Exceptional music playing app! I got so much more than I needed. When downloading songs on this phone, I'm picky on the titles because the previous apps I use didn't allow me to change the names, but with this app you can not only rename the song title, album, and genre, but you can organize your playlists in a plethora of ways (my preferred is duration ascending, so useful for timing myself on daily tasks!) and even tweak each song to your own liking incase you don't like the intro, outro, etc!

Very good app! Quick and easy to learn and use, and it does its job incredibly well! However, the new UI from the most recent update makes the icons much bigger (making it difficult for people with smaller devices like myself to scroll through a lot of songs quickly). It also sadly removes much of the app's personality and uniqueness, making it feel just like all other music apps. However, if you have a bigger device or dont care for appearance, I'd highly recommend this app!

Though I haven't explored all the features of this ap yet, it has allowed me to view and stream my music collection in various ways without ad interruptions and annoying pop-ups. I believe there are very small ads at the bottom of the screen that are not intrusive or demanding of your intention. The music is accessible by artist, album and musical genre. And u can create playlists as well - something I haven't done yet but will in time. Everything is compact and intuitive thus far

THIS is the answer to Google Play taking away the app. This is the best app I have found (I tried at least 10 others) easy to make and edit playlists, add my own music, the ads aren't intrusive, it works perfect in my car and while driving. The only thing that needs work is the "random" function. Seems to not be quite so random sometimes with duplicating playing some songs while skipping others. Love this app and am now ad free to support for sure!

Really glad it plays music I've recorded. However nothing seems random in random mode and it's fallen in love with Paul Simon which is just filler music for me, also seems to want to do double sets from an album, if this is some kind of algorithm, please remove it. Update: Added a bunch more music, which helps, but still likes to repeat artist(s) in one listen, which is annoying. If I wanted repetition I would just listen to commercial radio.

Great Replacement for the old "Music Player" App on my Samsung phone. It gives you so may options besides just listening to your stored music. You can even edit, which I haven't had the need to do but it's really great for my needs. I had so much music downloaded into my phone and the old app was cutting out. Downside: it's very difficult to stop the app! I'd love some advice from the developer about this! I've had to go into the system settings and "Force Stop" to get it to stop playing.

This is a quality music playing app. I have used it many times, and I am always impressed with the features and quality at which they work. In some places, it even has more functionality than Spotify. It van also play a wider variety of song formats from .mp3 to .wma, which a lot of music apps can't handle. Overall, a great app!

After using several music players, I find this one to be the best. It looks good, and it works well on my phone. It has a lot of good features and some that are not available on other players. I especially like being able to find and delete duplicates easily. The update/change album cover feature made me giggle in happiness. I'm sure someone can find something to nitpick, but overall this is a great app for me.

When you look it up by artist the artists songs will be displayed and above them will be small icons showing the cover pages of the albums. Below the little icons will show the number of songs in the albums. But when you click on the icon to bring up the album and isolate those songs you get pushed back to a different page I don't understand it.

Don't expect a pleasant experience if you have untagged files. The tag editing DOES NOT WORK. It "applies" the changes but only locally, so if you so much as move or reorganize the file, it totally deletes all of your changes and you have to do it all over again. Sometimeshust randomly deletes file tags. Artist list also is case sensitive, so good luck keeping an artist all in one place if their capitalization changes even slightly. Has a lot of potential, but its issues are very irritating.

One problem I have a lot is that it's playing and the audio drops out entirely. The into things that fixes it is to move the progress bar back. Adjusting the volume or repeat or skip doesn't fix anything. I didn't see this in video apps. I'm running a new Pixel with generic Android ads latest updates. I've never seen this and have been using mostly Galaxy phones since Galaxy 4 and a Moto Droid X due a few years before that.

Unlike the other Android music apps I used to use, this app does not bombard you relentlessly with ads! And it works...WELL. Imports Android playlists, so you don't have to recreate them. Functionality and performance seems good, user interface is fairly clean and intuitive, and the upgrade/purchase price is reasonable--not some insanely-overpriced monthly subscription, like RocketPlayer (which I used for years) has now.

Does the job for the most part. Though something changed in the last update I think (many months ago). There used to be a widget if you pull down from the top and a widget on the lock screen. But both disappeared. yes, I can just "hey google, play next song" though if the volume is loud enough in the car, google doesn't pick it up. i can't find in any settings how to bring back the lock screen widget.

Incapable of simply playing numbered mp3 files in order. Jumps around from 2 to 17, from 3 to 35, seems random but also repeats the same. The files play in order in other apps, only this one messes up. Super irritating for audiobooks, and I've literally never run into this problem with an audio player, going all the way back to the 1990s. How you managed to mess up such a basic feature is beyond me

From day 1 this app has worked, I would guess, the way it's supposed to work. It's so simple that I can easily use it and I'm only slightly computer literate. I don't do much with it. I have 1 playlist and I keep adding songs to it. It has 96 songs on it and every music download goes right to this app alphabetically and there all downloaded to the phone. If I can do it then anyone can. There so much you can do with this app but I'm happy just useing it for the 1 thing I use it for.

I'm giving 4 stars only because I can't see which songs I've already added to playlists after adding. My obsessive compulsive tendencies kick in n I find myself adding the same song to a playlist at least twice, because the option is there and short term memory (though Im glad multiple copies of the same song don't appear in a playlist despite the numerous times I'll add it). As someone who is always switchin phones n redownloading this app, I must say that the process is a tedious one for me.

Best one I've found, and I've looked a number of them. The only thing I would really like changed is the ability to use same song repeatedly in a queue or Playlist. I use this app primarily to build Playlists of Bible verses to memorize, and it means spending a lot of time copying both verses and silence . . . Leading to a second thing I could really use, a way to put spaces between verses to practice quoting the verses. Like sometimes 1 second gaps, other times 3 sec, 8 sec, 16 second, etc.

I've tried several different music apps lately, and this one has been far and away the best- my search is over! Ads are unobtrusive, the app is feature rich- and everything works, of what I've tried (there are many options that I personally haven't needed). I don't have a single complaint. I like that it plays FLAC files, and it's easy to disregard folders you don't want played, like alarms. Love it!

Great music app. The best I have found so far since changing over from Samsung to Pixel. This music app is a keeper. Easy to use and you can catagorize your music how you like. Like with all third party music apps, I would like to see a preamp or volume boost for car play. I use either Bluetooth or U Connect/Android Auto when in the car & the volume isn't loud enough when connected to my phone. I recommend this music player app.

Does what it's supposed to do, play your music, other apps throw ads in your face every time you try to do something. The free version has minimal ads, and the major ones are muted and don't stop your music. The app has the option to remove ads completely for a minimal price. With extensive customization, you're given the ability to do, you can really make it your own music, haven.
