application of the move it app said it would take 30 mins to refund my money or 30 days depending on the payment this is by far the dumbest application i have ever used without any customer service AVOID THIS APP AT ALL COST!!!! NOW I CAN'T BOOK

Last time I used this, app glitched so that the pinned location did not match my inputted address. Driver then tried to accuse me of scamming him, until I said that I often used this app from travelling from Point A to Point B so I know that price range given by app was correct. He kept at it, though, even when I paid the right amount. Fix your app and maybe train employees to stop trying to extort money from passengers.

I booked a cashless payment with promo a few weeks ago and my driver has cancelled without any response or reason. Nevertheless, I reported this issue to move it that it's alright If a rider cancelled my booking however it would be less hassle if they lessen the process time(30 mins) until the payment has been returned especially if I had only an exact amount of cash in my online app. They emailed me to resolve and review the problem but it has been 2 weeks and didn't returned my money nor reply

OTP took 4 tries to send. Driver was so far away (almost 10 mins wait). App double books passengers so I had to wait MORE mins for the driver to make an extra stop and drop off another passenger. Drivers clear lack of decorum and training. Motorcycle was too small and uncomfortable. When I got to my destination I got lectured why I didn't have change. Driver didn't bother looking for change for my bill, didn't want to accept gcash, then drove away before I even finished paying w/ coins. 0 stars.

This new update is not letting me pin my actual pick up location. It's asking me to pin another location "near" my pick up location which is NOT near at all. This has caused me to be late to work twice already. This is alarming because Move It used to be super quick and easy to use esp with booking.

It sucks bad in comparison to its other competitors. I may have used this a couple of times before, but your promos through SMS are totally useless. Specially since you app is bugged and promos cannot be used, regardless if it was sent just a few hours before trying to use it.

The service was good at the first few months. But as I noticed now, it already takes so long for drivers to pick up or accept booking even though I see them near an establishment waiting for booking. Some drivers won't accept booking unless you include a tip. I used to love their service but now I'm already trying another riding app.

The drivers does not follow traffic rules especially for the traffic lights. If it's showing stop, they're not gonna stop but they will just continue to drive. I had 2 close accidents encountered. I even reported it but no update. I have friends also giving a feedback that they encountered accidents. Please make sure your drivers follow traffic rules and double lane. Please be more strict on it. Will uninstall now.

i have been using MoveIt for my regular transit to work. depending on traffic, my trip normally takes 45 minutes to an hour. the app is easy to use and convenient. the drivers, on the other hand are mostly disappointing. they often ask to cancel at the last minute and make lame excuses. some drivers complain about the travel time and demand more cash. most of them drive recklessly, giving the impression that they don't care about customers. i hope you implement strict protocols for your drivers.

Quite unreliable during rush hour; however, the fare pricing is competitive, so I'll give them that. My recent experience is unacceptable: the rider hasn't brought any change (therefore, I had to tip forcefully, and I have been asked to cancel my ride multiple times).

Good app. Much faster when it comes to booking than other riding app. My only problem is, when paying thru gcash, the app deducts the amount already even if the booking is not yet accepted. Although they return it later, it's still inconvenient when you have no cash on hand and the gcash balance is just enough for the ride.

Please include chatbot or CS in the app. Due to the format or interface of the app, I mistakenly submitted a substantial tip to a rider. And since my card details are saved on the app, I'm automatically charged and right now I don't have any way to refund or report it. If customers want to tip, they will be willing to tap several buttons just to send the tip and not the other way around.

If there is zero star, I'll give zero. Riders are choosy. I have my ecash linked and most of the time riders cancels the booking because of this. Moveit holds money for payment, once cancelled it will be released after an hour. You can't even use the floating payment for the next booking. Very ineffective. Other app, though a bit pricey. They give better service. Angkas and Joyride is better.

At first, it looks reliable, fast, and consistent in quick booking rides. However, the further I use this app in times of great need, especially since I go to college early and it's far from my house, the more I begin to see how it slowly loses one's trust in the app by showing its disgustingly long booking hours (YEAH, YOU HEARD ME RIGHT), and its gaslighting tactics to make you believe that you can "Book in as fast as two minutes". This app is a failure.

I rely a lot on this app bc its convenient. But you should really update your payment options so that if we arent able to book a ride, the money is given back. I've lost a lot of money because of this.

Poor service for e-payments. They are deducting payments but if cancelled or no rider for booking, they will not return your money immediately but only be returned after an hour. Sometimes, I receiving 2-3 cancellation and still they keep on deducting the money. And return after an hour. Very inconvenient as sometimes I have no more fund to use because of not returning fund immediately.
