I cannot get assistance because my password is not being accepted. I have an account with approximately $6 500. 00 and I cannot log in to handle my account. Also, " I forgot password is not helping." Please advise.

If you forget your master password, it's very hard to contact anyone from the company to have it reset. Plus you can't withdraw all of the money you deposit to your trading account. Only the money you make can be withdrawn. To bad if you choose to close this platform you loose your deposit.

If we could streamline the comments of submitted articles into messaging app as well and not appears as link jumping to the article, that would be awesome too! But I do understand it is different thing and might not be necessary. Another is now as I have both mql5 and this mobile app, the notifications came in double. There should be a way to disable one app to send, or maybe just properly separate the twos.
