Signing up was easy. However, after a month of service, I quickly discovered that only slow speed data is unlimited. You do get a high speed data limit of 30GBs. My problems occurred upon monthly renewal. They were having "technical difficulties," and failed to renew my highspeed access on my monthly renewal date. Therefore, I had to buy 2.150 gigabytes "top off" data until THEY solved their technical difficulties. Because they had technical difficulties, I had to pay $45...for THEIR mistake

One of the worst apps I've ever dealt with. Can't log in because the company can't update my phone number THAT THEY GAVE ME and I DIDN'T WANT TO START WITH wanted to transfer my old number. THE WHOLE LIFELINE/ACP PROGRAM is now a sham. Or used to be efficient and honest. NOW EVERYONE IS FALSE ADVERTISING, either you get a SIM card that doesn't work when you were expecting a phone to YOU GET NO REAL HIGH SPEED DATA OR A HOTSPOT maybe for a couple of days then its slowed down to basically NOTHING

Tried transferring my number twice. They sent the sim but each time I tried to activate it asked for my zip which I put in but there's always an error message (says "failed") that pops up every 30 seconds Interrupting everything I'm doing on my device. I tried contacting an agent the first time which he wasn't that helpful. He then told me to contact them again in 2hrs which I did but the second agent was less helpful than the first agent. They clearly never got the transfer from my old provider

The stylus c7 phones totally blow as far as accuracy of where you touch the screen. Texting the smallest of things (if you don't double check every letter) can take 3(maybe more)times as long as it should. This was a star deduction also subtracted one for the physical quality of the phone. I had my first two in the same month! The first was after one drop,enough to compromise the screen performance, and it froze often. $60 for a replacement. 2nd cracked screen couldn't b repaired too outdated.

This service is a piece of garbage. Totally unsatisfactory. Music saved on Google from saves as videos when restored and will not play on device. Constant network failures. Unlimited data plan is an outright lie. customer service unable or unwilling to resolve ANY issues with system at all. Thats if you can even get through to them I. The first place.

While I appreciate the service, the phone you get is horrible. It has a sim processing problem. To fix it you need to go to Settings and Storage except Storage won't load due to the sim processing issue. I checked to see what other phones are available and saw the choice was a flip phone with very limited storage or the same horrible Cloud Mobile phone, except this time they want to charge me $80. Why would I want to buy a second lemon?

Phone service is good being able to have unlimited data talk text an connecting to wifi. Wifi is only good when having data on when it should run just as well having the data off to save gigabytes. One thing I'm not able to be satisfied or thankful for is when my app is ready to update to the latest version but doesn't want to successfully update and doing the bug fixes doesn't help neither. I have emailed to customer support several times and haven't received anything back.

It started out nice untill, I received the phone. First thing I noticed was, that it was a rebuilt phone, then I noticed (after about month or so) was that, their service is spotty at best. If I was to wander out of my local area, I lost service completely. Even if I stayed within the boundaries of my own state. I couldn't go more then a couple of miles away from my home. 😠👎 Now, for the last few weeks, no service at All! Then a day ago,The service reappeared! NOW,it won't install the update!

One good thing is i was able to understand what they were saying. First thing I'm going to say is that they aren't the only service provider that I've had problems/issues with before, during and after pandemic. Some of the phones they give out have problems and/or don't connect. Customer service people are hard to understand/don't know what their doing. Trying to changing plans or porting # has become a nightmare.

I love my Truconnect phone and service,. Except for this month, my internet cut off at 4.61 GB, why? I thought it was unlimited text and data? I must admit, I feel cheated, I've had my phone and service for almost a year now and this is my ONLY complaint, hence the 4 stars. I really hope that this issue can be dealt with in real time. The only other problem is the app keeps telling me to update the app but when I go to the play store there's no update, it just says uninstall or open??

My husband got this service and it's awful! They suggest you pay an extra $20 for a 10gb tablet that doesn't work. They say there's unlimited data, but there isn't. The limited data gives messages on the wi-fi throughout each day offline, online, offline, online, 50-100+ times. Internet's disconnected, even when in the middle of doing business. Never has a 5 bar signal, and never has a 5 bar wi-fi signal. Truconnect throttles their internet service. It also lags, then it ultimately just stops.

The phone is the worst phone that I have ever 6or used. It's terrible!!! I appreciate it but man, come on. Can't update the appvthat they tell you to do. IMPOSSIBLE! When typing a text the letters aren't what they say they are. The navigation buttons only work if you hit them in a certain place. I'm moving on from truconnect. Thanks anyway. The service seems to work ok, if only the phone worked. It does what it want to do. Not what you tell it to do.

Won't install the update. It downloads and then starts installing, but at the very end it fails. Followed all suggestions with same result. New concept: Scam-As-A-Service, but if you think about it, it's a completely underserved market . This "Cloud" brand phone is probably designed to be the worst possible experience, because it is hands down the most excellent at providing well beyond my worst nightmares ever! It is inconceivable any device could function so poorly without beign designed to.

I would rather have a kidney stone again than keep this (service provider??) They have very few competent people working in customer service. The latest issue that I'm having.. I no longer have the ACP through truconnect, and they could not give a me an explanation as to how this happened to my account. I think I saw some string and two cups out by the dumpster, I won't be able to have cool apps, but I'll get to make phone calls.

Overall I am extremely happy with truconnect I have had them for about a year now and I rarely have any issues with the phone service. I mean it's a free lifeline to the people complaining about not getting more than three gigs of data should just be happy that they've been giving a free phone service. three gigs of data unlimited call and text is a pretty good deal for free every month you just have to be mindful of making sure you connect to Wi-Fi when you are able to.

I've never had such unbelievably horrid service. Customer service has been by far the worst. The service is ridiculous. I can't even begin to describe all the problems the phone has. Here's one example.. When my phone rings, I sometimes have no clue I'm getting a call, and meanwhile, I'm staring at the phone. When it does ring, it doesn't even show someone is calling, but I'm hearing a ring. I have no way of answering the call..... blah blah blah. TRULY MISLEADING!

Never in my life have I ran out of data in 2 weeks! On another note; thanks TruConnect for the service. It has saved my butt a couple times. The app is just so basic and never has any data displayed in current tune. It also crashes daily and has to re-start. It takes and saves a lot of snapshots of your daily activities on your hard drive taking memory but I guess

Every time I use the phone it crashes so my conversations are disrupted. Says app not responding wait or close. I've only had this device for a month as of tomorrow. I called to request a replacement or tech support to fix it myself and was told I had to buy another phone! I just wanted to swap out the device with one that works. I'm not going to buy another device when the one I already have doesn't work properly. That makes no sense and neither did the agent I spoke to

Frustrating. Always crashes, data runs out within 2-3 weeks, I have yet to finish typing out a complete text or a finished app. The battery drains faster than other phones I've had. The real joy about this app is maybe whoever is on the other end of a call can hear me. It's a coin toss everytime. Maybe you will hear me...maybe you won't. At least it ALWAYS lmk, "MyTruConnect keeps stopping" UGH!!

Crashes constantly, not sure if it's the app or the P.O.S. handset. Can't put any other apps on it. (Can't even add new contacts or update old one's.) But it has plenty of space for all of google's bloatware. I would give it 0 or even -5 stars if it were possible. And about the new update supposedly fixing the constant crashing? The only difference I can see is that now I can't even send text messages half of the time and it crashes constantly crappiest app I have ever seen!!!!!!
