What happened? The previous version was great, now after I have updated this newest version, Operation failed onky appeared on the screen, nothing more. I can't buy data package after filling up top-up card. All my phine bill run out now. It doesn't work. :-(

I can't even open with the latest version. It worked totally fine with the previous version. In latest version, it said to get OTP and I got the OTP. But then it said "Operation failed" and nothing came up. Just the white screen showed off.

It is not user friendly. I tried to register my brand new sim multiple times but it says it is already registered by someone else. I used the official link to change the profile details but it says that there was internet error 3 times in a row which was actually not. Then I used the app to register and afted i got the one time pw, it says user is not activated. That wasted my time and whatever the cause is i hope u fix that.

Now. 18.Aug.2022, I don't know what happening.App is too many bugs,Since last 1week ago I can't login this.What is this problem? This fact is the most important for me because my job is always need internet.So, I have to check my balance and voice.Now I can't do this because of these errors.So, please fix this error in time.If you all don't fix this I will post your bad service in social media and I will give notification to all the people not to use this. Thanks.💥

It would be a good app if it was working out well. Some technical error is so bad to clients for mixing up charging data with voice package and data package. The available service and help from operator is very poor. You should check up the system you care for customers regularly.

1.have to login everytime even when i am using mobile data.2. it can't show my club points. 3. Full of ads. Whenever i open the app, a dozen of ads show up and then i can use that laggy app. Extremely bad app, needs a lot of improvements..

I'm so disappointed with this app. There is internet but it's saying 'no internet' 'no internet'. And I'm using it constantly but it always signed out itself and made me sign in again and again. And Mpt club, It's signing out itself again and again like forever. And even if I have data and opened the internet, it says 'error no internet'. It also makes me sign in from the start all over AGAIN. Well, except from this, others are ok. For now.

I can't use new version when i open the app. Before version is everything ok but new version doesn't run. When I open the app, "operation failed" words appear on the screen eventhough i have enough data.You should maintain your app carefully by our reviews. Thanks

It's an amazing application. When you say free data, your app never get internet access even if my mpt ph number has bill and data. If I buy a plan of yours, it is easy to use but when the opportunity comes back from you, data is always an error. Really great app to be disappointed.

It sucks !! I always struggle to open an app on my Note8. it takes several minutes and most annoying part is that I can't open the app if I don't turn on Data. Please improve the loading time on flagship phones. Thanks.(Edit: it works well for now. Thanks.)

Bad Tele operation app ever. Many bugs and need to syn always time and crash even connection time out. They should effort on this app more than advertising. Sorry for bad reviews but really need to fix the main threads as soon as possible . Other competitors app are more flexible so hope to fix most of them in the next version. Fighting MPT ♥️

Overall it is the WORST experience for me. I only gave it 1 star since there is no any other option for lower than 1 star. Last month, I went to their MPT branch at Sule to subscribe home WiFi service. Although, they gave the exact date to show up at our house,MPT failed to show up at our house and keep delaying every single day. I have contacted them on both online and offline about a month prior so that they won't delay dates. They kept giving empty promises to us and failed to show up.

I have been using this app for years. But lately, there were alot of bugs on going. 1. Have to log in every time I open the app. 2. When I'm about to change Mpt club points, it said I'm not a member. Then when I try to register, it said I'm already a member. 3. When I open to play hit pauk, it said network error although I'm turning internet connection on. These are just examples and there are more bugs. Please fix as soon as possible or I'll have to change the operator.

Seriously dissapointed! The application keeps crashing and keeps signing out on its own. Even when there is data, how can it not load the page? Instead there will be a message saying "error no internet". It is so frustrating to have to sign in all over again with an otp a million times. Club points will not show even with a million of page refreshes! Please fix it!!!! I hate to have to sign in every single time with this app taking hours to load and also having to sign in club points everytime!!

Work as it should. But sim card cut instantly once expired without any 1~3mths grace period for top up later when one was overseas unable to return in time.

Bad reviews for ten years promotion is useless instead of giving low internet quality for download and upload.what kind of giving 10gb of internet just showing we are giving just digit on app on phone.We just disappointed for now event neglect for previous year bad connection is better than now.You guys are not doing development just doing how profit get from customer.Thanks

BAD as hell!! deduct the topup money without any reason!!recently topup 20lakhs but then suddenly all disappear and there was only 1ks left in the app!! Even though I haven't used to buy anything.And some more whenever I call the customer service they talk nonsense which is not what I want to hear wth!!
