No longer working for Tinder, that's a shame, cuz the previous owner of my prepaid cell number got themselves banned from the app, along with their number, which is now my number, and i was hoping this app would provide me with a workaround, but it doesn't. :/

It's always loading data. When it works it's great but 80% of the time it's loading.

It works well. I paid the small fee in order to be able to get all of my 2fa codes sent here an it worked out as promised so I've got no complaints. I'd definitely recommend this to anybody looking for a cheap way to receive 2fa codes! You might not be aware of this but non of the totally free extra phone line apps work for receiving 2fa codes!

Tried to force me into rating it before trying it. Once I was able to back out and use it for a verification it didn't work.

My annual subscription expires on the 25th of September 2024 (Order number: GPA.3370-9739- 2765-12752). Yet I cannot login and my US line doesn't work. I tried calling their customer service number which is displayed on their website during San Diego working hours where their office is located and it goes straight to voice mail. Sent them an email four days ago and no reply. It looks and feels like a scam. I wouldn't recommend this app to anyone.

UPDATE: Apparently it takes 2 to 3 weeks to get the account set up. Ive asked for a refund. Do not waste your money or time with this app. Im so mad!!!! Just paid $150 and the app keeps crashing?!?!? IMPOSSIBLE to transfer my google voice number too!!!! Im so freaking frustrated right now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The application in terms of appearance and description is good, but in terms of content, it is zero. There is no credibility, there are no services, and everything is fake, and any amount paid will not be returned. I do not advise anyone to ever pay a single penny because they will find nothing but false promises, procrastination, and postponement.

So far so good! Started texting within seconds! (After wonky experience on a different app, I talked first to tech support before downloading--they answered email immediately. But I had no trouble at all with My 2nd Line app!) Has worked great! Got to choose a cool number too!! That was fun.

Receiving verification codes didn't work with first paid teir even though it said it would for one code. I reset the number 5 times. Never worked. As them and they said pay more and it will work. Scammy

My app got locked and is asking for phone verification, which I don't have. I got this app to get a temporary phone number, and now I'm regretting it because I've already shared the number I purchased with others. I don't understand why this verification wasn't required when I downloaded the app, otherwise, I wouldn't have paid for it.

I agree with Michael irons. We're the one star, too for the same reasons, and there's many of them. I couldn't believe that this is upchard city. You can't even do what you think you can do. You have to get like another line. I don't know what the hell is going on. It's very frustrating. I couldn't even make a call. I couldn't do a tax diet. It's, it's insane. I'd rather get a free text now than to deal with this, and that's what I did.I can make phone calls from it.And everything I mean geez

I'm changing my review to a 2 star. I got their service & within 3 days they locked me out from my acc. I've reached out to support & they said I should provide a USA number to verify my identity, which is ridiculous because I'm not from the USA so how can I provide a USA phone number. I reached out to them again explaining this and till now no response at all. I've given up on this service. Update: It's been 2 to 3 weeks now & no reply from support. Changing to 1 Star review. Very unhelpful

have to pay to use editing. the about says you can pay for a DEDICATED number, as is true with ALL online based texting/calling apps. however, this is the ONLY app i have ever seen that requires payment just to use the app. if i was gonna pay for a number, id just get another sim so it could be used whenever...instead of being stuck waiting to connect to public wifi (which can and does drop online calls constantly). my 1* review is valid, and wont be changed.

SUCKS. I have no idea why all the good reviews. For free you get some random zip number & have to give them your real phone number . The navigation to text sucks & always has popups confirming what you want to try to do etc. For free it won't allow you to send or receive pics..their prices are ridiculous....you can get REAL phone service for those prices. Just use TracFone, ($15) which has good service IF you have a decent phone. Yes I see limitations. I also see to pay would take an idiot.

This app worked well for a while. But, suddenly and unexpectedly, I was unable to send or receive texts. I sent a couple of messages to Customer Support. But, since there was no response and my patience had been exhausted, I simply Uninstaller this app. And THAT was the simplest, and the most rewarding, action that I've ever had with this app.

DO NOT USE THIS APP!! 3/17 Update. Get the runaround when trying to port out. Paid to port and then given incorrect info to port. And no phone number to assist. Bait and switch to max. Then they will charge $50 to port number and state will take up to a month to do. Their CSRs will not allow as comfortable experience to close account if doesn't work. Very frustrating experience.

I think it's awkward, cumbersome and makes you go back-and-forth too much when you're attaching photos or other items, and I could only do one and go back out to pick up another put it back in and finish up text message. If you have put the wrong picture. On your msg. & to remove they told me to swipe it to the right? And that will delete the whole conversation. Not just picture & that's ridiculous . just like text message you top out @150 bites. No phone issues just text. At day 3 & done

It has the potential to be an excellent app; the service reps are quite helpful and make efforts to ensure customer satisfaction. What's killing that is the separate fees for each individual feature, many of which are standard fare in any SMS/voice app. I can understand a fee for verification codes, no ads, etc., but if they can't tone down the greed it's doomed to failure. Get someone on the team with marketing skills and keep fine-tuning the app, and it could one day rival leading competitors.

Such a terrible app I actually went out of my way to find it on rate it on the app store. Lots of upcharges, lots of adds, lots of hidden costs... all on top of a monthly subscription. Not to mention it doesn't work at least half the time, with calls and texts not going through or being received. Hands down the worst second phone line app I have ever used.

I've purchased 2 numbers that do not work for their intended verification code purposes. However, the vitual help services suggested I change the numbers. Naturally, if I change the numbers, I will have to repay additional funds, which happens to cost double the amount of money, than I originally paid. Meanwhile, neither of the 2 numbers that I'd already paid for are inoperable for their verification code purposes. What a rip-off! Classic bait & switch!
