This app is awful. I hate it with a passion. I will be calling in my payments from now on. It does not provide the user any insight or functionality other than simply paying. As for account history, pending payments, paying additional mortgage, etc it is absolutely useless. I can't say enough bad things

App is really bad. It does snot reflect what is on the website profile. Error messages when I try to do many things in the app. When the app says something goes through (like adjusting autopayment) it actually does not update. Caused me to be billed twice in two days. Absolutely horrible. Will only use the website from now on.

They say download the app, I did, and then what you need doesn't show up on it and the staff says, oh don't use the app, use the link though the email we send you. It's chaotic and not professional to have to sign documents and communicate back and forth on a loan over 170 thousand dollars and deal with an ineffective application. I was very close to saying forget it.

The app, never connects to the server. All I see is a spinning circle on a blue screen! I just uninstalled the app and use the mobile web site. I've tried several times uninstalling & reinstalling pause the app, cleared the cache and data- I did that oftentimes! It does work when it wants to, but, that's not very often!

The app no longer opens. It just sends me to the website. I had to reconnect to my account since I have been using the app for months to make payments. It made paying my account difficult this month. Please fix the app I'm sure some users may have so much difficulty that they may miss a payment

I used to really enjoy the app. And then a banking fluke caused an automatic transfer to fail. Guess what the app doesn't do? Tell you. I went over a week not knowing there was an issue. The app doesn't tell you. All it does is show when the next payment is due. This is 2022 and this is a BASIC feature implemented by most banks nigh on a decade ago. The omission of this feature is clearly an attempt to nickel and dime customers. Do not recommend this app or the Bank. Go elsewhere. Just sad.

They deleted my auto pay and didn't tell me. There is no way to add auto pay on the app or site and clicking "set up auto pay" just takes you back to one time payments. They inundate you with extra offers and robocall you with no one on the other end. If you go to the contact us section it goes to a robochat that always ends up asking if you want a live agent, only to say "Agents are very busy, try later." This can't be legal.

The app has a terrible layout. Busy home page, you have to keep scrolling just to find a small link to pay your bill, and there are posts by the company everywhere encouraging you to refinance to have smaller monthly payments and to take out equity from your house. No where on this app helps you calculate how to pay off your mortgage and get out of debt faster. Very disappointed, I was much happier with my previous lender's app.

When making a payment they give you options to pay full payment, partial payment, principal payment or escrow payment. When I choose the partial payment it should automatically be put into a suspense account until full payment is made but it doesn't. It automatically gets sent to principal payment. You have to call every time to have it reversed and put into suspense. What's the point of choosing an option if you're going to do whatever you want with the money.

To me, it is a VERY basic app, and may do what a lot of people want, if they just want to do something like pay their mtg or set up auto pay (very easy to actually do). I've run into problems trying to set up auto pay because I've paid ahead. This is exceedingly frustrating!!! I have also used "make a payment" and there, too, run into problems with how my payment was applied (went totally to principle even though I hit PAYMENT and paid exact monthly amount) so also exceeding frustrating...

I HATE this app. I have to reset my password EVERY SINGLE TIME I try to log in. I enter both the user name and password (which I am aware are case sensitive) correctly, and it will still tell me my password is wrong. IT ISN'T! The worst part is that when I click "forgot password", it only sends the email to reset the password when it feels like it, or the link will be "expired" even though it just got sent. I usually have to call to fix it. Really getting tired of this. Website is just as bad.

Worst app ever. I haven't been able to make a payment through the app since I've had it. I keep getting submission failed 403 message. To make it worse, over a month ago, Mr cooper tech support was supposed to contact me to fix issue, and I have yet to get a call. When I try on CP, I get the same message. I know the account info I have is good, because it's the same info I give them on phone to make payments and they go through just fine. I wish my old mortgage comp didn't transfer me to Cooper

** Update ** About a year ago after several calls they finally fixed the issues and I'm able to use the app as intended. Have had problems from day 1 with this app. When it works, which is about twice in the last month, it's not bad. Called customer service several times and they had issues as well trying to get it to work. Keeps telling me my username and or password is not correct or registered. From the reviews it looks like I'm not the only one having problems, PLEASE FIX !!! Thank you...

Installed it and was reading the reviews and saw many complaints. Decided to give it a try anyways. Turns out, it wouldn't even let me sign in, telling me I had the wrong password or user name (which I know for a fact I don't, since it's saved in my phone and I just copied and pasted). Removed the app. When its fixed, they should send a letter advising of that. I'm not sure even why my bank sold my mortgage in the first place! Everything was fine before they took over.

Had mortgage transfer over from Wells fargo, and nobody told me that I had temporary auto transfer enabled. After I had a late payment, the only calls I got were for refinancing. It is extremely difficult to navigate their website to try and even set up further payments, And their customer support navigation menu is like trying to thread a needle in a haystack to go and talk to a person. Unfortunately, I am stuck with this servicer, but you should invest elsewhere.

I hate this app. There are no early payoff calculators that I can find and nothing is intuitive. The constant "ad" at the top of the app to claim my offer for a new loan is tacky and annoying. I am already an involuntary customer and don't want to be sold every time I look at my mortgage information...which by the way is pretty impossible to find in app.

I've made changes on the app that didn't go through which costed me $30 in fees. Don't trust the app. It's decent for quick info but I prefer the actual website. Also it takes forever for auto pay to be deducted from my account. Edit to response: You think I didnt call in to sort this out when it happened? You guys charged me twice! Once for the reversal of my regular payment and once for my extra principal payment reversal. Customer service said they couldnt help me. The autopay is dangerous

Constantly bugging me with offers I've asked to stop because I'm not interested in them. STOP ALL UNSOLICITED popups. CS isn't helpful and chat is also unhelpful. Have many complaints about the mishandling of my account and no call back. Can't access your entire account using the app forcing you to use a computer. Should be able to pick what you want to see on the app, the functionality to print all chats, and a section for offers, STOP UNSOLICITED OFFERS I ASKED TO GET RID OF DAY 1!

App is poor quality. Already had a late fee that ended up dinging my credit score because the app wouldn't allow me to navigate to figure out that the payment wasn't going through and the company failed to contact in a timely manner to alert. Now I can't log in to check balances because the app is failing to allow login. Done with this app and the company. Avoid.

A Bug has appeared.... After the update, I can no longer toggle between properties. You replied: "Thank you for following up please send the screenshot of what you are experiencing, and I will escalate this matter." There's NO SCREENSHOT for the issue. I have 2 properties. When I hit the drop-down to toggle to my other priority, it does nothing. It just stays on the current property. I have to log out, then log on under the other property address. No screenshot. YOUR TOGGLE FEATURE HAS A BUG!
