Everything is ok but whenever I open the vote poll to vote for my artist the vote poll does not opened and always says the network problem yet my network is well,, please correct it😕😕😕😕

Error in collecting hearts after using one account. When I try to collect hearts on my other account,it says I've already collected hearts. Please fix this issue!

It used to work so well, but now a warning saying "There aren't ads available at the moment Continuous requests can interfere with ad output" keeps showing up when I try to watch ads, and these failed ads still count to my device's limit of ads per day even though I'm not getting the heart beats. What's going on?

It's a good App in general but the ads don't work. Many of them just freeze and it doesn't count so to finish all 15 i at least have to "watch" 30, if not more. It gets frustrating and takes so long. Please fix the ads or replace them.

i'm editing my review because now my accounts is back and the registered devices got reset as well. the support email is pretty good, it's not only bot and give you solution (even though it took almost a day before i got the reply)

None of the ads I watch count. The counter does not move and I do not receive any beats. !Voting is ongoing for my idol yet I am not able to collect beats!

When I watch the ads they don't update the number of ads I have watched. I have to restart the app after voting or acquiring beats.

I don't know if the issue is o In the app or in my internet connection but the ads don’t load and it keeps saying that my network connection is unstable even though if I use it on other apps it still does work. The Mubeat app is the only one who doesn't work.

This app was really fun to enjoy and watch exclusive live videos! Until today.. my account was signed out of the app so I repeatedly try to sign back in but the refuse to let me. Then I thought that I just forgot my password so I tried to reset it, once again, the app refused. I started getting fed up so I tried creating a new account but the app wouldn't let me. Please help solve this issue.

Ads aren't acting right. You can tell the minute it starts if you're going to get credited. If the circle in the top corner stays and counts down, congrats! You are going to earn heart beats. If it disappears and there is no "x" you're not. This needs to be fixed because the lack of an "x" happens more often than not. So ads are getting watched but I am not getting credited. Fix this now! Too many have complained about the SAME THING to ignore and act like it's a solitary issue for users.

The updated version is slower than the older version. Why is it like this? Fix it na can't you see those poor ratings? We gotta vote but can't even watch an ad properly. Really sometimes I don't understand why there are so many apps related to voting. Can't you make at least one app that could be used for every votings? Leave it. First of all try to fix your app problem

I have been using this app for a few months, but after I downloaded/updated my phone pixel two days ago, the Mubeat app ads section don't work anymore. it always send an ' Network error" problem. I tried everything, restart, install and reinstall... even reset the Google ads, nothing worked. On other hand, another app that I couldn't watch ads anymore, now I can. 😟

Almost every day I set up my 6 mobile devices to log into my accounts to watch ads so I can build up my Heart beats for future voting & as of the last two days, I've started getting "Ad stopped, beats not acquired" & "unknown error occurred" even though I DID watch the ad. I've probably watched 15 ads today & gotten that error message after I watched the ad. I'm willing to watch ads but I absolutely should be getting my beats. I've restarted & reinstalled the app many times. Please fix this.

MUBEAT has been a lot of fun to use, and new artists are introduced on a regular basis. If I have anything to say, it would be maybe an opportunity to collect mubeat free hearts 2 or 3 times a day rather than only once. I have tried and deleted a number of other kpop apps leaving the two apps I use most as mubeat and choeaedol. The others I have tried, I find them too 'buggy' or difficult to navigate. I also made a final choice by ratings and MUBEAT definitely deserves 5⭐s

I don't know what happened to my original review, but I did see the response to it and it had nothing to do with my issue. My app has been updated to the latest version, but there have been errors with a lot of the ads. Sometimes they don't play and just stay static or sometimes they do play and when they finish there's a message of an error and doesn't reward me with beats. It's been happening a lot.

Mubeat. Why did u limit ad watching after 24 hours. You claim to increase convenience with this but you are actually taking away the convenience. Being able to watch ads throughout the day was convenient, not this. I'm free now and can't watch ads and i might be busy later how is that being convenient?There was absolutely no need for this update. Please consider retracting this ad update, everything else is fine but dont make the app more difficult than it has to be.

The app format and setting is as easy as it seems. The only problem I found in the app is the sign up process. I entered a valid email and password (they were both confirmed by the app as well) and I pressed "I agree to terms and conditions," and yet the app will not let me sign up. The sign up button isn't highlighted even though it has confirmed all my previous information, so I am not able to have an account.

I want to like your app because I love KPop but it is a pain to watch videos in the app. It takes twice as long or even longer to watch videos that are only a few minutes long. The videos are constantly stopping to buffer. Short videos may take several minutes to get through. And lately, the videos will stop playing altogether and report a network connection fail but I'm still connected to my Wi-Fi. I don't know if you're using an outdated video player but it is frustrating.

I personally really like this app. It allows me to vote for my favorite artists. It also has a ton of other features which are nice like videos (and multi-player mode). Overall, it's a nice, easy to use app. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because lately, I've had to close the app and restart it in order to get the ads for beats to work. Aside from the ad glitches, the app is great!

Can no longer login via Twitter/X; it somehow turns into the full-featured X itself instead of just logging into Mubeat using the acct info like it's supposed to. HAVE ALREADY CONTACTED SUPPORT TWICE, & did what they asked me to do multiple times, but when I told them it still didn't work, got no further response. I gave up and just made a new acct using Google login instead because I need to do something for voting, but it's unacceptable that I lost all my old acct's saved beats with no fix.
