I'm here again, after 3 years I have registered with a different email I used it for few ours, when I came back to open the app again it says my profile is temporarily switched off, after few minutes now they say its permanently switched off,your app have become a fraud please you have to fix this and please you should delete my photos on your platform, please please and please, your app is a scamm, stupid

You can't read and answer any messeges sent you. If you aren't gold member. You can't sent a message to someone either. We must read the messeges at least.

I think 100% profile of males are fake. The come to this app for only time pass. They demand for friendship, whtsap num and pics as well. Use 3rd class language and prove that they are not interested in marriage. And it's my personal experience. I found each and every profile fake. This app is not taking any step to block them. Such all these profiles are unverified.

Having a good experience with this app but I one thing is totally wrong which haven't mean that there isn't any text option for a users without subscription I know this is policy of this app that one person should subscribe the premium but, even a text option should be available for anyone this will effect you're application give this option and one more thing that we can't share our other contect website link or number this is also wrong , how we will understand each other remove this 2 false

This app is useless!!! You can only likes people profiles and you are both matched/liked each other, you can't send msgs or chat! One of you have to subscribe first so you're able to send msgs to each other. And the subscription is highly expensive! Other dating apps are more affordable! Don't waste your time is this dating app. It's NOT MUSLIM AT ALL!! IT'S ROBBING YOUR MONEY AND TIME!!

I cannot find the search option. I am especially looking for the feature where I can have save different search criteria. UPDATE: Thank you for your prompt reply. Please note that I am not using the web. I am using the Android app. I have S24 Ultra. I don't see the Search option anywhere. Please help. Once I got this fixed I will change the rating to 5.

Alhamdulillah. I am a revert, but that is not the reason for my rating. Customers have two options: Gold membership for one month is $39.99, versus Platinum for one month is $49.99. Those are not reasonable prices for either membership. I work for Apple Business and I looked into your traffic flow of audiences from both platforms. This is just a suggestion, but if you could lower the membership price for Gold to $25.99 and make Platinum $35.99, it might be more appealing to customers.

I've made a payment to this app and even showed them the email provided by apple yet they refuse to accept the payment or to upgrade my membership despite showing them proofs. this aap is a rip off and steals your money and refuses to acknowledge they ever received any payment

My account is suspended for no apparent reason. I am just a newbie there. Admin must put stringent checks when allowing someone to be a member. Only a few days old in the app and there are loads catfishing and scammers. Please email me on how to delete my account. I cannot get into the app as i was being suspended!

Its Really Good But it needs Updates : For Example: Profiles With Photos Must be obligatory and Verified Height and Weight in profile must be Obligatory Advanced Search at least put Height What if I want a girl with specific height ,and option to choose not only from one country at the time .multiple countries Thanks And the Online Service it shows who is online Whats it to me if a 60 years old woman as old as my mom is Online I want the girls online of a specific Age

It's based on an absolutely terrible, worthless website of theirs. Plagued by scammers, women who have no intentions of marrying and have been on site for years. Men have to pay for subscriptions to be able to read or send messages, but women don't have to pay. The double standards is disgusting. Also, to lure men into paying a subscription, the admin sends you their own messages, claiming that you've received a message, but you have to pay to read it. Avoid these scammers. What a joke!!!! There are better apps out there. They ask you to subscribe to view a message. You can't even use the basic features without a subscription, you might as well just ask people to pay for the app before they download it. At least that would be honest and decent. The only thing you can do without a subscription is do your profile & receive notifications of people who have messaged you, but then you need to pay for a subscription to reply 😂😂😂. Try another app.

The amount of fake profiles, scammers and cheaters that exist on this app is flabbergasting. Half the people can't even speak proper english. Men profiles show up when looking for women. More than half the women don't even fill out their profile properly enough which either tells they are too lazy/stupid or someone incompetent did it for them. What a idiotic app.

I subscribed platinum membership But still i can't read and can't send messages . And i already send an email to your customer care witj attached receipt of payment. But still same problem. They told me my problem solved and my account is upgraded but not..... Thanks Problem solved

Completely junk app More than half the time it gives an error without any resolution to the error. Have to close out and reopen only to get the same error 2 minutes later. I can't properly upload pics, it removes uploaded pics even after "successful upload". On top of that every activity requires paid subscription (messages, replying to messages, etc), even though the app constantly gives error
