I thought this would be a convenient way to add money to my kid's lunch account, but it's mostly been a headache instead. As another reviewer stated, they charge fees like crazy- it ended up costing me $16.75 to put only $11 in the account! And then it took 2 more days for the money to show in the account, something that is not stated up front but after you pay. And I'm still waiting for charges to show up; the acct summary is about 5 days behind. Not easy, quick, or accurate. 👎

This app is really bad. I've added a bank account and the app won't let me use it to add money to a student account. I've read and deleted my messages four times, and they still show up. doesn't seem to be well tested from the user interface perspective. Customer support is non-existent. Have tried multiple times to call, on hold for half hour before I hung up. No email contact that I could find. Small correction, they do have an email to contact on the app store, but not in the app.

It won't let me view any of the options at the bottom:Home, Meals, Invoices, Alerts. Stays locked on the screen for reloading funds to the account. Even though I'm signed in, it doesn't retain current CC info to pay, like the website does. When selecting the top left menu list, there is no option to view any of those same options that I was trying to access. All I want is to be able to view what he's been eating and what I'm paying for. I'll stick with the website, thanks.

Great, when it works. When I tried to sign in, it kept cycling back to sign in. I tried updating it. This happened last month, I ended up uninstalling then reinstalling. Worked. Then, again, this month. I even tried the site without the app, SAME THING. Update didn't help, had to uninstall and reinstall. This "helpful" site shouldn't be this difficult. Fix this nonsense.

I got the feedback loop that I am logged in but can't actually see my account. Deleted history now goes to an expired page on log on. I deleted the app reinstalled. That didn't work so I just Uninstaller. Called customer service, because of course they don't have an email, waited for 10 minutes on hold. Just update the website and the app to work.

Could not get out of this endless cycle of trying to log into the app, which forced you to the website, which requested your code, enter code, which brought you back to the app to log in, then the website, then the app, etc... Tried clearing the app cache, same issue. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, same issue. Rebooted my phone in between clear cache and reinstall, STILL BROKEN. This was supposedly fixed on 10/6. It's not.

Rip off alert. To charge a "fee" just to add money is so rediculous. There is no way it costs $2.50 to process a credit card transaction of $20. If you read the fine print, it states that the school may remit payment to the company...i.e they can possibly get some of that money. Can you imagine how pricy this app can get with multiple kids? Stay away from this as there are other options to deposit the money without paying a fee.

This app is a classic "bait and switch" where the end users are charged a ridiculous fee each time they fund the account for their kids. You basically have to fund it with an extremely large amount of money to avoid paying exorbitant fees throughout the year/semester each time you refill the account. Then when you see that it's not worth it due to the fees, poor user experience, and virtually no way to get your money refunded or out of the account, you just give up because it's not worth it. We stopped using it and haven't looked back since. My suggestion is for this company and the school district to address the problems with this app and pay structure immediately before another's company comes in and offers a better product for the district and its families.

Tried using the app today for the first time in a long time. Tried to find it in my phone, couldn't. Thought I must have uninstalled it. Went to the app store and found out that the app name had changed at some point. Installed the update available, and then tried logging in, but it kept opening a Chrome view and then looping back to the login screen of the app. Back to the website, I guess.

Why do you need so many permissions!!! They can be turned off but automatically turned back on with updates. Why would you need access to everything on our phones? Read the app permissions (see more) before you install.. it's crazy... The $2.49 service fee every transaction is ridiculously high. I'm sending cash and checks directly to the school from now on.

***Update - worse, they have managed to make it worse. Forced to use it since it is what the school utilizes, latest update redirects to the website and is showing error after error. Still can't use any features on the app, but I must log in online. I can't even log in anymore! Uninstalling and trying it once more. But this is it! Grr Great idea. Add funds doesn't work for me anymore, but alerts and all other features work. I have to go online to add funds or change/alter payment options

App will not allow me to log-in, just cycles back to the login page over and over. I used to be able to get in via the 'desktop' view from my phone but now that isn't working. Really frustrating to not be able to check balances or add funds when I need to. Also agree with other reviewers that the per transaction processing fee is very high, especially for ACH transfers from a bank acct that don't have high fees like credit card transactions.

Worked great in the past, but something's wrong with it now. I have uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times this school year and it's still not right. The option to add money is not visible except for a microscopic thin line and its next to impossible to tap on it. Also the purchase history shows only the last purchase. It's useless for anything other than seeing the balance. Do not rely on this app to add money!!!!

App is pretty bad. There is some overlay ad that pops up anytime you navigate to a new page. It grays out the screen, shows a spinning wheel, then after about 3 seconds is removed. Additionally, the notification center never updates, despite reading or deleting the messages. I've had the same 3 notifications there since I downloaded the app. Overall, needs a lot of work.

Worst app ever. At app launch, it asked for log in, and after entering the correct user and password it moved to a page complaining I was already logged in, and didn't let me go anywhere. Going backward will trigger the same logging request again, a deadlock. I had to use web browser instead, and no problem at all. This app is a piece of trash. I will uninstall it and use web browser instead.

Nuisance notifications and lies about low funds. Constant notifications saying time to add funds, when there is still plenty in the account. Spam emails. Charges you a maintenance fee quarterly. For security. If we have to pay maintenance, give us some control of the notification settings. You can't turn them off, because what if you run out and don't know? They know that, and take full advantage. I hate this app.

It does make it easy to put money on your students lunch account but they charge a fee. Which went up yet again. Then the constant notifications and emails are RIDICULOUS. I get them multiple times a day. Final notice, funds are low (even when they aren't). It is almost the end of the school year who the heck wants to leave a ton of money on the account, be serious!

The app has been convenient for me to use and pay balances. We use it only for extended day. No meal accounts or anything. However, it has been force closing anytime I try to pay our invoices. It happens at least 3 times & then will say some kind of error about the app having a bug & not working properly. I have tried to clear cache, uninstall & reinstall. I definitely think the app is broken. Please fix and update!

Cannot login. App freezes on blue splash screen.. Can't login on website either get a page expired error every time. Have tried different devices and PC with chrome and Firefox browsers. Same error. For the amount of transaction fees you charge, your customers deserve a better experience than what they are dealing with now. Utter frustration.

The app used to be great, I could maintain all 3 of my kids lunch account balances at 2 different schools in our area. However, for this entire school year I've had to use the browser because the app force stops every single time I have gotten on it. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and checking for updates. To see that other people are having the same problem made me feel better but, really, fix the issue.
