Technically works, for the most part. Pages will load in incorrect states to you have to navigate back and forth. Loading indicators on simple actions that seem to reload the whole app, the track doesn't update passed the initial order confirmation and overall can be unresponsive. Food is also mediocre: The burgers are OK, the fries are bland without the seasoning, but the cookie was actually good. Also the special instructions field is ignored (asked for no pickles and got pickles).

BEWARE. I was charged $64 and didn't receive anything! When I was finally able to get in touch with someone, they said there is nothing they can do without an order confirmation, I never recieved an order confirmation. The app is very buggy. I was double charged and I'm still unsure if I will receive my order, or technically both my orders. Customer "Support" is an answering machine. Do your self a favor and use a third part delivery app or skip this place all together.

The app works well. But the service side is lacking. Was missing a burger from our order which just happened to be our child that was excited to try beast burger. There's no way to contact anyone from the app. Had to find a customer service#from my receipt. Called twice and was sent to a messaging service. 45 minutes for a call back only to be brushed off with 'we'll send your info to accounting'. That was 2 week's ago. The food is just ok. Guess i lose the 7 or 8 bucks this time.

Never got my food, lost out on money because no way to contact the restaurant can't even request a refund. the tracking could use improvements and definitely need a better way to get into contact with them. 800 number simply kept sending me to voice-mail. the food is great so if you want to order from them I recommend using other apps such as Uber eats and the likes.

Right now this app is not working well. Creating an account was hard as it kept telling me to redo my information. Than I couldn't even find my location. I thought it was true that there wasn't a location near me but then I tried some larger cities and they didn't have any locations near by either. However I am very excited for this app to work and will definitely use this app to do that

We've ordered using the app twice now and both times our orders were wrong. The first time they didn't include any of the extras we paid for. The second time they left off a burger from the order. I called customer support and they offered to refund the missing burger, but there wasn't an option where I could actually get the additional food I ordered. I strongly recommend skipping this app and ordering from a company that actually owns their own restaurants.

Gotta say I'm a bit disappointed. There are no locations near me, and I do think it just doesn't work because I typed in a location in North Carolina, California, Texas, and a few other states, but still nothing. I'm a huge fan and I was so excited to hear about this, but it's kind of a waste of time for me. I was able to create an account, as I see that's a problem for some. However, this app is only a few days old, so there's still time to improve it. I believe they can fix this.

Horrible experience i ordered burgers because I was a huge fan of Mr beast but they were to overpriced 40$ for 4 burgers with fries and cookies and when I went to pick it up they said I had to wait 45 minutes i can't wait that so i just left and contacted their support and they gave me a refund but still terrible experience don't recommend it. And it's not even a restaurant it's a food truck please remove that it's a restaurant from your site.

If you order, highly recommend creating an account first. Checking out as guest as I did gives no ability to track order beyond postmates text you're sent. Indicated delivery in 30 minutes, sat as being received for 50 minutes with no indication it was being worked on. No way to contact support. If you attempt to cancel using the postmates link, sits there and spins without cancelling order. After 70 minutes order randomly shows as being picked up and en route. Way overpriced, small portion.

Extraordinarily bad. App is okay, but slow and is obviously missing features (ie being able to add/remove any/all items from a burger). The food itself was quite bad. Every item was incorrect and missing add-ons we paid additional for. Delivery took 1 hour 45 mins from when we submitted our order and we're 8 miles from the nearest location. As you can imagine, the food was very cold. Truly a bad experience. I wouldn't pay $3 for this food, let alone the $30 I paid. Stay far away.

Can't properly customize and selection is limited. I would appreciate a build your own burger option, and beast style has too much stuff on it, but couldn't remove the things I didn't want. Chris style is alright, but wasn't customizable either. Didn't want onions and pickles on the Shrek's quesadilla, but couldn't remove them either since the option to modify is not provided. Not going to order food I don't think I'll like, so two thumbs down for me.

Seriously. I downloaded this app just because I saw the ad about Shrek quesadilla.... However, I can't find (order) it in the your website/ app. If you are promoting something, better find a easy way for users to locate it (or if it is just available in certain area, please say so). Besides, app is difficult to use if I want to change store. I have to enter my address everytime to select a different (but nearby) store. I like your burgers alot, but this makes me difficult to order again:(

App often fails. Orders arrive late a majority of the time. And order don't arrive with what was actually ordered. I've ordered beast burgers on 6 different occasions. One of the Six, the order has arrived correct. Every other time there have been items missing or delivery issues. The only reason I keep coming back is because I support the Mr. Beast cause and the burgers themselves are actually delicious.... if you can manage to get it to arrive on time and without missing items that is.

I ordered it just for the experience and to help Jimmy out a bit financially as I know he spends a lot on his YT videos. I spent $20 for a decently sized burger, a decently sized box of fries and the UberEats fees/tip. Food was okay. Not the best food I've ever had and not that great of value for $20, but as a one-time thing, I have no regrets. I don't see myself ordering from here again, though. Much tastier and/or cheaper options elsewhere for this to be anything more than a one-time experience to be able to say "yeah, I've had a MrBeast Burger."

I ordered through Door dash because I have a dash pass so it was on 20 bucks for the mrbeast combo. Food was absolutely amazing. I wasn't expecting for it to be this good. I've always been a big fan of mrbeast on youtube and have been wanting to try the food since I first heard of it. Portion sizes were huge. I only ate half of the burger and fries. Definitely worth the $20.00. Will absolutely be ordering again!

The food is great but there have been a few issues for me. I ordered a Nashville hot chicken tender sandwich but got a normal chicken tender sandwich. The beast fries were half full. The beast fries ordered as part of a combo dont have an option to be seasoned like it does when you order them outside of a combo. The contact us button takes you to the website, but there is no way to contact them. Half of the time the app won't deliver to my location without explanation. Great food, bad app!

This is a review of the app. The burgers are tasty, the fries are crispy and fluffy and there's a location right next to my office. That said, the app is not functional. I can't create an account. I can't therefore sign in, and location services don't work so I can't order anything without picking a store location. I'll change the review once the app gets better.

For me at least, it wasn't hard to make an account. It took maybe 2 minutes to create. Other than that, It should at least save the order if you accidentely closed the app because it's a hassel for me to find the store and restart my order. To add on, it's difficult to add a payment method since it'll go to the top of the screen when doing so. To track my order, it was really simple to get since it was sent to my phone number.I'm only judging from the app, not the food.The food for me is a so so

On first review, the app was broken. Now it is about as functional as the website. I see no benefit to either the user or the vendor for using this app v another food delivery app for the same business. That said, the app, while a bit clunky in design, is functional and usable. It's simple design likely gives performance and compatibility benefits. It also helps that the food and delivery service, while a bit pricey, are also good.

The food is really good, especially the beast burger; would order again 100%. Fries are a little soggy but taste good. Portions are HUGE; one order of fries probably would have fed our family of 4, and the 3 patty beast burger was probably more than I should have taken on. They missed some of our order mods. App itself is simple and easy to use. There are a few weird spots in the checkout flow where you have to tap a random spot on the screen to get it to display the submit button.
