Terrible app as most of the features are stuck behind a pay wall. It seems like you're forced to pay for a gold subscription in order to have a chance to get married faster. Also, most of the girls on this app are NOT serious to get married. 9 times out of 10 you just end up getting ghosted. Also, for whatever reason this Muzz app keeps messing with my location and lists me down as being from London/Westminster. This causes the misconception to girls in the area that I'm from down South.

I do not recommend anyone to use this App anymore because it is already a scam. When I subscribed to the gold subscription, two payments were withdrawn from my bank account, and when I requested a payment to be returned more than a month ago, they have not returned the payment yet.

Your Muzz has such a dirty system that as long as we keep updating the package, our profile is thrown in front of others, if it expires, then our profile is of no use, it is still pending at one place and days. I get 50 likes. What's the use of these likes if I don't get a reply? I think this app is fake. It seems like a self-created belief, that's why no one gets any reaction. If someone wants to send a message, then a He doesn't reply after two messages, I think it's your package upgrade systm

App keeps crashing so often, that I can't use it continuously. If I reject more than 4 matches, I either can't see the pictures on the rest of the profiles or some problem. Kindly fix Thiz!

The best app in dating scene, obviously for Muslim. You can get a lot of likes and see who liked you. It doesn't have distracting ads, no fake bots acc, can write detailed user preferences, problem is the image all are kinda blurry especially if someone have full body shot ( can't even make out their face like I'm partially blind)

The app keeps buffering / loading especially the Liked You page. All profiles never load at one time. I'm not able to look through most people because of it. First, I thought it was an internet issue, but the app keeps loading profiles, and sometimes they never load fully, so I just exit the app. This has been going one since I've installed it.

The free edition is so limited. All you can do is like a handful of profiles a day, and if they like you back, you can talk to them. If you wanna match with someone who likes you first, want unlimited likes, set preferences, request a rematch, like someone who you already passed, you have to pay for it. These are basic services that should be free. As time goes by, even if you pay for the app, your exposure gets less and less and you have to spend more money on profile boosts. Very predatory.

It is a very nice app, but I think they need to work on their location aspects... For instance, the location that I filled in my bio was different from what is displayed for me and I am tired of explaining to people, some didn't even believe me and as well it doesn't make it easier to connect to people around you as some sees distances as a barrier

I used to enjoy Muzz since 2022. The options were easy especially about the locations. No such things as forced subscription to enjoy more features. More over, I met some decent people and had great conversations. However, I suppose this year won't be so easy to talk to other people from other countries without subscription. The only option I got just people from my country. Disappointed but not surprised. Also, many people are no longer active in this app so we wasted our time for their replies

- The application freezes on one profile and doesn't swipe to next one until I block or like the current one. - The "send" option in "report a problem" function is not working. - The weight information is not in the profiles while it is a major issue for many. - The cost of instant message is too high. - The blocked profile keep coming in the suggested options.

Most of the profiles in this app are blurred, making it ridiculous, this is one of the main features people consider when they are trying to find their partner, it is a very awkward and inconvenient when you ask the other side to reveal the photos for you. The app is running very well and fast, it has a lot of good features and filtering criterias, the price is a bit expensive, but nothing to complain about that's their own app and policy.

After the latest update today, I am unable to load anything! Everything is blank. Be it matches, liked or chat and even the technical help option!! It keeps saying "fetching". And eventually says "something went wrong, please retry". I switched my phone on and off. I forced stop and relaunched the app. I tried wifi and 4g. No luck. Everything was fine pre-update. The second I updated it, boom, everything vanished! And being a gold member this is so frustrating and waste of money.

Muzmatch? More like mismatch. 1. Locations turned on, but filter preferences do not apply. 2. Turning the location off and on finally applies the filters. 3. This app is too stupid and forget the filters. This is a bug as it waste swipes and pressures you to purchase more swipes I would rate this app higher if this stupid bug is fixed.

app is ok. barely any swipes available now. tried premium it was trash and many features didn't work. customer service is slow and doesn't care that your premium isn't working. App's a work in progress and one of the better ones available on the appstore but could be a whole lot better if they fix premium and give more swipes.

Profiles should show the "last active time" Many profiles are not active / abandon and messages are wasted. Most of profiles are blurred which defeats the purpose of the app and waste your time. Another issue, they will not show you likes from people outside your filters so be careful when you set-up your search preference. The poor people who are sending likes and messages will never know that the app is blocking them. Creator of this app only cares about money and not you finding a match.

Earlier was better. I got lucky that when I first made a profile there were less restrictions for free profiles. Now it's almost impossible to talk to someone or gauge interest without paying for the gold membership. Otherwise if you do pay (and are okay with it) it seems things should work well if you're honest and careful, and anyone you're matching with is too. The experience depends on the users after that point. Learn how to spot red flags. And make dua and move forward.

1. Where is the "Reset" option in the Passed tab? Please restore it. 2. Delyed notification in chats and phone notifications, both. 3. Same filters for all tabs at the same time. 4. Filters not accurate. 5. Profiles from wrong locations start seeing your profile in huge numbers after every update, wasting profile boosts. 6. A lot is to be improved!

Huge time waster since it doesn't allow one to filter against people's age preference. One's preferences selected does not work. For example, if I select with no kids, it is like making no selection at all. Thinking about it more, the app needs more work as far as user interface. Also, another time waster is I don't know if the person I'm messaging or liking even uses the app. I'm not interested in trying to connect with someone who logged a month or even a week ago. Stay away!

Decent app but needs improvement. The profiles take a long time to load up, making the usability experience very annoying. Plus the constant ads forcing you to buy premium membership is ridiculous. Get rid of that please, it is beyond annoying. If I want to buy premium membership, I will do it when I feel like it. But I will not be doing that looking at those atrocious prices. It is not worth the membership.

I received the notification that the app has been updated to version 8.1.1a . After opening the app nothing works. On the main page (where I swipe left or right) it keeps saying "something went wrong, please try again later". In my messages, its showing "tap to retry", and any message I open it erased the entire conversation and then deleted the entire conversation.
