adding credit card took for ever.. there should be an option to be able to place the order through the app and pay at store. it kept giving address mismatched on all cards .. it was very painful to use ..

My husband & I love Mr. Heroes. Everything is made to order & so very fresh & delious. The staff is always so friendly. The discount with the app was great. We saved $7.25.

App does not send forgot password email. If you lose it, you'll lise all your points. Some customer rep literally told us to send a new password to them and they'd set it. REALLY? FIX YOUR APP!!!

Cut off time for in store pick up should be set a lot closer to closing time not an hour before the store closes when it only takes them 2 minutes to cook the food that's more than enough time to order before closing time.

Usually really great tool, but Facebook login isn't working anymore so I just lost all of my rewards :( if I try resetting password using the email on my Facebook it doesn't realize it's an active account.

Not bad. I dont like that you can't change quantities as you are selecting items. Like if you want 2 large waffle fries, you have to go in the menu twice to add them. Not just select a quantity of 2 the first time.

I ordered 2 medium sandwiches and tried to order the new bud sandwiches. It's one dollar if you buy one regular priced sandwich. I bought not one but two and they wouldn't give it to me. Not right and not fair and charged me full price for it. I will not be going back to that location on stumph and snow next to Lucy's dairy mart.

I haven't experienced any issues with the app. I have good experiences at all the Mr.Hero locations I visit! They are generally all very familiar with accurate orders and fast easy going staff! I use the Waterloo Rd in Akron location for convenience, but the best ones are in Kent & Streetsboro in Portage Co!

it works good but I wish they gave better deals and more of them but it really wish that you could use more than one different coupon for the same order if I want to get a sandwich and get a side I got to make a completely different order or I can't use it sometimes won't even let me do a separate order with another coupon

Never NEVER works. Every time I try to use it, it errors out, or tells me there's no account in my name (despite fact I have most definitely set it up.) SO INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATING. Either fix the damn thing, or get rid of it, all you're doing right now is ticking people off.

Very poor app. Have to give you life history to get the app to open. Then you get in to order. You make your order. Then trying to go to payment. It just keeps asking you to add another item. I tried to pay 8 times. No I don't want a brownie or funnel cake. I just want to complete the order. So I deleted the app. I'll walk in and order it was faster. Why do you need to know my age to order food. You choose a store to order. Then you have to add a zip code to figure out what store to place order

Trying to redeem coupons is practically impossible. Anytime I tap on one of the coupons in the mobile app, it opens up Chrome and redirects me to a site to install another app that's connected to Chrome. And even whenever you install it, it keeps telling you to install and never lets you redeem a coupon.

I got an offer for any medium sandwich for $8 and when I went to pay and scanned the code on my app to get points it did not take the price down and I paid $9.89. When I asked the cashier what happened she said it was because I scanned my code to get points for the entire order as I ordered two other sandwiches and that made the offer go away maybe. She was not sure. The history shows that I redeemed the offer but I never got the lower price beware of this when you use the app

APP is unreasonably difficult to navigate. The rewards system is good, but redemption is very complicated in the payment process. A password reset request was initiated, and the reset email was never sent. It's probably best to just order at the restaurant. The food is AMAZING!! This APP is an unnecessary headache.

Love the restaurant! Has most definitely become a dinner night at least once per week and I finally learned about the app and that I could've been collecting points and using coupons this whole time! Food is always correct at all the restaurants around here and it's always served right off the grill! Only thing though, is that the fact they even have an app, not to mention the free bogo coupon for joining is something that needs to be strongly advertised andi I'm sure more people will come!

Needs some simple fixes. Can't pick my billing address from a saved list correctly so I have to enter it every time I place an order. The coupons are spotty at best. It will show 5 coupons but they're all grayed out and can't be clicked on (even the ! info icon) even though some of them would apply to items in my order. When the coupon does work, it will be applied unfavorably to the customer, discounting a cheaper item even though a more expensive item qualifies for a larger discount.

Very easy to use and convenient, but they do not follow your instructions when you use the app. My sandwich was made completely wrong, and I never received any points when I placed my order, but they sure as heck didn't have a problem charging my card 😑 DO NOT USE THIS APP. It may be easy to use, but they'll make your food wrong anyway, so you may as well stand in line instead of trying to save time by ordering ahead.
